not working with the FFXIV collab, installed and made an account because I don't want to go there in person due to impossible to find parking in that area. The collab showed in app promote but clicking it only lead to normal menu with no collab meals inside. I can confirm the collab meals are available in my area because I went there and got the collab meals before. A waste of time.
App hangs indefinitely on Android when clicking on anything despite strong internet connection and clearing cache and clean reinstall of app. Please fix.
Are all the Jollibees in the USA the same? First time there to try the spaghetti, I saw that there was a points program on the kiosk screen. However, since there was no way to sign up on the screen, or even attach my phone number or email to the order there, I thought I could use the receipt to add the purchase later. Unfortunately, later in the day, after creating an account, I discovered that my receipt didn't have a 23 digit-code anywhere on it. Disappointing.

It's hard to apply the Rewards, Coupons, Gift cards with the actual orders. You get promo freebies and that is another one very hard to use. It's so frustrating, I got very hangry while using it. Ended up buying frickin' McDonald's.
this app has continuous problems. promotions don't work. response: the app doesn't accept deals / rewards. this happens all the time. your team knows about it.

can't use the rewards
Rewards don't work half the time, it doesn't apply to the order
the app seems to be very selective on when i can order what foods. for example, i can't order Mac and cheese by itself, or with a bucket meal. but i can with a burger for some reason.
Payment not working all the time.
Nowhere to add payment method, yet cannot place an order without a valid payment method
your app is funky. changes the order location to that last one and no confirmation to allow user to check order before placing! hard to cancel order too!
fake promotions, options to purchase are disabled so you can't get the discounts!?!
Its hard to get their promotion. sucks. So cheap!!! do better Jollibee Canada. Come on!
