The game is not working. I can give drinks and chat, but when I go to play I get the message that it is not connecting to their server and to reload. Reloading does nothing, writing to Wooga gets you messages to check on this, that and the other which I have done. Gave them the type of device and the requested screenshots. Wooga has not fixed this since it started three weeks ago. I spent $ on my game and Wooga treats me like an imbecile. Do not download this game.

the game didn't open
cannot play. I got past the first intro scene and a screen has popped up to say photos coming soon. The next step of the game pops up over the top of the photo screen but I get an error when I try to access the shop for the next step.
Done. Too many crashes. I have lost interest.

I have been unable to access the game since I tried to update as instructed
I enjoyed playing your game until I made a purchase of 9.99 and I still have not received my reward for 17.98 and now when I go to the dispute section the reward for purchase has changed to 12.12. I sent screenshots of the receipt from Wooga and the reward section. I have played fairly I expect the game to do the same
Not sure what you did to detective partners, but the wheel you spin certainly isn't giving rewards like it used too. I've used 2000 tokens on a 400 token spin and only received 500, 1000 max when last one I was getting 20k, 5000 etc. It's literally taking me 3 times as long to do it, and I'll be skipping it going forward.

June 28 '26 New option to speed up process in Club Mystery is a fail -I gained badges via diamonds but was only offered one clue or two clues to solve. Please offer: one clue; two clue; three clue options. Allowing players to decide what is best. I'm a care giver and have limited time to play; only to fall short by 6 pts. Also, it seems once again there was a tradeoff; I recall gaining 9pts via a 3 clue. Now it's 6 pts for a 3 clue. Why I don't complete your surveys; imo used to sabotage play

That Detective Partner's mini game wheel is rigged. Tell me why of the hundreds of spins 99% of them are 50s and 20s? There are 2 of each wedge on the wheel, except for the 1000. I literally counted my last 40 spins. 31 were 50s, 7 were 20s, and 2 were 100s. That's ridiculous. Legitimately makes me not want to play the game at all anymore

So, for me to be on chapter 2 scene 3 & realize that the average person would never get this, u make it so u cannot find what needs to be found without the help of your little hint light bulb, which, by the way, has to be bought & they start at 7.99 I believe, foror 10 hints, no, no, no. this game is scamming u.

A lot of the side games like Sweep the Board, Secrets and Detective Partners are becoming increasingly difficult trying to force players to pay to win. All these side games are so entwined with the main game now, you almost have to play to progress in Help Wanted tasks. I do not like this forcing of side games, nor do I like the way extras are priced differently for players

I can play anymore since the update said not enough space. I deleted 3 apps and still can't play.
I used to love playing this game. I especially loved the stories and enjoyed partnering with other players to complete the tasks. now the game has become so expensive I don't get any pleasure from it. I have recently spent extra money to play the Detective Partners game and every time I spin the board, I don't get more than 500 coins at a time even though I'm using 200 coinsat each spin. I've had it with this game and will soon delete this game because I'm very frustrated with it.
Sorry, but is the Detective Partners full of bugs or something? I keep getting the notification of new invites, but whenever I clicked on them, there was nothing, it happened 4 times in a day. Also, the rng for spin this round is so bad? I've never had issues in Partners before, only this round I keep getting the lowest number for every spin, it doesn't matter if I spent x2 or x20 of my points. It's getting frustrating
The game is good but they have changed the gameplay to require you to spend money and not just a couple of dollars. It is the side quests that are the worst. They have taken the fun out of this game for me. I will be significantly cutting back on play.
Great game ruined by greed. Have played game for a long time but spend too much time watching adverts and can't complete most of stories without spending money.
