Worst flight experience in 20 years. From onboarding member to flight attendant. Lacking of customer service handling and lack of politeness to the customers.
I can't log in. I go to log in and the app flickers twice and I'm still a guest. please fix this.
I recently travelled on a Jetstar flight on Monday morning from Townsville and was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the aircraft. When I used the toilet, I was greeted by a disgracefully dirty toilet bowl. This is not the standard passengers should expect, and it made for a very unpleasant experience. I hope greater attention is given to cleanliness moving forward.
do not trust this app, it would not allow us to pay for extra baggage 24 hours before check in. then we're charged 360nzd for their own apps stuff up.

app sometimes doesn't work
awful awful awful. trying to change a flight like pulling teeth with a hammer. took 15 minutes just to get past the robot caller. icing on the cake is it's $50 more to change with jetstar over the phone than on the website. can any other business operate like this?
Impossible to log in. Nothing works. Try to reset pin. Reset email with number never arrived.

whats the point of an app when it just directs you to a web browser in a logged out state? at least let people search within the app

It used to be easier to use the app, needs a filter and sort for the holiday packages. plus now there are pop up ads, which is annoying
