worst app ever need to improve
I love the concept of this app. Unfortunately, .I am not receiving the submissions from my form even though I'm being notified of submissions and it's showing submissions in the notification section. When I click on the notification, it links then shows me nothing.
I got this app to try signatures and when the slide came up to pay or something which it does for every app I prest skip but money was taken out on my mam's back even though I did didn't press a pay button both me and my mam are fuming about this
Great in theory, terrible execution. Loading times are abysmal, and most of the time I can't get submissions to load. my whole business has switched to the web version.
you can't edit UK mobile number it dnt let you
it used to work fine, but since you guys rolled out the last update the app now only saves forms in drafts once and subsequent edits don't save. my job requires that I mark times on a form throughout my shift which requires often dozens of edits and now it doesn't work after the first one! it's happening to my coworkers too. please find what's causing this issue and fix it ASAP edit: the update fixed nothing. I'm on the latest version of Android. edits 2: still no fix!

I don't know why people are saying this app is free and the ratings. It's free for 3 days and then the price checks up ridiculously for what it does is not worth that. It barely created a very simple file that I tried on it that it took longer than it did just to load the information into Gemini and have him create it and I can copy and paste that instantly onto any of my storage devices. It was not worth it

Please use the app store's "What's New" section to tell us WHAT'S NEW. *What* fixes or improvements? (Communication is part of software process quality, gives us confidence to update, and gets you more stars.) ---- 2026-04-11 Thank you Jotform Inc for looking at your reviews. No I don't have questions. But you do have an app in the Play store that's missing responsible disclosure of changes. You should be Questioning your QC team about that.
