super slow loading bookings, tried uninstalling the app and rebooting always so slow trying to access my booking. easier to manage booking on the web
your app has been broken for months. home page buffering. saves not working. back button taking you totally out of screens instead of back a page. very frustrating
Used it several times before this trip with no issue. Today heading to the airport it won't load. Says check Internet connection - which is fine. Thank goodness I emailed boarding passes to myself!

Installed this app to track my holiday and flights that I've already booked and paid for. Instead it keeps generating alerts urging me to book a holiday or enter a prize draw. Pointless having it to monitor flights if I have to block all alerts from it. And it hijacks any attempt to use the website on my phone, but then won't let me pick room options like upper/lower floors etc. that the website can do.

Although there are some great features within this app, the overriding impression I am left with is much of the navigation is not intuitive. Going to the place you would naturally expect something to be often leads you down a dead end. A prime example but not the only example occurred 2 days before our return flight. Jet2 sent me a message asking me to book meals and snacks for my return journey, helpfully there was a button reading "Pre order now". It didn't work!
It's so slow to load your selection. Sometimes it just doesn't load at all. Virtually impossible to search for a villa on the app. So frustrating. in response to your request i have sent you the information. I got bored today after 15mins, it would not load any villas based on my search criteria.
