Jetblue no longer submits my Known Traveler Number to the TSA, apparently because of an apostrophe in my last name. This was not a problem the last time I flew with them.
Application is functional, Jetblue does a horrible job if you are traveling with Family. not being able to save travelers, I need to consistently add my children and wife. remembering to re add everyone's KTN and true blue numbers. other airline rewards do a better job of this. I called customer service and it was not help what so ever. I would think jet blue would care more about families and not just solo travelers. This is not a method to retain loyalty.
never again will I book with jetblue!! there thieves! other airlines offer a 24 hour cancellation fee. jet blue does but charges you 100 bucks plus doesn't refund your money but gives you fly credit I DONT WANT FLY CREDIT I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! on top of that they charged me for a seat In which I never got!!!! delta is thee best airline to fly!!

Your app, like your in flight service and customer service assistants, are the epitome of useless. Like your flights, you have scraped every penny of helpfulness or usability from your app. Be prepared to sit on wait for 20 minutes to change your flight times, because this app WILL NOT help you. I will fly cardboard wings and jumping off the roof before I deal with this company or app ever again. Worthless, weak, and found wanting. Your grandparents were right to be disappointed in you.
cannot login, even tho login works on browser
not transparent. shows pricing separately (additive) for each leg of the trip unlike other airlines. does not tell you how many points are needed to cover additional cost. deletes all preferences to go back to earlier choices
where is the login button?
Jetblue damaged my bag. I went to the kiosk to file a claim and they told me I could do it via the QR code. They failed to tell me I had to go to the after filling it out. Lazy people did not want to help me. I guess now I have to live with my zipper broke.
this is an awful app - it crashes constantly and fails to display the most basic information, like the date. Please go to the Delta app and copy what they are doing. thanks.
cannot select seats! broken app. 4 months later, app feature still broke
Paid for a window seat chose 17A it showed on the app got on the plane got sat/comfortable. As the last people got on board they say somone else was assigned the seat and they made me move because their "ipad" had me some where else how dose jet blues system not communicate between the app ive had this seat assigned for a weeks how is it allowed for me to pay for a specific seat and be forced to move
I have had this app for a while and have loved it. There was a recent update and now it keeps crashing.

cannot complete the application to join, because to finish the application to join, i and am instructed to check for email message from JetBlue. So I did. But no message was received.
So far several attempts and id code went to spam. Tried to sign up but no luck.
I don't know what y'all have done to this app, but it is not working right. I've tried 4 times to book a flight, despite being already logged in, I get stuck in a "sign in" loop between choosing the flights and choosing the seats. i guess I'll have to use the website.
What the hell happened to this app? It's very glitchy, it shows you flights and when you click on them it informs you that there are no flights available. I guess Jet Blue has enough money that they don't need to book anymore customers.

Garbage. Gives issues just trying to log in, the desktop site is no better.
WORST AIRLINE APP EVER when you're trying to book the flight on the pay screen, it keeps auto scrolling to the "apply for credit card" portion while you're trying to submit payment so you think your submitting payment but it actually brings you to the credit application screen, THEN you try to get out of that application page, it will take you back out to the home page and you have to restart your booking from the beginning!!
It's terrible! no matter what you do the app will log you out constantly. and then it wants authentication and to verify that's it's you so you have to get sent two codes in th email. then logs you out again..
I am trying to give a travel notification but cannot do it. Too complicated!
Ayer registering I was not able to sign in at all, will not recognize my trip either. Was able to check in through the website only.

doesn't work, won't find my flight to track
I manage the account for a group of 200 investors and I will never use JetBlue for absolutely anything ever again! They are scammers and thieves. They charge you for contacting technical support after they block your ability to make any changes on their website, which coincidentally never works for anything. If you want to arrive late to where you're going, have your flights and seats changed, and get robbed on top of that, use JetBlue-they are specialists.
I keep needing to sign in after closing the app for only a few minutes. Makes it frustrating when I'm trying to go through security or board. Also, the updated design got rid of the multiple weekly dates above when trying to book flexible dates to see prices for each date scrolling horizontally than just a week. It's so time consuming having to enter new dates and restart the search. please change it back.

Will not keep password. If the app closes, I have to enter the password again and wait for a verification code. You basically always need a paper boarding pass or hold the line up. You should be able to use biometrics, but it is not an option like other airlines

Every single time I use the app, I have to sign in. Even if I dont log out, I navigate out of the app to check calendar or car/hotel bookings and come back, I'm logged back out. The app is designed to purposefully be more difficult to use than just opening the website... why? Who would make a conscious decision to design the app to be way more horrible than the website?? very punitive. very suck.
JetBlue doesn't care, due to software issues where we originally boarded JetBlue flight to JFK. They knew that we were coming and closed the gate we just missed it by 10 min. By 8:05am we were stranded until the next day missing the first night of our honeymoon; very expensive. Gave us a hotel that we could not check in until 3pm unless we paid more money, then we had to pay more money to get back to the airport. They only gave us $12 for food, no reimbursement for X2 $89 seat selection.....
The app updates WAY too often and they will not let you use it until after you update. Even if you're late for your plane and trying to scan your ticket.

App and website don't work much of the time. They suck.
I don't want to install this application on my phone, only on my computer the installation process don't let me choose the option.
