can't use without a working phone number.
it won't work around Philadelphia, PA. Which meant I can't find gig jobs. Update: Already went to the local site and still no results.

The app continously bugs out right at the get-go. Impossible to use the app.
why does a third party app ask me the last 4 of my social?
Don't bother with the online paperwork they still make you go in you will sit there waiting after you get through it having submitted your I'd and stuff for days without notification until you contact them asking why I'll let you know the rest after I walk 16 miles there and back for no apparent reason
jobs always cancelled. branch manager said only locals can work in Michigan.

Complete garbage. App settings clearly show I am opted-in for SMS and email job alerts, but it’s dead silence. Tried to reset my password 4 times and the website completely lies-says an email was sent but nothing ever arrives, not even in spam. Local branches secretly mute your login credentials if you miss a shift while telling you face-to-face you aren’t banned. Useless corporate tech loop. Don't waste your time, go to a real physical labor hall.

Terrible app support. I reached out and let them know about a bug that the app had and how it glitches and flashes and they told me they knew about it and it would be updated soon, but it has not been updated and I'm still having the same issues.

App Glitching
They tell you that you need to take more jobs in order to be, basically more known to local regulars. But no one will ever select you for work. They say it's first come first serve; but this is also untrue. You can be the first to sign up for a job and they simple deny you because they want to work with a crew of people they know and like.
not enough work
This app is clunky. the layout is outdated, and some of the pages are built to fit a pc screen. the entire thing feels like it was made by an AI promt input by a blind man interpreting instructions from a cat. Though I am pretty sure AI would make a better app if given the chance. Pay the people building the app so it doesn't feel like trash. Don't say "we know" or " we are working on it" or anything like that. Fix it, or dont and risk more people thinking this way.
Onboarding is kind of lengthy, and really wish you could choose more than 1 interest areas, so you could see jobs listed for multiple job fields at once.
technical issue during sign up. area list is too big for the screen and can't see my state. please fix for 5* review.

This seem like a great app on paper. The res only one issue which is ironically not allowing me to go forward with this app. This app is asking for an authorized representative for my account. which I wouldn't need if I was to fill out an application anywhere else. It is not at all practical or sensible. I have no support and this would be a perfect app for me had this step not existed.
