Create Account feature does not work. Both via email and Google leads to errors. There is no way around it. No way to create an account.
Looking for an overpriced basic invoice service? look no further. The Joist basic (bend you over) plan is exactly what you need! Drop your pants and get out your credit card! Money grubbing. I started out with the free version, up to 5 free quotes or invoices per month. Then you forced all of your current free users to pay a minimum $10/month for the same basic and very limited service. For my $110+ cost to date, I have not gained access to any features that are remotely beneficial to me. SMH

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAID SUBSCRIPTION, YOU CANT ACCESS ANY OF YOUR OWN DATA WITHOUT PAYING. Wow, this app is so disappointing, I would never recommend this app to anyone and I use to be a huge promoter. Now if you don't pay at least $8 a month I can't even sign in. smh, incredible how years they have a free option. Now they have a theoretical gun at your head holding YOUR DATA HOSTAGE..🤢🤢🤮🤮😡 Greed ruins so many good companies, I guess when you get big enough who needs the small time biz
this platform is terrible. they nickel and dime you for features that should be or used to be free. furthermore, their payment system does not offer you any sort of guarantee when chargebacks occur. you have to handle your chargebacks via PayPal directly whose policy states they don't cover chargebacks when the payment is made through a third party and Joyce wipes their hands of the situation and says you have to deal with PayPal direct.
They started charging you for what used to be free. You get very limited access for the minimum amount you can pay. 5 estimates/invoices a month!? I do that in a week. Update! they now force you to upgrade to the $31 a month package for your reports on invoices. I guess its time for me to move on. I appreciate the years of service, but now its not worth it for me. I have the pro package. Im forced to buy elite now, so I can see progress and yearly reports. Your response makes no sense
Definitely not free as advertised. If you started as a free user they will hold your data hostage.
I've been with Joyce since 2019 reports were great until you changed the format you said it would make it easier well it's not easy for me the old report you sent we're so simple to follow how many estimates I wrote and what I made from those estimates now it's filter this do that do this do that I'm not into that please change it back to the old reports or I will get a different application I've been with you for years if I have to scratch my head to figure out the reports I will be gone
I wouldn't use it. Can't access any of your data if you decide to cancel.
Once your subscription ends, you no longer have access to any of your data. I refuse to pay more money just to access information that should be freely available.
The app is great ! The main issue I have is that when I have a problem you cannot get help ..Once every couple of years ,my payment has an issue ..It is like pulling teeth to get help to fix something..When I message the help desk or AI ,Noone can help ..The app is not showing up on subscriptions...
Used to be free, and now I'm locked out and they refuse to let me get back vital customer data unless I Pay!!! Crooks!

the new update is absolutely terrible. what did you do with the monthly information. I have to search and deal with the app crashing so I can see individual months and i can't see them all together. 300$ for being able to see all this a year. it was worth it when it came to taxes before. not now. Definitely have to get a new app
So your telling me that sinxe it started it went from $15. per month to whatever it is now and thats how muchit cost g you to let us use it huh? I'll stick with the new App I've been using cause you guys priced yourself out of existence soon because the service aint that great. smh CUSTOMERS For a good app that does quotes and involving check out zoho involving. guess what it's easy to use has all the same features and it's free. 100% your welcome

terrible product and support. they have people from the Philippines answering your question and those people don't even know the app. water my time. I spend money over the years I was one of their first customers and they used me to work the app make it better I submitted suggestions tried to help and they turned out to be a big mistake I made. I'm looking to switch for 100%

The price was already high I just received an email saying they were raising the price again the app wasn't even worth the current price

at first was free now they charge me to use reports and it starting to nickle and dime me
the app works great, that is until you add a bank account. Several times daily I get notified that my account has been accessed, why access my account unless I'm accepting a payment?
prices keep going up and it no longer shows me who is viewing estimate or invoices. find a different program to use instead of this one. it showed who viewed it up until this month. I paid to see it and havent renewed anything to change my plan. this company changed my plan mid contract after I already paid for it. if this is the answer then 100 percent go somewhere else.
Used to be great. Now there are several issues and customer service is absolutely useless. First large issue is that estimates and invoices going to Windstream email addresses are not being delivered--even when they are a previous customer and had received estimates/invoices from us in the past. The feedback from customer service is always to have the customers do something on their part (super inconsiderate and weird to ask of someone who is considering doing business with you) or to text them
