I can't start it with my phone
The Jira apps UI is infuriating and has failed to even get correct permissions for my user at times. I also used opsgenie professionally, which already had a rough enough UI, but since Atlassian integrated it with Jira and made it the Operations module, it's somehow worse. Trying to do something as simple as tailor how your oncall schedule notifications work (e.g. when your shift starts, when it ends, etc) is infuriating and I'm not even sure how to do it fully at time of writing this...

Since Atlassian replaced Opsgenie app with this, I have not been able to get alert notifications to work.
Interface needs a lot of work to improve UI UX
can't save a picture in Landscape mode The App of Atlassian gets worse with every update. How about testing the App only for 15 minutes if everything works?

It's absolutely impossible to join an existing space. It's also impossible to delete an account.

Not able to install on Xiaomi 11 i
Much worse user experience than the OpsGenie app. Simple things like not being able to click links in an alert description. Can't easily view favourite alert filters. Even the alert notification message is annoying. Overall lower quality experience than what it is replacing.

useless and nagging
Used to work. but after the last update it's unusable. As usual, break the working app for the sake of new "features" nobody asked for.
very bad on mobile i can't see qctive sprint or attached videos and many many things are missing in mobile version
Can't set a custom notification tone, so good luck waking me up during on-call with my rather subtle global notification tone. Also, feedback button was broken for me, just got errors when trying to submit...
This application is terrible! Pictures, documents, either never load or take years to actually see! It's super glitchy whenever trying to load any other cards or "issues", and the calenders never load! Also, this app only really functions semi properly when using an Iphone; androids can't use calenders unless using the browser version (which doesn't work at all with android phones). It seems like as time goes on, these issues keep getting worse and more pop randomly pop up.

Buggy on Z Fold 6 You would assume that the bigger the screen is, the more productive you get. But no, on unfold screen, you put in the descriptions, comments... Etc, the "submit" button is no where to be found, you can't submit your "hardwork" on the phone screen at all. Imagine the frustration after typing a long description, comment, with photos from your phone... And COULDN'T submit. You want to "save yourself" by copy the text but that's not working neither. The menu keeps disappearing.
not clear what security this breaches when sending emails from jira
why the most fundamental field is now missing from ticket view? the description field is not visible anymore? why? it is unacceptable!

Frustrating experience, most of the time you can't even post a comment, send button is grayed out.
I can't able to reply to the thread comments, i had to create a new comment every time on the traveller while using a mobile device
last update is terrible!!! doesn't show me as assignee. elements in the UI are so big

The mobile app continues to suffer from an annoying bug where it defaults to a different view for a space / project than the last one used to view it. Example - I open a service desk project, set it to view open tickets and then close the app. When I reopen the app, it shows the service desk project set to showing closed tickets.
it's not compatible with my Redmi device
Works fine on the front/narrow display of my Samsung fold6, but unusable on the larger/unfolded display. The right side (where task comments are displayed) goes crazy with jittery scrolling, comment text input sits on top of content making it impossible to read the latest comment, etc.
run from jira while you still can
Can't create issues. It always says "Jira encountered an error. Shake to send feedback". According to the Play Store my device is no longer supported. I would understand if new versions didn't work. But given the nature of the app, already installed versions of the app should not stop working.
can't really do much on mobile. plugins don't work here. o mobile view in browser they are also catastrophic to work with
it doesn't let me post a reply comment. the send button stays greyed out
