Downloaded this to claim the 10% cashback offer on first purchases but it won't accept the QR code or manual entry. Rubbish

This app hardly works, especially when you try to redeem your ID cash,which btw you can get back only in store. Customer service- terrible experience. This loyalty program is completely pointless!
terrible app, egg times every time I try to open. was asked to download the app in store by staff and when I told them it doesn't work, they looked sheepish and said oh the reception by the tills it terrible here..

HENCE WHY YOU HAVE TO GO TO STORE AND GOT A TIME LIMIT B4 YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY. NEVER BUYING FROM JD AGAIN

Both me and my husband have downloaded this and neither of us can get past the verify code part when first installed. we give up
never seem to work always saying app being updated

can't use it as it's my old number on there and it's asking me to verify
it has technical errors all the time. last one today when I played their game and no reward appeared. I tried to get through their customer service through email then got an automated reply saying fill the form. the form gives me error all the time. Just worse customer service

absolute joke of an app it either works great as it does on my sons phone, but does not work on his friends or mine I have lost time and patience trying to use it, my advice try it and if you hit difficulties first time using it just delete it and don't bother trying twice
unsuccessful, can't sign into account asks me for number which I verify then it looks like it's asking me to verify account by entering all my details like email etc and says username already exists... why won't it allow me to sign in to existing account ?
can't even log in. everytime I enter my number the option to sign in disappears
absolute trash of an app logs you out by itself and once you want to log in good luck have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to even get the stupid code as " your doing it too often" fix the app
Doesnt work on the galaxy fold 3. Had to download it on the wifes phone instead. Missed out on savings because wife wasnt with me when I bought my second pair of runners from jd.
Waste of time, yet another insulting loyalty scheme. As if the products aren't expensive enough, i earnt £15 cashback only for it to expire after just 6 months!! App now deleted as not worth my data being harvested or the regular notifications with no benefit to me.
pointless. app deleted. JD has gone so expensive. A Nike jacket that was around £50 last year is now £115. Crazy

this app is terrible it only let's you set up new accounts no actual way of logging back in when u have a new phone there is no option pure jobby
tried to use by scanning the receipt it would not scan then entered manually it said there was a error try later. I tried later and said I'd already claimed this receipt but there's no money in my account

the game they present to you does not register clear hits. It's a con. not happy, so I'm not sure i want to carry on shopping there if they have no integrity.

I was saving my rewards, went to use it and said it expired. was embarrassing as it was quite a lot and had bought accordingly to then be told they wanted my money, I wasn't looking to spend what they asked without the rewards
won't let me spend my JD cash and it's nearly the time limit for spending it
scam sign up then have money on it. now app always logs me out and then I lose all my money on app. JD should be ashamed of them self and stop the scam
it's the most pointless loyalty scheme I've ever seen, you need to spend £100 to get £1 back from them pmsl and that £1 has an expiry date also. JD sports is nothing but a big scam! they rip you off selling you clothes that cost hundreds of pounds but the quality of the clothes are pathetic and if it has plastic writing or logo it comes off in a couple of washes. I would not buy from JD sports as there are better shops selling better quality clothes.

BEWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU IF YOU ORDER ONLINE YOU WILL NEVER RECIEVE YOURE LOYALTY BONUS OR POINTS THEY WILL SAY YOU HAVE PUT THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER IT HAPPEND TO ME 3 TIMES IN A ROW WHEN I KNOW 100% I PUT THE PHONE NUMBER IN CORRECT ON ALL ACCASIONS.

what a ridiculous app. was told to download it it while I was being served... downloaded it, then had to wait for it to send me a code..queue was getting bigger.. then had to fill my full details in. people were getting very annoyed with me by this point, ended up having to say to the cashier "it's fine, I'll just continue without the 10% off"

good when it works but like most users have said, it rarely works!!! never get past the verify number bit and like others have said, why can you not just redeem your receipt online!!! hate JDs anyways but this shows how much more they have no regard for their customers!
