hired a relationship manager following are the results 1. they send intrest to profiles that are clearly incompatible (ie diffrent income expectations, location mismatch) 2. no help in fine-tuning profile 3. sending only one intrest per day (that too to totally wrong profile) 4. miss selling by sales agent. DO NOT BUY RELATIONSHIP MANAGER SERVICES, buy q basic plan and call profiles yourself.

I bought lifetime membership. But I am unable to see any contact information. Just because of slight mismatch in criteria, contact details remain hidden from me. When I contact customer support, they say that my filters are too strict. There are so many profiles matching my criteria, but they hide it behind so many layers. Even during spotlight, my profile is shown to absolutely 0 users. The suggestions are totally useless. Totally unrelated to my criteria.

I continued my son's membership for over 2 years and realised that this site was indulging in backend manipulative practices, hiding good profiles to market their costlier service. Most of the profiles are repetitive and it is waste of money & time. They have unauthorizedly debited my account and have not restored my amount. Due to their insensitive ways, I have reported it to Home & IT Ministry besides escalating to Hindu Organizations. I am also moving to Consumer court. Hopeless Matrimony.

jeevansaathi membership continues on subscription bases without reminders from thier app. my plan is renewing without attention from last 3months with no use and complete waste of money. they said its non refundable. RAM management is worst. I'm using Samsung flagship phone. this app crashes when I scroll among few profiles. May be it crashes because it's holding all the old profiles in cache or RAM.

Don't waste your money on Premium. The same profiles are shown repeatedly, no new matches appear, and customer support gives only copy-paste responses. Very poor experience.
