Ce qui fait que lorsque l'on continue le processus, plein de requêtes sont envoyées au fournisseur choisi pouvant causer un blocage du compte. deuxièmement, impossible de consulter des recettes sans ouvrir un panier si la commande n'a pas été finalisée dans l'application Jow. ces deux éléments ruinent l'expérience.
app keeps removing everything from all shopping/grocery list. it's incredibly annoying generating a list for the week and loosing everything everytime. I'll probably uninstall soon if not fixed.

no option for low carb, keto, diabetic, etc .. meal plan, and no nutrition info for the recipes.

tried to set up an account and the app had a glitch that prevented fully setting up my account. missing parts and went to a blank page.
Im really disgusted that your tiktok account that brought me to download this app said 100% no subscription. You even commented on a user saying must be a mistake if it asks for a subscription. Its not a mistake, this is subscription only and you're getting away with false advertisement. Disgusting. Id have been happy to pay had to been an honest company but I won't part with a penny for a place lying on its advertisements.
I was very excited to use this app, but there are no options in my city to pick local stores. Very disappointing.
Idée séduisante mais exécution décevante. Exemple : une tarte = 4 parts de 366 kcal « avec salade » (non incluse), insuffisant pour un repas complet. Les recettes budget manquent cruellement de protéines (souvent 200-400 kcal max). Résultat : il faut toujours rajouter ingrédients et quantités pour être rassasié et nutri, ce qui annule la promesse de simplicité et de gain de temps. Un repas vendu comme plat unique doit être nourrissant et équilibré...
Désolé mais l'application est bugué de manière inacceptable. J'ai testé Jow avec un exercice simple, créer 2 recettes et ajouter les ingrédients à mon panier dans mon compte Carrefour. Le résultat? Jow à supprimer tous les articles qui étaient déjà présents dans mon panier, et il a modifié les settings de mon compte pour passer de "drive" à "livraison". Alors messieurs les développeurs, merci mais non merci, je désinstalle votre application. Vous pouvez retourner travailler votre conception.
idée super, exécution ratée, l'application est lente, bug quotidiennement, me demande de me reconnecter tous les 3 jours, bref c'est une purge à utiliser, dommage

They charged me twice and didn't make the order. So I'm out $100. P.S. I was a part of the social media program and was paid in "rewards" I can't use lmao. The good reviews are just people trying to get rewards - you get what should be a $30 gift card for a positive review...
Not as good since the update. Before the update, it would let me list all appliances that I have. Now, it won't add an air fryer, which means I can't see recipes for air fryers. I contacted support twice, but they have not resolved the problem. I also don't like having to place my order through Jow. Previously, it would just transfer my Jow cart contents to my Kroger cart and combine my carts. Jow doesn't show Krogers available coupons and deals, so I have to go back and forth between apps now.
Does not include Publix, WinnDixie, Walmart, Aldi.... Cant use the app at all.
abosulety awful search functions I typed diabetic for diabetic friendly recipes, and got only carb based recipes like pasta, flatbread etc and buffers abit.

A cooking app that wants/needs your zip code is ridiculous. Why do you need any personal information to cook? Another pointless app
Ne fonctionne plus pour moi, quand je veux me co à E.Leclerc Drive ça me met toujours une erreur comme quoi une activité suspecte a été détectée et ça me bloque, que je sois en 4g ou WiFi. Ça me dit de contacter le help center mais y'a pas de boutons pour ça.

This might be a great app but it doesn't work for me. It asks to pick a store then shows me where I am but no stores to pick. Can't use it.

I selected Vegan as my dietary restriction but I was given recipes with chicken and beef in it. I said I didn't like fish, but I still got recipes with cod and salmon... so disappointing..

I really loved this app and have been using it every week for the past 2 years. However, they added a community recipe section and stopped adding their own recipes which is incredibly disappointing. It was much easier to use the JOW recipes than to sort through user submitted recipes.
c'est vraiment décevant. si j'utilise une appli pour me programmer les repas, j'attends une approche holistique ; petit déjeuner, repas de midi, dîner, pour pouvoir gérer l'apport en macro/micronutriments sur la journée. là, on te propose juste un nombre de "repas" indéfini c'est très limité! et pourquoi il n'y a qu'une 20aine de Super U de dispo?! l'idée est là, maintenant encore l'exécution...
Le concept de l'application est super, rien que pour les recettes! Malheureusement les performances sont désastreuse, on passe plus de temps à charger les pages qu'à réaliser les recettes.... C'est une des app les plus lente que j'ai pu utiliser dans ma vie, à ce point là c'est catastrophique
good recipes, but unable to use. I love the variety of recipes that are available, every time I try to log into my Kroger app the payment never goes through, and then they changed my rewards without telling me. And I was unable to use my rewards due to a system error on their end. very frustrating even when trying to talk to customer service about it and saying they maxed out on first time redemptions it would've been easier to just reinstate my points I earned
Cool recipie app I guess. Makes a shopping list, but it doesn't tell me what store or how much it's gonna cost which was what the commercial said and why I downloaded Jow. Y'all got a bonus star cause I can use this as a cookbook till I find something better.

it can be great for meal options they have tons recipes. however there are so many bugs with the app. when creating my card and picking which ingredients I need which ones I have already. it constantly goes to the verification page with error after error after error instead of taking 10 minutes and being quick about my shopping I would have had time to go to the store and pick up everything I needed. it's taking me to whole hours just order...... I've tried downloading the app again reloading
