I had over 1863 in points. So i decide perfect day for a free meal....Nope not from Jimmy John's, the app took all my points and drained me down to 163 points and wants me tonpay full price for my free reward. And they have an app to use everyday, but customer service isn't available half the time and definitely not at all on Sundays! So I didn't place my order. I tried restarting the app, tried unistalling it nothing works and no one to help. Why offer rewards if they don't even work!
Jimmy jones used to be freaky fast, now you're lucky if you get your sandwiches in an hour after ordering.

tried using my points and it says it can't be undone but then doesn't let me use said points and deletes the amount I was about to us.
Rewards always give an error message. I was going to get Jimmy Johns today but I guess I'll go to Jersey Mike's since they have an app that actually works. Error happened on a Pixel 10
they dont let you redeem rewards and have absurd expectations on them while not letting you apply them to an order. the support line is trash. Just hit Subway. at least they have variety.
The app works fine but then they feed you ads in the form of "unlocking a discount" for other companies when you check out. Absolutely trash design.
I'm dropping my 5 star review to a 1 star. Extraneous offers for other services after I've already bought your product is downright offensive. I'm sick of dealing with this everywhere I do business, just let me buy your product. I love your food, don't make me hate being your customer.
Rude Customer Rep on help line and not does keep to required promotions, not trustable! 4/2/25 App continues to not honor promos... customer services could care less. You prepay an order and discover at the store..Sold Out!!!!
Why would anyone place ads in an app for ordering sandwiches? If alienating customers is the goal, congratulations, goal achieved.
Stupid App auto populated a store nowhere close to my location, forcing me to drive a considerable distance to pick up my order. My usual store said there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation.
Orders only go thru if I pay in cash or at the store, it's been an ongoing issue for years, all of my cards work everywhere except THIS specific fast food app. It's why I rarely eat here travel isn't easy when your busy.
try using a coupon for a order and it did not go thou but still took my 10 dollars

Look, more drug references in the promos. How clever. The overzealous marijuana promotion is beyond the pale. I dine at JJs multiple times a week, and this kind of garbage may very well lose you a customer. Glorifying recreational drugs (which are still largely illegal) is a marketing misstep, period.
App closes by itself. doesn't work half the time.
Trying to check out in order my sandwich and the app is popping up with ads for me to apply for credit cards. And do my tax return

This app is still garbage. if it's not one thing, it's another. worst delivery tracking in the industry. frequently broken (right now if you try to order a gyro and make it a combo it doesn't let you until you "pick a sandwich" which isn't possible), and some of the menu and navigation features are unintuitively placed. oh and it's pretty unoptimized. load times are pretty abysmal even on flagship devices.
special deal advertised get chicken or Greek gyro for 6 bucks use the app. so I downloaded the app. bc my wife has every other one. the home screen shows both In the picture, right on. not only is thier a special for 6. but you can't even choose, find , locate. the Greek version. what? I can see it! so deleted! going to Arby's for a better Gyro and thier App actually works. boo. JJ Although the Bootlegger is Genius.

Ads after a sale is a great way to lose future sales. Subway doesn't do this.
This app has some real design issues. It should remember the FOOD of past orders -- not just the entire order itself. Right now, you can only repeat a past ORDER as a complete package -- including how and where you ordered. If I placed an order last week for pickup, but want it for delivery this time, I should be able to tell it to do the same order again, but for pickup (but you can't). Same if I want to repeat the food, but from a different store (you can't). Just do favorites properly.

Using points gives you rewards that do not work, saying it's unable to apply them for the specific thing that the reward is for.
the app works but I can't use any rewards or offers that are on the app or that's I've earned.
App works OK, but doesn't allow me to redeem rewards. After selecting rewards in the app, redeeming in app is impossible.
The App works great... because you are ordering something and giving them money. The rewards are a joke. I think I earned a "free pickle" once. When the employees ask if I have a phone number with them, I dont know why I even bother.
app itself is fine, but sometimes it'll just crash everything, resetting my phone's app list.

So you're running ads for credit cards & streaming services now? Are you serious? the *ONLY* reason it's not 1 star is because other than trying to sell me a STARS subscription, the app actually works quite well.
can't update credit card info. keeps saying expired, new card can't be used also. lost sales for you
The app doesn't show an option to buy the new gyros.
just ordered a sandwich online and there are now solicitations at checkout. There were 3 separate solicitations I had to bupass. It asked if I wanted a credit card, tax preparation and something else. I order from them pretty frequently, but I won't order from them again until I get confirmation this advertising is stopped.
I do not like that there are now "special offers" (ads) in your app.
