I'm having trouble accessing the app. Every time I try to open it, the app immediately closes. This issue has been ongoing for the past three weeks. Before this started, the app was working fine. I've cleared the app cache, deleted the app, and restarted my phone before reinstalling the app, but the problem persists.
useless, can't redeem the on jd app or website.

Constantly crashes on opening
Just installed the app. Have tried over a dozen times to open the app. Uninstalled the app. SHOCKING,don't bother with this SCAM.

Absolute bag of rubbish.....you get 3 minutes to enter a verification code which takes 5 minutes to arrive by text.....absolutely pointless
Asks you to give your number to have a verification code sent. Gives you 3 minutes to use the code but sends the code 5 minutes later. So pointless and unable to verify my account.
Gave up and deleted the app. takes about 10 minutes to load and you have to authenticate every single time you open the app. waste of time watching spinners spin while your standing in a shop waiting to be served.
can't get the app to work,had money to us and went in to shop to buy something and uz my points app wouldn't open and staff wer hopeless 🙃 😑
Very Arrogant staff and the JD team were not proper when handling the customers at the store. They even cheat folks in a very good way than others...

Absolutley Diabolical. Began recieving emails to alert me that my JD cash is about to expire in 30 days only to go on the app and my grand total of £0.65 is still 'pending' from christmas shopping 6 months ago. My balance is zero. Never known as app to take this long to give you what you are due, maybe a few days I can understand but 6 months??? Im gonna loose it before I can even use it. Its not just myself either my daughter has the exact same issue, balance due never clears EVER !!

terrible jd status app / got the app in store and everything was working fine a had £75 saved . I went in to jd store today to spend it got in to the store and when I went up to the till to show the girl ma app with the money in to buy a track suit and when a went in to open the app in my mobile and would not let me sign in to the app and there was a Que behind me and I was so inbarest. with no help.
Downloaded this to claim the 10% cashback offer on first purchases but it won't accept the QR code or manual entry. Rubbish

This app hardly works, especially when you try to redeem your ID cash,which btw you can get back only in store. Customer service- terrible experience. This loyalty program is completely pointless!
terrible app, egg times every time I try to open. was asked to download the app in store by staff and when I told them it doesn't work, they looked sheepish and said oh the reception by the tills it terrible here..
Had over £100 in JD cash after buying grandkids stuff at Xmas, lost all of it because it has to be spent in store, I'm disabled and haven't left my home in yrs due to numerous medical issues and cannot go to a store, WHY CAN'T I SPEND IT WITH MY ONLINE ORDERS, JD PURPOSELY DONE THIS AS THEY KNOW MANY OF US CAN'T OR DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO GO TO STORES. HENCE WHY YOU HAVE TO GO TO STORE AND GOT A TIME LIMIT B4 YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY. NEVER BUYING FROM JD AGAIN

can't use it as it's my old number on there and it's asking me to verify
it has technical errors all the time. last one today when I played their game and no reward appeared. I tried to get through their customer service through email then got an automated reply saying fill the form. the form gives me error all the time. Just worse customer service

absolute joke of an app it either works great as it does on my sons phone, but does not work on his friends or mine I have lost time and patience trying to use it, my advice try it and if you hit difficulties first time using it just delete it and don't bother trying twice
unsuccessful, can't sign into account asks me for number which I verify then it looks like it's asking me to verify account by entering all my details like email etc and says username already exists... why won't it allow me to sign in to existing account ?
