This is the worst app. I purchased a subscription one of their sales executives visited me. I specifically asked whether I could cancel the ECS whenever I wanted, and he assured me that I could. He lied just to sell me the subscription. Now that I want to cancel it, they are still debiting money from my account without my permission. I would never recommend this app to anyone. Don't buy their subscription it is a complete waste of money. You won't get quality leads, and it's just a wasteof money

I subscribed to Justdial's Diamond Plan expecting genuine business leads, but my experience has been very disappointing. From the start of my subscription, around 90 out of 100 enquiries have been fake, irrelevant, or not suitable for my business. Despite updating my profile and repeatedly raising this issue with the support team, there has been no improvement. Very poor after-sales service. The sales team follows up until you buy the subscription, but after payment, no one responds. The Area Manager is also not helpful. My product listings have been stuck under audit for over 10-15 days, despite a promised 72-hour review. Callback requests remain unanswered, and my uploaded product images are being deleted automatically. Very disappointing experience.

Most people gave it 1 star but still 4.5 stars This feels like a scam company. I was misled while buying the plan, ECS deductions continued even after my plan ended without my permission. Please stop endorsing such companies, as it can affect your reputation too.
