has anyone noticed the app has gotten very comfortable hitting you with the price is "THIS", then if you go in that price is only available if you buy three or more items and a different price is the actual price. I don't mind the sales pricing, put the ACTUAL PRICE up first, or say HONESTLY, it three or more set up from the get go. And don't think I haven't noticed the sudden changes to shipping costs, one of the MAIN reasons to join was it advertised itself as ZERO shipping when it came out.

Terrible customer support. I'm stuck in a loop where in order to check where's my parcel I'm required to enter the original phone number. then the app claims it's incorrect, but in order to fix it, I need to login using.. this number that is unknown. Their AI support only makes it worse, throwing me to irrelevant paths. Frustrating experience.

One says "withdraw now (I want to assume it said "as Joom points", I didn't notice)", and "claim money in 14 days". This kinda layout tricks you into accepting Joom points

Never got my order. Password reset email doesn't work, so no way to log in. No replies from customer support. Uninstalled the app. Edit: one of the main issues I mentioned was the inability to log into the app because the password reset option doesn't work. The developer's reply? I should LOG INTO THE APP and contact them from there. Ridiculous. Also, their support email auto-reply says that they don't monitor that inbox. 2nd edit - your suggestion still requires logging in. What a joke.

They basically stole money from me. I ordered an item, they charged me and a few days later told me the item can't be shipped and I need to choose how to get a refund - credits, or to the original payment method. After I chose the original payment method they have a confirmation dialog designed to confuse users. The confirm button is actually saying to get in credits. Then I contacted their support and they refuse to refund my payment method

Приложение для тех кто хочет быть обманутым на деньги. 3 недели назад оформил заказ, продавец создал накладную на доставку, но товар так и не был отправлен. Джум просто закрыл глаза на это, и говорит что это не их проблемы. За 3 недели заказ нигде не отобразился, статус не обновляется. Поддержке все равно. Джум просто ворует деньги. Никогда не пользуйтесь этим сервисом для покупок.

Delivery management and communication is bad. I ordered two apparel items, beginning of march. One item is somewhat stuck in customs, for almost a week now. The confirmed delivery expired a few days, but still Joom claims a backup delivery, latest by end of may, which is almost three months since payment. The other item has just left the warehouse, and suppose to arrive in april, like almost two months since payment. The delivery information is very inaccurate, since it can change many times.

I need a clear answer: What is the final confirmed date? What is causing these delays? What concrete steps are you taking to ensure this does not shift again?
