has anyone noticed the app has gotten very comfortable hitting you with the price is "THIS", then if you go in that price is only available if you buy three or more items and a different price is the actual price. I don't mind the sales pricing, put the ACTUAL PRICE up first, or say HONESTLY, it three or more set up from the get go. And don't think I haven't noticed the sudden changes to shipping costs, one of the MAIN reasons to join was it advertised itself as ZERO shipping when it came out.

Terrible customer support. I'm stuck in a loop where in order to check where's my parcel I'm required to enter the original phone number. then the app claims it's incorrect, but in order to fix it, I need to login using.. this number that is unknown. Their AI support only makes it worse, throwing me to irrelevant paths. Frustrating experience.
Pay now, we'll ship whenever we want. We'll postpone arbitrarily without a notice, then if we decide not to ship it at all you'll have a tiny time window to request a refund.

But when you click the "withdraw money to the original payment source", two buttons appear again. One says "withdraw now (I want to assume it said "as Joom points", I didn't notice)", and "claim money in 14 days". This kinda layout tricks you into accepting Joom points
Never got my order. Password reset email doesn't work, so no way to log in. No replies from customer support. Uninstalled the app. Edit: one of the main issues I mentioned was the inability to log into the app because the password reset option doesn't work. The developer's reply? I should LOG INTO THE APP and contact them from there. Ridiculous. Also, their support email auto-reply says that they don't monitor that inbox. 2nd edit - your suggestion still requires logging in. What a joke.

They basically stole money from me. I ordered an item, they charged me and a few days later told me the item can't be shipped and I need to choose how to get a refund - credits, or to the original payment method. After I chose the original payment method they have a confirmation dialog designed to confuse users. The confirm button is actually saying to get in credits. Then I contacted their support and they refuse to refund my payment method

I order electric scooter. I never got him. I asked for the proofs then it's been delivered they send me just a paperwork where it says is delivered but it never been delivered. And when I ask this company full refund they refuse and say it's delivered. And when I asked for the VIN nr off the scooter so I could go and make report in police they cannot provide me also. so good, they have a guaranteed delivery time and if it doesn't arrive by then you can get a refund, and it's only 3 months. Amazing.

Джум просто закрыл глаза на это, и говорит что это не их проблемы. За 3 недели заказ нигде не отобразился, статус не обновляется. Поддержке все равно. Джум просто ворует деньги. Никогда не пользуйтесь этим сервисом для покупок.

cant get a refund only credit note even though i requested a refund to my bank account it just put a credit note on my zoom account.
Delivery management and communication is bad. I ordered two apparel items, beginning of march. One item is somewhat stuck in customs, for almost a week now. The confirmed delivery expired a few days, but still Joom claims a backup delivery, latest by end of may, which is almost three months since payment. The other item has just left the warehouse, and suppose to arrive in april, like almost two months since payment. The delivery information is very inaccurate, since it can change many times.

tried to refund and got points instead, tried to use those points and it took money from my account, never using this app again, save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else, I lost 20€ because of this.
I ordered a blood pressure machine on the 28th of October 2025. until today 19th of January 2026 I didn't receive the item. from the app also the track erased. I sent an email to them still no answer. I sent an email requesting for refund the money. but no answer for the email. Today 25h February 2026. Till now I didn't receive my refund. Two days ago I sent an email regarding the refund. But still I didn't get any reply.

I’ve now received another notice about shifting the date. This is not acceptable. We agreed on a timeline, and repeated changes without a clear reason or solution are unprofessional and create unnecessary problems on my side. I need a clear answer: What is the final confirmed date? What is causing these delays? What concrete steps are you taking to ensure this does not shift again? If this cannot be guaranteed, I expect you to propose an alternative solution immediately. Joom is 200% joke

When trying to chat thru the app - you get a useless robot and eventually a message that an agent will get back to you in 8 (!!!) days. 5. eventually , 10 days later I get a message that the package was delivered... but to some distant pickup location. If you find this level of service acceptable - go for it. I won't.
