aek dum gatiya bank or bekar bank hai mera account freeze kr diya hai or nahi costomer care main phone lag raha hai don't install or koi bhi isme account mat kohlna please sabse bakar bank hai fraud bank hai
I am extremely disappointed with their customer care process. They don't resolve the issue with a proper conversation when I call them, but instead have deployed a robot 😡😡

I have opened Jiobank by completing the Video KYC They charged Debit card charges first and when I try to transfer money to others, it always showing exceeded limit or any other errors. the worst part is that there is no direct line to customer care service. we have to reach them only mail communication and mail also they won't give a satisfactory results. It's a horrible experience for me. I have seen so many upi apps but this jio is really horrible.
