I got a new phone and none of my gameplay transferred over to my new phone, even though it was backed up on Google play. when I open the game on my new phone, it was at level 0, instead of 250. and there was no place to get my game ID to email support. I hate this game now. Don't get a new phone if you love this game.
The ad for this game was wonderful--much more relaxing than the real thing. They ought to introduce the really complex levels early and often - but MOST importantly! - they need to expand the jewel sorting tray. Nothing is more pointless than expanding the tray as a "reward" for level progress when you don't NEED a large tray toward the end of a level! They have morphed what should be a relaxing game into absolute tedium by forcing you to transfer only a few jewels at a time for most of each lvl
I tried the game and didn't like it, and I'm really sick of seeing ads for it
music is terrible and annoying like hold music on the phone. shuffle songs or switch out music altogether.
app is fun, but constant ads and phone gets really hit while playing
it's a great game but the movement is slow plus you need to finish one color to unlock to put the other colors which you would be almost done i think this game is a waste of time to be honest it's a very slow game

disappointed this classic ART BASED game using GENERATIVE AI SLOP FOR ADS. RATE 1 STAR IF YOU SUPPORT REAL HUMANS. when you use generative ai you're on the side of HUMAN SUFFERING. ai data centers causes electricity prices to RISE making families UNABLE TO AFFORD TO LIVE, POISONS WATER in ELDERLY COMMUNITIES making it UNDRINKABLE it also takes jobs away from STARVING ARTISTS. everyone involved in approving these ai SLOP ADS CONSUMERS DON'T WANT should be ASHAMED

Denied Access. App let me download it, upon trying to sign gave me load bologna. Access denied "system at sign-in max load. " I think it's from denying access to my phone.
impossible for colorblind players
The game itself is wonderful. 1 Star is because they've started having an ad play at the bottom of the screen that is extremely loud, unskippable and does not end. I close the game to go back in and the ad pops up again fairly quickly making the game basically unplayable now. I already hated the forced ad after every level with no option to purchase a "no ads" pack.... but to have forced ads after every level on top of an obnoxious bottom banner ad that won't go away. absolutely not.

Got to level 2 and a gem glitched into the wrong color so it won't let me finish...

The game is fun but super repetitive. You get the same levels every so often. I've gotten a few that are the same twice in a row. It's incredibly annoying. There is nothing that explaing what each power up does. you have to watch the ad to even use it without even knowing what it does. The ads on the bottom get in the way so you'll accidentally click on one as you're playing. This was relaxing until it got TOO repetitive that I couldn't stand it anymore.
I liked that we had not to many apps in the game, BUT THE SPYWARE You Use or Aloud Someone Else To Use Is Insane! Shame on you! I will not give anymore of your game's that i don't already have the time to steal my information!
