I can't choose to click and collect service
Terrible app, extremely bad customer service. Everything is automated but not even maintained to work. I have been waiting forever for my Kiosk order I made in-store to arrive. I only received one confirmation and no other details. Apparently the order tracking number doesn't match, there is no order for my email address which there is and when you try to reach customer services you are met with a defunct system they didn't fix. Tried calling 7 stores, no answer over 3h on a Tuesday!! 0 stars.

Glitchy and laggy
absolutely terrible app. it crashes all the time. it wouldn't except my gift voucher code so had to call customer services and was told to set up an account instead of checking out as a guest so tried doing that and that was a nightmare. I just wanted to buy some trainers. next time I'll try a different company. can't be doing with all the messing about and time wasting.

I tried to buy a Lacoste tracksuit which was on website...out if stock ..then tried again after further discount and still on the website....couldn't purchase...3 times I tried in like a week time frame
very laggy
Great to shop with and easier than going to a shop to find the stuff your looking and I can pick it up from a store of my choice. It's not working at times though. When proceeding to check out. Edit: so now it bugs out when you add something to your basket. They never seem to get the app to work properly 😒.

WORST APP EVER!!!! really really slow. doesn't show me my balance, balance pending for over a year now, I didn't get my free spin when I made a purchase. its shite wouldnt bother with it.
could not retrieve customer data when trying to log into my account, even changed the password through forgot my password option but just says the same thing!
in order to correct an autocorrect mistake on my name I have to delete my whole account. I can't create another with my email address so I suppose I shall have to regift the gift card in my possession to someone else what a waste of time

there is a server problem when checking out.
app is great , but in store experience is shtte. had a gift voucher refused even tho it said i can use it in uk stores, just because their system just changed and it doesnt work on my voucher . so i had to pay cash and also i must use the voucher online . scmmbags
Unable to create an account! On the mobile platform, it gives an error for the email, and on the computer, it gives an error for the password. Interestingly, it accepts the password confirmation even though it gives an error for the email address itself!

As a retailer of goods in a very competitive market, JD are rubbish for customer service. The products sold are as good as anywhere else 👎
App stopped working for me weeks ago. Uninstalled the app and download again. Still no joy. Doesn't recognise my email address.

Discount code worked initially, then when I came back later it said it was invalid..... Same code & same item of clothing...
was kicked out of site twice when processing order wasn't sure if first order went through then had to place order again
