My Jiohotstar app is not working as after the application is opened the screen is not loading it is fully black screen. Kindly do something and resolve the problem as soon as possible Application doesn't start shows loading screen infinite times
In name of update they are removing facilities now in 150 rupees you can only watch hindi series and movies .
clarity is worst, compared to prime and netflix, if 4k look like standard old CRT TV clarity, dispite buying subscribtion

I recharged my Jio prepaid number with the ₹899 plan, but my JioHotstar subscription is still not active. The app is asking me to make a payment. I contacted Jio customer support, and they told me to contact JioHotstar customer support. Then JioHotstar customer support told me to contact Jio customer support. This back-and-forth is very frustrating, and the service has been disappointing. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I'm using the app while I'm pausing and going to other app for 20 seconds the algorithm is getting back to the home page n showing me advertisements they are ruining customer experience for their maximum leverages even after subscription how greedy u r coz of that I'm seeing advertisements 10 times for single show ilf I wanna understand meaning n all stuff

Am I using the app to watch movies or to watch ads!!! SOO MANYYYYY ADSSSSS.... 3 Unskipable ads after every 5 minutes!!! When I'm watching series...... I'm sure I've watched 200 plus ads!!!!!!! never gonna use this app again!

worst app don't install , that's just waste of time , this app is full of ads
i am regular subscriber since many years, but now a days it has become normal tv channel where after every 5 -10 minutes u will have to watch adds also. It's painful and irritating to watch so many adds on this OTT channel.
i already pay 79 rupess but now again said for payment I already send slip off payment but not give any response

need to understand that showing condom ad that too bold is embarassing especially Star channel is highly watched together sitting with family.. literally embarassing
