This app is too much invasive of your privacy. Many unnecessary personal data is requested. You get your info exposed here. No good.

This means if you spend $100, you will earn almost 27 cents in rewards ! I'll be deleting this app - it's not worth taking my phone out of my pocket over. They should be embarrassed to run this 'rewards' program.
Another standard grocery app, again linked to only one chain. You have a list of promotions, the flyer is embedded and linkable so that you can add things to your shopping list. Shopping pushes you to the website though. Biggest issue comes with the Moi points, it is really just annoying to have to go in and load the offers every time. Why make this so frustrating! Plus no notifications to load new offers. Why have a different app for each one of your chains, link them together in one Moi app.

this is the most useless app and program I've ever dealt with. I deleted it after 12 hours of trying to make any use of it.

How about a contact us option? I have taken all the steps to this program made a purchase with my rbc card today and scanned my card of course, yet I have zero points. So I have shared private information and now really regret it.
Why do we even have this in Ontario. What rubbish. None of the promotions are for Food Basics. Well played on getting personal information about people. I spend a small fortune on groceries a month and have not earned a single point other than the day I joined.

All of the Moi apps freeze on my Samsung Galaxy Ultra S21. They are unusable.

None of the moi's apps work. They won't even load. Metro just never lods. Super c and jean coutu & moi juste ask for log in and after I do juste brings me right back to login again. All my other apps are working properly. Only those im having problems with. I'm assuming if I were to have other moi's apps, they would do the same. It's really bad. I just wanted to see if I had any coupons before going shopping.

You don't receive points if you buy online or in store. Useless program.
L'application s'ouvre toujours en anglais. Ne reste pas en français malgré mes préférences. Aucun coupons car code d'erreur, pourtant coupons dispo au début.
Suddenly won't show any coupons just error 500, and I'm connected to internet with the other moi apps working without issue!

Lazy. Why not update the current jean Coutu app. Why not have a moi app separately from every store if you're not going to incorporate the features into the main app of Jean Coutu. Sucks.
The metro et moi is a piece of s..t , after 7 customer service is awful even store called and still doesn't work 🙄

Bonjour, Dans la section Health/Santé un bouton m’apporte à téléchargé l’application Jean Coutu. Par contre, il semble que cette application n’es pas à jours. Je suis sur Android 13, Samsung Galaxy S20 FE (cellulaire de 2020) et je ne peu pas y téléchargé vu que ma version est trop à jours (même si la version d’Android la plus récente est 14.) Voici le message d’erreur : "This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android"
Poor link to Metro
The app was working until last week. Every time I try to open it, a "no internet connection" message pops up. I can't open the app.
The app really suck for now can't even do everything on the app have to go to the website and can't even see my transaction history
