can't make a custom invoice for my certified welding inspection service.
this was a great app until they changed the design for the time log and timesheet. now it is extremely difficult to tell how much time I have for the day and for each client and to edit any of that. I asked support to switch the new design back but they said they can't
So when you go to map mode and have the scheduled jobs at the bottom, there is a directions button you should be able to click on yet the + button (add button) is in the way and you can't hit the directions button. Do your devs even test the app before deploying it?
I just recently purchased this service and it works great on my desktop, in my office, and in web but the app wont wont let me login so its useless. when it redirects me to a login authenticator I login and then just sends me back to the login page on the app. its an endless loop and I cannot login. Will change my rating if they fix this.
Every UI update is worse than the last. this last one is particularly bloated and hard to navigate.
this app is a scam. they called me less than 12 hours after having the app installed. never prompted anything then called me multiple times

Absolutely hate having to use this app. We have to use it because of our employer....and it incorrectly clocks my time due to glitches or my favorite "cannot connect to network." I will be putting in my resignation if my employer decides it's a me problem and not the app...
The new update ruined the timesheet tab
only had to use this for a short period of time fortunately because it sucked so much it's buggy and never routes things properly don't use it unless you want work to be significantly more difficult

use to be really good now its super buggy in map mode. already tried reinstalling. for what I pay this needs to be fixed
User interface, scheduling, monthly planner is not intuitive and slow app response. It's one of the most visually stark designs i've dealt with. I have more control with Google and advertising my business myself without the "assistance" from Jobber. Ludicrous prices for subpar product.
this app is costing more time than it's saving. whatever they did recently with the upgrades have made it basically unusable. super super glitchy and it's almost impossible to close out the job and just move on to the next thing. uploading photos to the job forms takes forever, it doesn't matter how many times you clear the cache, delete all the storage, uninstall and reinstall the app... it's broken. trying to click on buttons doesn't work, app just hangs and is unresponsive 80% of the time!
I downloaded this app to test out the quoting software and decided it was not what our business needed. The reason for the 1-star is due to the fact that this company sold my cell phone number to a bunch of scammers and now I get 2 or 3 calls a DAY trying to get me to sign up for whatever. Beware of this company and DO NOT put in your phone number.
they will hunt your phone number down and call you to get you to pay for it. they even called me at work and I never provided a phone number to them. watch out!!!
The app consistently crashes and runs slow, which promotes this annoying delay on all other phone functions and apps causing them to crash no matter how many times I restart the app AND phone. I then tried uninstalling it and tested out apps without the reinstall and all worked normally again until I redownloadeded Jobber. This app was an absolute nightmare to use and I'll never recommend or use this again. I'm not sure how it has over 4 stars, I would give zero if allowed.

As technician this app is, on average, the worst part of my day. It's slow, clunky, unintuitive and even if I have nearly full bars and 5G it often won't connect. EDIT: In response to the jobber tech support team: your product is bad and you should feel bad. Also, they're adding AI to an already unreliable product. this app lacks the power to support ai and will get worse as a result.
Worst update yet. the most recent update is the worst update we've had yet. it is not user friendly.It has removed several of the things that we require for our jobs. we can no longer see required information. the whole interface looks as if it's in a edit screen. The automatic linking of notes, it's ridiculous.They're being linked to things that they shouldn't be linked to. we have to edit every single note to unlink things. too many more issues to list. please give an option to go back
I have created an account and install app for team member, though I am on trial period but nothing works, I have sent email invitation to team member but not received to my team member, in trial period I can't send emails or texts, it frustrating
$49.99 and you still get very limited options. Imagine paying every month for an app that’s supposed to help you, but offers almost nothing. Don’t activate it, it’s not worth your money. Even a simple feature like “On My Way” isn’t included, and texting isn’t included either for $49. Worst experience ever.
I don't work Sundays, I made it clear to the caller on the first attempt at her ringing me. Then she tried again later, they lost a client, because it was borderline harassment for them to be ringing and ringing me even after I had said not to on the Sunday. Just annoying salesmanship and poor customer relations.
I have to use this app for work and it's very frustrating to navigate. If I don't have very good reception it just refuses to load anything and loses any tracked time. Even worse, sometimes it shows me as signed in to a job with the timer running, then half an hour later it's all gone and I've been on general timer the whole time. One update it works better and then the next it just gets worse than before. Overall it's a clunky app that I would never continue to use if I wasn't forced to.
Trash ,slow, unoptimized, ,the app literally stop working out of nowhere, I had 4 houses out of 16 to complete and it literally erased itself and wouldnt load the customer information

Signed up for the $50/month Core plan expecting professional quote templates like the app shows. Turns out the nicer branded quotes are locked behind a much higher tier. The quotes you can actually send are very basic, and the mobile app makes it hard to find template settings. Feels misleading for the price. Contractors should know what features are actually included before subscribing. Tired of these ripoff companies trying to ripoff companies with over priced junk
was a great app but last month or so on my Android has just been failing to load with proper internet connection and as of 5pm on friday, February 27th 2026 I cannot log into or load the app. I have tried updating the app, uninstalling and re installing with no luck. Need this fixed in order to continue business operations. until then back to pen and paper documentation edit: as of Monday morning when I enter my log in information it just gets stuck on the log in screen loading never logs me in

too many fake offers
when i first started using jobber it wad fantastic. very smooth app. now it is the opposite. the app is now glitchy and slow. i now have to close it and reopen it multiple times a day. i hate that i am paying for this. i really hope these issues are fixed. otherwise i will be cancelling and using a different app for my company. please fix so i can change this to a 5 star review. reinstalling will not work. i have already tried that.

Regret getting Jobber Was great at first but they keep adding more and more to the app and it's all paid subscription stuff. Now i am bombarded with texts and calls of people trying to sell me stuff and buttons all over my quote and invoice screen with a lock symbol to remind me I need to pay more. I am a small company. I don't need their top tier plan but the sales pressure persists. I should have gone with housecall pro. When the sales pressure/ads stop I will switch to 5 stars.
The concept is great! the execution is miserable. For charging me $200 per month, you would think you get a working CRM. Wrong! Field use is minimal because it doesn't update your dashboard. Timesheets are supposed to automatically populate since app tracks technicians real time with GPS. wrong. cant start a job, because it doesn't even recognize it as my job. Upon approval of a job, you should be able to schedule the job. Wrong. the app is lost in limbo. why am Iimited to 500 characters? @HERE

Im a technician for a company that uses this app. I've always thought it worked pretty well, its been just over 5 years. But the newest updates have eliminated a crucial part. I can no longer go back and view my past work orders through my timesheet. That means I can't see what the jobs paid me or the addresses so I can submit my weekly mileage report. It has really thrown a huge wrench in my weekly calculations. I have no idea why they would eliminate such a useful part of the app
worked great til the last update, I don't know why they messed with the time log, its dumb and wastes a lot of time making corrections
I think because I only have their "Core" plan, I probably don't get any technical assistance, but I really don't know how this app or plan benefits my business. I've reached out to them thru email, but didn't get a response. honestly, I think this company is probably wonderful, but I'm super tech illiterate and getting it set up seems impossible. let alone learning what I can do with it. it's also kind of expensive if you want 2 people on it.

Here we go again with the "you're clocked in" notification that keeps coming back several times a day and that lingers even after punching out. At least it can be dismissed this time around.
when it works, it's pretty sweet. However, multiple times a day, it acts up and freezes mid-action and I have to close it, restart and do it all over again. Lots of duplication because of this. If I'm driving to meet with requests, and I convert it into a quote - the templates show up about 50% of the time. if the templates are there, I start the quote, add pictures etc, and go to save it and it won't save. I can't enter anything else, it just freezes. I have to close it and retake the pictures
app malfunctions when i try to clock out. MULTIPLE times this has happened when i get to work and realize I've been clocked in ALL NIGHT, and i have to waddle up to my boss to ask her to fix it.
Used to be very good at the beginning. But then it's changed the make changes a lot of them, and it's like running a new system. All the time and their customer support has not helped us with it very disappointed
the map tab in schedule is not loading right it will show some jobs and then all the jobs then no jobs. been doing it since last August. thats the main tab we use to route the job in order and yet its always acting up. plz fix the problem
Switching to arbostar. I've begged for over a year for help with crashing and with offline for no reason. Constant logging us off and saying no permission to view while being an admin. I've sent many screenshots and screen recordings to the tech support and never got help.
