Their worthless website is doing the exact same thing. I keep getting a please reconfirm the information you filled in message over and over and over. I have a flight next week and I can't even get on to select a seat or see a seat map. Fix your garbage!!
Not User friendly at all. They have no way to pay if you live in Korea. Price is USD.
Payment doesn't complete not only credit card but also another payment such as payback. Tired on this. Just give up.

This app is not fit for purpose. It is just a wrapping round the website and gives you error messages in Korean when you try and check in in English.
Same problem as the others...can't book...very disappointing.
I had exactly same experience with others. An awful one. Can't not complete the payment. Even i had tried different credit cards.
This JINAIR website is very bad, when i want buy the cheaper ticket and go to do the payment and key the secure code, they will pop up message is transaction decline please contact system administrator, please update your system easy people to buy ticket, TQ..
Overall experience with the app and Jin Air was unpleasant. Could not

Foreigners, try a different airlines JinAir has great prices but their website and app are unusable and always return an error at payment. What kind of business doesn't allow customers to pay for their product? And despite having my account information, they repeatedly require the input of your phone number and address. Adding insult to injury, on one attempt, they charged my card but failed to provide a plane ticket If your app isn't ready, please don't release it and most importantly, create FRICTIONLESS buying if you want satisfied customer

Terribly slow. I tried booking an airline ticket 5 times, but i failed and bought a other airline ticket.
JinAir, I want to be your customer but your website and app won't allow me. I cannot create an account or book a flight?
The app changed to Korean after the search page and once I tried to go back the app just froze. Very frustrating when trying to book from the road. The website gave us difficulty too.
The main menu is in English... but the booking process is in Korean. I'm using a galaxy S7 from the UK (my phone is 100% set to 'English') and I checked in the app's settings menu that English was selected as the language. Not sure why Jin Air keeps insisting the app has English language support, it doesn't.
Edit after answer: I am offended by the illogic of your answer. My phone IS all in English, which is one of the reasons why I'm writing this while post in English, or why I was expecting the app to be as well.... I still DO NOT recommend this app. VERY MUCH so. Only the main menu of this app is translated in English. And... Since their website doesn't allow to go through the booking process, I guess I just CAN'T BOOK ANY FLIGHT WITH THEM. 🙁
