I cashed out my first $10 after having the app for a couple of days after seven business days I still haven't got the money, I messaged support and they said that they have suspended my account due to suspicious activity in the past weeks. I had only had the app for a little over a week!! now I have 15 dollars i can't cash out! complete waste of time, and if you have too many referrals I guess it "looks suspicious " don't waste your time like I did!
WARNING! JOKO IS A SCAM! I just joined Joko on 2/17/26&I joined through a referral link. All I did was share to my friends& followers&I made $20 the same day I joined. They say it would be no longer than 7 business days but today 2/25/26 I get a message stating I had suspicious activity on my account going back weeks&I just joined this fraudulent app on 2/17/26.They just refuse to pay me what I wasted my time earning. DO NOT join!!! Joko,U have been put on blast you crooked POS!!! ZERO stars.

Some even registered using my device as they feared downloading a potentially malicious app. Two $10 apple gift cards. Surprise gifts for my nephews. That's what hours of cajoling and coaching earned me. Or so I thought.
UPDATE, YES THIS APP IS BS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!: Ticket ID #13735546 It's been 5 days since I contacted support and still nothing. You're better off using apps like Upside or Pogo. These folks are full of it smfh. Yeah, I can't really say this app is legit. I redeemed a gift card over a week ago and still haven't gotten it. I even contacted support, and they said they'd get back to me in two days. Did they? Nope.
tickect number #13953818 for the 10 and 12th transfer to my bank.......can not get anyone to help me I withdrew my first 10 no problem but now I can't figure out why it's taking 3 days and no one will help me.
This app is getting 1 star until they pay me I signed up and cashed out a $10 gift card it's been 8 days no gift card was sent the other $10 I had in my account I cashed out via bank transfer if I don't get my money in in the next 7 business days I will go to social media I have a reddit community 40k members I'll let users know to stay far far away and use other apps that actually pay...

Décevant. Pour des petites sommes, ça fait le travail, par contre pour des grosses sommes, comme par hasard, ils ne détectent pas l'utilisation de l'extension et donc ne payent pas. Même avec des captures d'écran avec l'extension activée (j'avais déjà eu des soucis avec certains sites, j'ai donc pris des captures d'écran des étapes avec l'extension activée), ils disent qu'il ne payeront pas Donc assez déçu
Lorsque l'on veut connecter son compte, le chargement est infini et on ne peut même pas d'identifier. C'est juste de l'arnaque !

Application qui récompense moins que la compétition. Frais d'inactivité de 2,5€ au bout de 3 mois. Gros arnaque.
Arnaque, j'ai perdu 5000 points "d'inactivité" alors que je continuais à utiliser l'appli. Et 5000 points c'est vraiment beaucoup !
Juste une autre appli de cashback avec des taux moins intéressants que letyshops ou autre...
I've received between 2 and 4 mails from them per day. Nothing else to say except it's just another background app for cash back.
L'application met parfois plusieurs minutes pour se lancer. Et il m'est impossible de me connecter à ma banque sur cette application depuis maintenant plus d'un mois.

2 star rating until my cashout/redeem is completed. it has been 7 days since I requested cashout and have yet to still receive it. when I try to request help or look anything up it is all in French which is making this even more difficult and getting nowhere

Rien que pour le paiement en 3x ou ce n'est pas autorisé par défaut sur le site (ex les vendeurs tiers des marketplaces sur les sites de E-commerce), c'est vraiment top et ça dépanne trop 🔥 edit : ça fait plusieurs fois que j'achète en ligne en désactivant mes bloqueurs de pub/cookie et l'achat n'apparaît pas dans la liste même après avoir activé l'offre des sites en question... c'est jamais des montants enorme mais mis bout à bout ça grimpe.
Top jusqu'a ce que je ne puisse plus me connecter via google (l'appli comprend que je veux m'inscrire alors que je veux me connecter)
