The app is useless. I selected photos about 10 times, and it said I could add 2000 items. When I added 150 photos and selected them in the app, it would not give any option to go further and got stuck at the selection process. Very annoying.
picked out photos, couldn't add more so went to the print option. Plugged in my address, the ad said free shipping until tomorrow night then I was charged $11.50 . Way too expensive and not very happy. I won't use misleading products.
Item not delivered, customer service DNS error. This app is a scam, do not bother to download it.

why can't we view photos from a specific Google album and select from there? I want to print photos of my son between 1 and 2 years old and it's a nightmare scrolling through thousands of photos using the current Google integration in journi 😡 I have already pre-selected the photos into an album but I've found that I can't see the album. Google photos app doesn't even let you download a specific photo to your phone in a folder so I can't even browse local 😡
wasn't good added dates that didn't co inside with photos..waste of money
without ordering anything I was charged $62. Scam!
Gave Up Wasted hours trying to select photos to create photo book. Gave up in the end, the app constantly froze and photos didn't save. Uninstalled and won't use again.
No ability to 'select all' when adding photos to the album, you have to select potentially hundreds of photos individually. App needs more work.

And it never disclosed before sending my order because if they have mentioned in advance that there is extra charge, I will think twice if I proceed with my order or not.. My order cost me $124.00 CAD in total, which is high compared to other companies doing the same business.

Great experience with organising the book.Really disappointed with the quality of the actual book when printed.I was expecting some difference with the color matching but it was a let down.
if I can't access ALL GOOGLE PHOTOS and device photos -- then this is useless.
I made an order over a week ago and despite paying extra for premium delivery I am still waiting passed the expected date. I have tried to speak on the chat service which was so unhelpful and I was told I'd get a human response back within 24 hours yet I'm on day 2 and still waiting and also no further update on my order either.
