The app wouldn't take my money to upgrade
I have used the free version for years, I love it. the premium wont install on my device for some reason. ive tried on 2 separate models and it wont work.
absolutly horrible
I have tried to use this app a couple of times but I just can't figure it out. I will just go back to the good and trusty WinZip or the partner to it for my phone......and if I get something that needs this program then I will find one that can convert it to zip.
App fails to install onto my phone. Really disappointing considering I like the textless system of the free version and am willing to pay to remove ads :(

I just bought this app but whenever I try to open my json file it doesn't open and leaves me on a infinite loading screen
Json Genie isn't from a magic lamp, that's for sure. My wish is the last thing Json Genie will do. He will be with his game boards or Disneyland before he'll work for a living as he describes in his apps. I thought that he worked for people who know nothing about the missing file information. We know don't know or I should say, I know don't know what he is good for. Who does? Talk to me someone. I have paid him to attempt to prove to me that I don't know how to do his job. Guess what? I don't.

This app unfortunately does not allow you to see what the messages are. Just whom they are to and from.
It doesn't let me open up any files like it should
Sometimes it refreshes itself losing the file you are working at. This oblidged me to start over from zero my whole document. P.S the file I am working on is 8kb and is a translation of a website. I won't ask the money back, you already did a great job developing this app almost fully functional. Keep the money as a tip to improve.

Still can't open anything
Didn't let me save any of the files I needed to on my phone. Suggested I pick choose location after saving as a getaround. And all that did was open up ways to send people a link to the app on the google playstore. But hey. It looks nice.
