Most of the useful options are removed in the new Jiomart app. Especially real time tracking.

Before the update, whenever I placed an order through scheduled delivery, the expected delivery date used to be mentioned after the order was confirmed. But now, once the order gets shipped, the delivery date is no longer shown. I ordered a top on May 3, and today is May 11, but I still haven’t received it. I also haven’t received any notification about a delivery delay. Even after contacting customer support, nothing has been resolved. I have neither received my order nor gotten my money back.

worst experience after the update! before blinkit launched its services in mandya,jio mart was the only option and it was amazing after blinkit,idk the coincidence..u guys updated the app,which is not just few features,it's completely different, worst n it is irritating to use why does it take"Hollywood movie opening credits"time to open the app itself and u removed some of the best peanut butters now even though i want to keep using jio mart, i come back to use it but u r getting so annoying
such a bad experience, they should show if the nearest store is closed or not. I ordered something at 5 am, and it's written that it will reach at 10 am, I tried to cancel but error they said, is it a joke? delivery boy will yell at me for not picking the order. If I'm avail at 10 am why would I order at 5? even delivery tracking is not working, remove it! such a waste of time!

very bad app that was open always stuck in hang there is no option available in this review app I was showing my error please remove this error in the next upcoming update

Worst app for quick delivery.
Experience is horrible in recent days....order stays under processed and it is not delivered, in fact when I want to cancel, the order is also not getting cancelled, it's too much annoying and it's wasting my time.....either you should deliver the order , or show some progress in the app or let the customer cancel their order.....nothing is happening.....please do something and fix my problem
he is delivery order in 3 hours for grocery I don't like oo sorry I'm order 1.03 pm and Time right now is 8.00 pm my order is not delivered very very bad service finally my order is cancel 10.45pm he is refund my payment 3 to 5 working days very nice service nobody can use this app 🤮🤮🤮💩💩

word for Instamart- that's pathetic! Showed 8 minutes at the time of placing the order and once the order is placed, it increases the delivery time to 23 minutes. Why committing lower ETA when you are unable to deliver? Could have ordered from other apps had I known the actual delivery time. Failed to deliver even in 40 minutes, had to cancel the order. dilevery boy call bhi resivd nahi kar raha 50 call kar diya abtak ye ek frod hai

Experience is so bad, you all just made a loop to stuck the customer, your helpline services in app doesn't work, your customer service number either doesn't work or redirects to app which again doesn't work, delivery partners are so bad and rude, took 10 hours for a order that was supposed be delivered in 20 minutes. Telling here is also useless you are just gonna give a number to reach which I have tried and doest work, never using the service again, apps like blinkit are much better.
Bad experience no delivery on time automatic they are canceling the order and delivery partner are very unprofessional.. Customer care is not reachable.. waste of time.. I order the same products from blink it, and they delivered in 20 minutes and jio mart 1 week 4 times I ordered every time either they canceling order by Owen or delivery partner refused to deliver
I think jiomart code is written by AI 😏 it's not opening showing only your order will be delivered here and there is no way to write address like before which used to be one time setup but it's asking for delivery address everytime
very pathetic experience in last one year with this app, I placed many order but accepting the order they process the order and after send delivery OTP they show in app return the order, and not done delivery, after contact customer service no help , only they informed me due to technical issues order was returned, every time technical issues? very bad service by this app. And customer service also useless, I think local store of this app not interested to done the delivery, again same answer

I had a terrible experience with the jiomart app ,i have ordered some items from the app , it said the delivery is very specific on that particular day , i waited for very long time and i haven't seen any progress ,the status showed the same for like more than 5 hours after ordering and tried to cancel it , no matter what option i choose , it says failed to cancel order , i have tried to communicate from help section, that's the absolute nonsense i have ever seen ,its repeats the same answer

everything is wrong in this app. I ordered something and for 1 hour I was waiting but no delivery partner was signed and when I tried to cancel the order it said failed cancel. So now I am stuck, neither can I cancel the order nor know when it will come. when I tried to reach customer support it always replied with some ai text that is never helpfully. Even when I tried to talk to customer care it said we can talk only until 8 pm. so what we supposed to do. such a bad experience.
The app gives address issues. if you want to send something on a different address and you are at a different address, the app does not pick the different address. rather it sends to the live location address and when you try to cancel the order it does not cancel the order . I mean what is the use of giving the option of cancellation when you will not cancel the order.
whenever I order for quick order majorly order doesn't arrive it just says your order is confirmed nothing else and for urgency of product I have to go and buy and cancel the order

pathetic app. First thing they don't promise quick delivery on quick order. if order is delayed they say wait till next day for order to be delivered. there is no way to track if delivery is attempted or not. can't see if delivery person is assigned or not. You are competing with Zepto Instamart and blink it with this experience your are going to die your own way. God bless

do not buy anything from this app even if you do the quick order you will receive it after some days. I didn't receive my order yet and there is no option to connect with anyone, worst app I have ever used. neither I have received my order nor there is option to connect anyone or cancel my order, do not waste you time and money.
Most of the products are mon branded
I've had a veryyyy bad experience with jiomart .I had ordered a few items and paid for the same using Google pay expecting for them to arrive the same day as it showed the delivery date to be the same as that ordered .The items are not received even as of today and the status still shows as 'ordered' which means that the items are not even under process. I tried the chat bot thing ,it does not give me proper answers and also tried calling the customer care ,but they didn't answer the call only.
