I then tried uninstalling it and tested out apps without the reinstall and all worked normally again until I redownloadeded Jobber. This app was an absolute nightmare to use and I'll never recommend or use this again. I'm not sure how it has over 4 stars, I would give zero if allowed.

customer service sucks.
As technician this app is, on average, the worst part of my day. It's slow, clunky, unintuitive and even if I have nearly full bars and 5G it often won't connect. EDIT: In response to the jobber tech support team: your product is bad and you should feel bad. Also, they're adding AI to an already unreliable product. this app lacks the power to support ai and will get worse as a result.

The automatic linking of notes, it's ridiculous.They're being linked to things that they shouldn't be linked to. we have to edit every single note to unlink things. too many more issues to list. please give an option to go back
I have created an account and install app for team member, though I am on trial period but nothing works, I have sent email invitation to team member but not received to my team member, in trial period I can't send emails or texts, it frustrating

I don't work Sundays, I made it clear to the caller on the first attempt at her ringing me. Then she tried again later, they lost a client, because it was borderline harassment for them to be ringing and ringing me even after I had said not to on the Sunday. Just annoying salesmanship and poor customer relations.
I have to use this app for work and it's very frustrating to navigate. If I don't have very good reception it just refuses to load anything and loses any tracked time. Even worse, sometimes it shows me as signed in to a job with the timer running, then half an hour later it's all gone and I've been on general timer the whole time. One update it works better and then the next it just gets worse than before. Overall it's a clunky app that I would never continue to use if I wasn't forced to.
Trash ,slow, unoptimized, ,the app literally stop working out of nowhere, I had 4 houses out of 16 to complete and it literally erased itself and wouldnt load the customer information
it's very pricey for some basic things and doesn't put my employees on my plan apparently
Signed up for the $50/month Core plan expecting professional quote templates like the app shows. Turns out the nicer branded quotes are locked behind a much higher tier. The quotes you can actually send are very basic, and the mobile app makes it hard to find template settings. Feels misleading for the price. Contractors should know what features are actually included before subscribing. Tired of these ripoff companies trying to ripoff companies with over priced junk
was a great app but last month or so on my Android has just been failing to load with proper internet connection and as of 5pm on friday, February 27th 2026 I cannot log into or load the app. I have tried updating the app, uninstalling and re installing with no luck. Need this fixed in order to continue business operations. until then back to pen and paper documentation edit: as of Monday morning when I enter my log in information it just gets stuck on the log in screen loading never logs me in

update still having same problem tech everyone telling do samething update app I have the latest version taking longer to collect payments cause i have to do all kinds of things to allow me to view been over month now getting this message you dont have permission to use im the only person on account nothing is happening came here see if something or someone give me solution or answer what to do anyway here my experience do research before signing up to any app
too many fake offers
when i first started using jobber it wad fantastic. very smooth app. now it is the opposite. the app is now glitchy and slow. i now have to close it and reopen it multiple times a day. i hate that i am paying for this. i really hope these issues are fixed. otherwise i will be cancelling and using a different app for my company. please fix so i can change this to a 5 star review. reinstalling will not work. i have already tried that.

Regret getting Jobber Was great at first but they keep adding more and more to the app and it's all paid subscription stuff. Now i am bombarded with texts and calls of people trying to sell me stuff and buttons all over my quote and invoice screen with a lock symbol to remind me I need to pay more. I am a small company. I don't need their top tier plan but the sales pressure persists. I should have gone with housecall pro. When the sales pressure/ads stop I will switch to 5 stars.
The concept is great! the execution is miserable. For charging me $200 per month, you would think you get a working CRM. Wrong! Field use is minimal because it doesn't update your dashboard. Timesheets are supposed to automatically populate since app tracks technicians real time with GPS. wrong. cant start a job, because it doesn't even recognize it as my job. Upon approval of a job, you should be able to schedule the job. Wrong. the app is lost in limbo. why am Iimited to 500 characters? @HERE
It only takes 15 minutes for the app to load, regardless of whether I'm connected to wifi or mobile data. Absolutely unacceptable for the amount of money I'm paying. This app used to be great, but something has changed over the past few months and the product has become virtually unusable from my phone which is where I need it most.

a lot of fluff in a CRM that is useless unless you have a fleet it's not worth the premium fee for a monthly subscription plus the percentage they take from every deposit. if you're a small business that wants professional looking invoices just use QuickBooks. deposit times are horrible as well, as some deposits take a full week to process and post to your account. you can speed up the process by of course having them take more money out of your sent invoices for processing.
Keeps saying to update even though the latest update has been installed
now the app is broken. keeps telling me that I need to update it but it's updated. started this after the update 2/16/26. and I can't use it.

I have updated the application as requested by jobber when opening and the message repeats each time it is re opened. Can not currently use the application or gain access to technical support.

It your "A" one typical bossware that is even more invasive to your privacy than the big Metas. If your an employee never download this app/ bossware on any of your personal devices as your employer will spy on you even if this say they have ethics never believe a person who makes you use tech that they pay for a subscription for you to use. An when they dont make you sign a release form sue them and this company because I will be talking to a lawyer about business ethics.

DO NOT TRUST THE FREE TRIAL. I WAS CHARGED $5,39 ; 5.39; $171.94; $51.19; WHILE ON THE ONBOARDING CALL TOLD THE ONBOARDING PERSON THAT JOBBER WAS NOT A GOOD FIT. I HAVE COMPANY CAM, MY OWN BID APP AND QUICK BOOKS. ALL 3 PROGRAMS ARE BETTER THAN WHAT JOBBER HAD TO OFFER. TOLDTHE PERSON THAT I WAS NOT GOINGBTO MOVE FORWARD WITH THERE PRODUCT. CHARGED FOR NOT USING AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND FUNDS.
This is a CRM app for people who have service businesses . It is not an app for field service.

the map tab in schedule is not loading right it will show some jobs and then all the jobs then no jobs. been doing it since last August. thats the main tab we use to route the job in order and yet its always acting up. plz fix the problem
Switching to arbostar. I've begged for over a year for help with crashing and with offline for no reason. Constant logging us off and saying no permission to view while being an admin. I've sent many screenshots and screen recordings to the tech support and never got help.
good but doesn't work half the time
still only recording clocked in time 50% of the time. will work 3 out of 5 days and then reset everything to zero. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked for updates, cleared cache, nothing solves the issue.
keep getting forced to update the app and every time it works less. Was forced to update the app today, after updating I am soft locked from using the app because it keeps saying it needs to be updated. I have jobs I need to look at first thing in the morning.
Jobber is great for keeping organized and reducing physical paperwork however the app is painfully slow to load and navigate through.
very disappointed this app is getting worse days after days first of all it takes 5 minutes to open, and then you need to upload the picture or videos of your job and it take eternity to finish 😒 in the beginning was very good app but now it's just waist of time and money
Lots of bugs that restrict you from accessing certain features, as well as slowing down so much that the app crashes completely. After numerous updates, these issues are consistently a problem. I can't go to another program now because it would be a nightmare to transfer all of my customer information to a new and better service.
