Oh dear. An app that promised so much, and delivered so little. It's absolutely not a rival to Amazon or eBay. There's so little choice, it's not even a rival to my local corner shop!
This app is very slow and won’t load. Keeps lagging and doesn’t open properly.
Had an issue with delivery and customer service was dreadful.
constantly telling me stuff in stock when it's not put a massive shopping list together spent over an hour to then get to the cart to be told all of it out of stock 99 plus items . so clearly false advertisement and a fraudulent website
Worst app to shop through. It took a month to solve the issue of the parcel they lost, just for my £15 order.

Dreadful worse than the others.
tellement décevants, ils m'ont fait perdre deux jours, un rdv médical et une journée de travail, rendent les remboursements difficiles alors que c'est eux qui sont en tort, pas de synchronisation entre eux et leur transporteur et la mauvaise foi. Ils mettent une mention sur le site disant que je n' étais pas joignable pour la livraison, alors que le livreur m'a appelé pour reporter la date de livraison que j' ai confirmée avec le service client de la plateforme la veille. Grosse déception.
they are smart it's was cheap but after they changed the price on all items every single day or week..last time when I buy from them.

I've just done a live chat with an assistant called "Lakumu" and when I asked if customer service had received my email the reply was like "I'm not interested" customer service will get back to you. And this is my 1st purchase and this person to me has let Joybuy down for the lack of empathy towards a customer
I searched for 3 different brands none of which were found. Currently no rival to Amazon. Uninstalling for now.
Expressversand klappt nicht. "bestellen sie bis 18:00uhr und erhalten sie ihre Lieferung am nächsten Tag. also 17:36 bestellt. nächsten Tag Zuhaus gewartet. 15:50uhr kommt Nachricht, es kommt am nächsten Tag. ja, der ist aktuell kostenlos, aber später kostet der ja was. und dann wäre das mehr als ärgerlich
