the site kept buffering and wouldn't let me purchase so had to go to store
never received an email to change the password. 😕 shame on you JD 🤦♂️
the site has so many glitches its unreal. I.ve been at this for last 7hrs in mean time I.ve lost many of the items I wanted as now sold out . it kept emptying my basket aswell. couldn't check out at all. couldn't log in online even changed password and still wouldnt allow me. says items not available in basket but not what items. when it finally allowed me to payment page wouldnt allow me to pay by card to the point my bank kept freezing my card unfroze it then blocked again . used PayPal in end
forgot my password, but when I enter email to click link to redo it just puts me back in the app with no reset option, also went to buy shoes via afterpay as a guest instead, got all the way to where it tells you how much you'll pay each fortnight, it bugged out, so had to re try and now it won't let me, very annoyed with process. Have tried different options to fix but still not working

not working properly for past few months.. doesnt let you add more than one item to basket.. no update or anything to sort this problem.. loyalty scheme is rubbish as can only use it in a store so you earn money but lose it as your local store is tiny and doesnt have items you want.. time to shop elsewhere!!

Absolutely useless. Had items in stock available to buy but when I went to check out 3 out of 5 items were out of stock. They obviously don't up date there stock list often enough

I am a member of the Scotland Supporters Club and I'm meant to receive a 15% discount on Scotland strips, which the JD Sport are not honouring. I have contacted them twice regarding this without reply. Poor customer service.

First off the password - Just letters + digit no symbols. Forgotten password and you get a one time use link but if you put a password in with symbols it will say ' Sorry password must be 8 characters with letters and a numeral. Then you have to go back and add email again to get a fresh link sent to reset password 🙄🤦Stupid and not secure enough. If using either Aus or NZ site neither will send to either country. So NZ only delivery- Aus only delivery. Stupid process

I would describe the apps responsiveness as Glacial. click on a photo to view an item then allow 3 to 5 business days to swap between photos. the filtering system is awful, you have to select your choice then hit ok as it doesnt just then auto filter the remaining choices. so gender ok, category ok, product ok, size ok... absolutely tedious. And lord do they oing you notifications about nothing...
terrible to use on a mobile. doesn't load properly, half the images do not work. drop down menus get stuck behind the keyboard then dont work correctly
not very good difficult to actually understand or get any rewards ever from i haven't yet but had and used for a wile
