If you are downloading for the discount, there is none. Obtaining the new member discount is not possible. Instead, they require you to give them access to your phone call history and photos to use the app. Absolute scam
Jeju air kept delaying my flight. Never using them again.
Employed EXIMBay for processing foreign payment cards which fails for most cards. You can try different cards from different countries and banks but most of my U.S. and U.K. cards failed. Supports only Visa, Master, and JCB. No chance for UnionPay, Discover, AmEx, etc.

This app SUCKS and is extremely frustrating. I rarely write negative reviews but this one warranted one. I had to enter the info for 5 ppl at least 10 times because the app kept glitching on me or timing me out. Reading all the different options and entering info for 5 travelers obviously takes time. Browsing duty free and changing credit cards both caused glitches. A glitch also caused the seat selection to show unavailable so I had to wait and try again later. Absolute nightmare.

This app wants to spy on my calls, otherwise refuses to work. Avoid.
There is no 5% off deal for new member. Do not bother downloading. It also somehow manages to fail to book a flight.
I booked directly with Jeju Air, and their app can't find my booking, and it's impossible to do online checking via the app, so it's pretty worthless.
Unable to book ticket via app. Registered yet it still complains I didn't.

App is useless. Can't search and book flight. Upon booking, when I try to search airport 'origin', nothing comes out. It's just blank and don't display any airport name or city.

Impossible to use for foreigners
Unable to book flights through app. Their third party Eximbay payment processor declined every single one of my international MC and Visa cards. These cards work on other airlines.

This is a SCAM APP, if you try to look for your ID/PW it directs you you paid services. DO NOT USE
Most of app is in Hangul even with us/English. So not much use for non natives.

Useless this jeju air I booking my flight as biz lite and when I boarding in flight is regular sit what the hell is crazy this is horable experience in jeju air..
Doesn't work unless you give it access to photos, video, and other items on your device. Obtrusive.
Terrible website and app! I downloaded the app because the website has no option to switch currency. The app immediately asks you to grant access to a lot of private information. Why? I couldn't tell you because it's explained only in Korean. How could an airline have such a poor service? Ridiculous.

Worst app ever, their services are absolutely pathetic. Didn't let us board the flight and every 30 mins gave us 4 different reasons for not letting us board the flight. Eventually all of them turned out to be lies. Also did not refund more than half of the ticket cost. Not recommended to use this airline.
Only a korean language option, which isn't a big deal. However you're only able to select a passport from a tiny, and rather random, group of countries for reasons beyond me. Utterly useless.
Completely useless app. Even when selecting English everything is in Korean, except for the extra offers. Hire some translator...
