Pay drivers less than minimum wage, no customer service
Trying to login using email address and password, it sends me a verification code and upon inserting the verification code it takes me back to login page. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, I have deleted all caches but still getting the same issue.
The interface is decent, but the app is slow, glitches constantly, and takes ages to load. We desperately need a Privacy Mode to hide our earnings. My shift on Sat, May 23rd was a disaster; the button to access the Delivery Code screen stopped working completely. I had to contact support to close every single order, but Just Eat support was useless, offering only nonsensical replies. The developers have done a terrible job. The app is currently unusable for efficient deliveries.
can't log in at all
nothing works
Full of bug and the support team even didn't read what I'm trying to explain, they just refresh the account. 100 times I said that the issue is not with my account, I sent them screen recorder but they didn't escalate the issue to development team. How can really reach to development team to explain what is the issue?
The app is useless when I need it most. Every time I try to start a scheduled shift, it does not work properly and keeps glitching between pages. I am left waiting and losing valuable work time because of this repeated problem. This is unacceptable for an app that I depend on for work, and it needs an immediate fix.
the app not working properly
one of the worst apps ever seen. World is becoming AI dependent and JustEat is still in it's dinosaur era. Not able to login after receiving OTP as it brings back to update the app. Vicious circle and deaf ears.

doesn't allow you to even enter the app with sms verification just bugs and says authentication flow failed
The app is so buggy it's unreal. been like this for over 6 months. New orders ping through but don't show up. Restarting the app does help. Getting help on live chat from an agent is slow and they are sometimes terrible with the help they provide. I've lost out on many orders over the last 6 months due to all issues that I would rather use a competitor app which not only provides more jobs but also works way smoother and their agent support is far better at helping fix problems when are stuck
useless not working
This app is garbage. If you are thinking of being a food delivery courier, try another company. the app regularly gives you jobs but then removes them with no explanation, the delivery verification and customer age verification buttons are regularly inactive so you cant complete jobs and then dont receive payment. the online chat support is absolutely disgusting, they respond slowly and with no help whatsoever and tell you to do the thing youre telling them you cant do.

absolute joke of an app and company, rider SUPPORT is a complete waste of time, they dont even speak english and must use auto translation which means you never get you problems delt with. the app constantly crashes, constant problems actually completing deliveries i have now not been paid for 3 deliveries i completed because of the pathetic app and more than useless "rider support" you can earn a bit of money but the stress isnt worth it.
Login problems
App Unfortunately seems to be going downhill.... Hired too many new drivers which in turn has made everyone's earnings drop massively. App is very slow, constantly having to verify yourself multiple times per day, glitches, very very poor money now compared to when I started 3 years ago. For an app which used to dominate in comparison to Uber, it has fallen dramatically - More so through poor pay, and giving lots of orders to new couriers. LOOK AFTER THE ONES WHO HAVE BEEN LOYAL FOR YEARS!!

each time enter the code received via SMS it's bring back the same play store page. pointed by another user. it's keep looping back. it's not allowing login at all

I stopped doing deliveries for a while with just eat after I had a double order payment returned because apparently I didn't complete them.. like you have to put codes in to complete the order so If I didn't deliver the first one how would I have got the second address to complete the next one. A few months later and it's now worse than before.. can't always put customers date of birth in and their solution is update app to latest version but there's no actual update available on play store

Glitchy and constantly needs restarting or the phone needs restarting. Takes forever to start up
No sound on new orders when screen is locked ,Samsung a52,I have sound only if I let screen on all the times but drain my battery fast. and on +£2 offers i receive trips £9 for 8 miles,so please fix the payment calculator too.
absolutely rubbish app. so many bugs and issues. it's a torture to work on this app. every time they add an update to it makes it worse and creates more issues.

More than three years after the launch of the new app and the addition of multiple zones, it's still very poor and doesn't even come close to half the speed and quality of other apps like Uber, Deliveroo, or Sturat. The truth is, you really need to make improvements to the app. Some of the improvements that need addressing are the app's speed, the map, and the app's responsiveness to order acceptance and delivery.
Not receiving jobs since last update. Apps says I am unresponsible for a while and puts me on pause, but I had nothing to respond. And asking g again "are you still there?" App very slow, launching dodgy,m any bugs, no built in navigation. Its 2026 now and the app has more Issues than it had before. Many many issues. Which affects my shift and my job. One of the most useless app ever.
authentication flow failed trying to log into the courier app.. unsure what it means except waste of time as I've passed all checks but can't take on any orders. I have a Samsung s9 and should be compatible,i would give this negative stars if I could
Login issue after 2FA, after login it send OTP and after OTP verification it stays on the signin screen. App needs devs attention
