not accepting Google Pay
app is confusing and slow
Downloaded the app with the sole purpose of having a Thai chicken wrap, which the app says they still have, delivered. Too bad clicking on the only thing I eat there takes me to a list of things I don't want, like a buffalo wrap and buffalo chips... If I wanted those, I wouldn't have clicked on the description of something else entirely.

Order sandwiches that came all wrong. Made us a new one. That one had a nice black hair laying upon the meat when we opened it to add some stuff we like. Never had such poor service from here, until today. Now we paid. waited a half hour for the first order and 45 min for the replacement that we can't eat either. I'm saddened by this outcome today.
too difficult to redeem points
I will not be going to Jimmy John's off Louisville rd. my #5 was nasty. it barely had anything on it.. 🤬🤬🤬I wish I could put the picture on here
App has started pushing terrible "offers" after ordering. I do not want these offers, I just want to be able to order food.
You purchase food and then they give you ads. Not a fan of this change.
The app should provide an easy way to change the store location after selecting food but before placing the order. Currently the only way to change the store location is to "Start Over". That is ridiculous!
App was BAD, and has gotten WORSE! Appears to be simple, but try to bundle a reward sandwich with soda and chips... becomes a brand new order. Rewards are impossible to use or modify. Now, you can't pick ingredients... I had to type Add XXXPeppers in name. I used to be able to do that. Last order 2 sandwiches, no way to customize. It is a really bad app. No complains of stores, their people or service... your app is not a good experience for me.
Every time I order I am spammed with "offers" to paid services. I use your app to order food, not to feel like I opened my spam folder in my email from 1997.
The ads after using the app are annoying!

Placed a mobile order while standing in the restaurant to take advantage of a deal but the order was placed for a location 20 minutes away. Shame on me I guess for not confirming despite physically being in a completely different restaurant. Why would I expect a huge chain to have basic GPS capabilities...
wouldnt let me use reward
this application is fine, but the company seems to have a disconnext as nearly every order me and my girlfriend do is incorrect no matter how we put it in the app, mostly items missing that were paid for. this is too consistent between different stores to not be an app to store issue.
Favorites disaster. Why is it so complicated to add a food a favorite food? And why hide the favorites inside the account and settings? You need a button on the page ribbon that says favorites.
This app serves 3 ads for third-party trash after placing an order. Remember when you could just be a customer and have that be enough? Enshittification marches on.
For some reason the app broke since last update and keeps telling me that my order could not be submitted. Says that there's a problem with payment method even when the payment method is Cash, in person

What once felt fresh baked, fresh sliced, and a little fancy has been spongy, lifeless, and pedestrian the past few times I've had it. Sadly, not worth keeping the app on my phone. Hope the new overlords hear this call to return to something better!

every time I enter my phone number the points arent added. the cashier confirms but magically every time its a large order I dont get the points. what's the point?!
What’s the deal with the ads? Nothing enhances a food app experience quite like getting bombarded with ads as if I just downloaded a sketchy mobile game from 2012. Really builds confidence in the brand. Come on, JJs. You’re a national chain, not a side project held together with duct tape. Act like it.
the app keeps freezing up and is difficult to use rewards. when it freezes it also freezes my phone
