The game is increasingly unstable the further you progress. The game is constantly dropping out after watching an ad, which I do not get credit for. Several players on my team have quit because of this. This game just keeps getting worse. Side games restarted because of glitches and minimal compensation. Unbelievably money hungry to the detriment of the game.
Latest changes to the game are boring and an obvious cash grab. Almost every player stuck with the new Travels side game are complaining with many deciding to stop playing altogether. Publisher put out a Facebook page to gather feedback and completely ignores the numerous suggestions to fix the game. Don't bother with this game!
tired of being unable to play when a glitch happens. poor compensation for loss of time and tokens in partner game. 50 energy, I used a lot more than that!!!!
it is only really playable by purchasing diamonds that cost almost as much as real diamonds

The game is all about monetization and ZERO about care for players/users! Useles customer service! Beware.

this game does not care about the experience of the player! all they care about is getting your money! this game is not fun! you have to have diamonds to have fun to play this game and there are barely any opportunities to earn them for free! if I were you I'd find another game or just start reading! cuz this game does nothing for your sanity!
Frustrating! Hours of game play completely wiped out by the developer, on purpose. The just reload the game and expect you re-earn the rewards you've already earned? The send you some free energy as compensation in the event you are dumb enough to spend hours replaying a competition you had already finished prior to them wiping it out! The have made the game so difficult you have to play with money to advance. The glitches are endless. It used to be an enjoyable game, no more.
Wooga have recently stolen money from players. They created a side game which is part of a larger competition. Lots of people spent real life money on diamonds for this. Wooga then wiped everyone's game, when many were nearly finished and you have to complete the whole thing from scratch. They regularly pull stunts like this. Advertising competitions then not delivering on prizes. Forcing you to screenshot evidence you completed prizes etc. Extremely dishonest. See forums online for more info.
They believe in"it isn't broken & people really seem to enjoy it, so let's see if we can get in there make it the most miserable we possibly can" and also"people like the rewards they are used to receiving so why don't we change every single reward to something far less valuable & tell them it's a great new opportunity" I truly feel like that's how this company operates. They move the goal post & if that doesn't work they have a "glitch" funny how none of those ever benifit the players only devs

As of today very disappointed. they say no money needed to play but make the game so hard you feel the need to buy things to progress. 1 side game was pulled for a glitch and players who almost finished before it was pulled had to start over with little or no compensation. customer service at this point is terrible. 👿

been playing this game for many many many years, and not proud to say that I've spent way too much money on here. customer service does not care if the side games don't give you rewards, but really top it off, after completing 3.5 of 4 rooms, on detective Partners only needing 2,500 more points, & 1500 tokens, the entire game disappeared. after spending diamonds on three bars of energy plus the faster energy load, all disappeared no compensation, nada. seconds away from Rewards all gone.
today May 7th 2026 at midnight I got four members detective partners I just lost 350 pink lightning bolts detective Belinda level 1294 finish the whole set, detective member Jay Gatsby level 1868 finished the first scene, so did the other two other members finish the first scene somebody in wooga reset my detective partners The question is why That's very evil to do my ID hjn8-wpfv-pohw
Very bad PR Wooga changed the partnergame without telling us the reason. Many people have started this game already and now they have start from the begin with Zero. Wooga doesn't care about their loyal players.
Still rated at one star. Someone absolutely destroyed the latest Partners event. So many people LOST all of their progress. This was beyond incompetence. Game quality has been declining for months. Get better developers.
Fun 8 years ago when it started, now glitches galore. Boots you out, wipes out game progress and tries constantly to trick people into spending real money. Very stressful game that will raise your blood pressure
I'm really angry. I'm willingly spending money to play Detective League. I've advanced thru many scenes to complete one of 4 partners. Today all my work and money have reset. I reported the issue is not just happening to me but others and not same household or devices (apple, android,). they closed my chat and said its my problem (reset / restart). anyone with any tech knowledge knows if this is happening to many people and not same device or same house...I'm being dismissed and disrespected!!!
Non responsive to issues and want more and give less for game progression. DELETING!

last night I played for hours at an event called detective partners but decided not to spin the wheel because it was late to find out that the game was taken off prematurely by wooga. I really hope they send my rewards.

Get kicked out of game to often. Almost every time you watch an ad. I got kicked out yesterday when I tried to go to another island.

I have been playing this game for more than 8 years and I really enjoyed playing it. June's story is interesting, the game is well made and keeps you interested. BUT lately, the game has become more about it making money and less about entertaining you. You have to buy stars, compasses, snippets and anything else you need in order to advance and if you don't the game keeps reloading when you try to watch an ad. I play the game for entertainment and I refuse to spend my money on a stupid game.

I have been playing this game for a few years now but recently I've become very frustrated. I click on the icon and the game starts to load then WHAM it goes right back to the white 'Wooga' on the purple background and starts loading again. Then when I eventually reach Orchid Island, after maybe 20 iterations of loading, I touch my screen and back we go again to Wooga. It's not my Internet, I'm on fibre optics 5G. Rebooting my tablet doesn't help. What's going on? Any ideas?
I have played this game for years and I have spent a very regrettable amount of money trying to advance. They wiped an entire side game last night, erasing progress, taking points and cash that people had paid. No explanation, no "oops", just wiped it out. I will never play another Wooga game.

I have been a longtime player but I am very disappointed. I logged on today to find that 2200 spin tokens were deleted from my game! This is not the first time. The glitches are getting worse. The game closes out AFTER watching the ad and if you want your prize you watch the ad again and sometimes you don't get your prize at all unless you use a skip ticket. You're looking for items in a scene that aren't there! Just terrible!
I have to lower my rating because they are constantly adding side games that you must play to get prizes. As if that wasn't bad enough I spent time getting coins for the Detective partners to spin for prizes and they restarted it so everyone lost all their time and resources. Was a 4 star review.Great for challenging your mind. You also get the fun of decorating the island. Collecting stuff, without clutter in your house. You can have fun without spending money.
Wooga expects players to spend all their time playing this game. Wooga sets up too many side games up at the same time as the competitions. The rewards are nothing to write home about. If you have heart or blood pressure issues, stay away from this game!! Players must play all the games to win rewards to decorate their island(s). Wooga has even taken a game off the screen so players lost rewards they had worked so hard for, then returned the game a few hours later forcing players to start over.
If I had written this view before today the game would have gotten 5 stars, But today they lost a lot of my trust that they will continue to provide a fun gaming experience. They have a lot of challenges you can do in the game to earn game prizes and one of them had started last night, and I made some good progress, but when I logged back in today, all that progress was gone as it was for all players, reset by the game company itself. That made me lose trust in them because it sets a precedent.
This game was soooo fun! mildly "stressful" in a good way 🙂 update: stop making everything SO HARD and unplayable. Don't you dare make 50 grand Detective Partners a thing, that's js a terrible idea, have you lost your mind. STOP DOWNGRADING YOUR PRODUCT.
