More than three years after the launch of the new app and the addition of multiple zones, it's still very poor and doesn't even come close to half the speed and quality of other apps like Uber, Deliveroo, or Sturat. The truth is, you really need to make improvements to the app. Some of the improvements that need addressing are the app's speed, the map, and the app's responsiveness to order acceptance and delivery.
Not receiving jobs since last update. Apps says I am unresponsible for a while and puts me on pause, but I had nothing to respond. And asking g again "are you still there?" App very slow, launching dodgy,m any bugs, no built in navigation. Its 2026 now and the app has more Issues than it had before. Many many issues. Which affects my shift and my job. One of the most useless app ever.

Login issue after 2FA, after login it send OTP and after OTP verification it stays on the signin screen. App needs devs attention
The system is very weak. remind me like when I was using Nokia
This app is just one big manipulation: Just Eat can deliberately block incoming orders and they do it. IT'S DEAD! Sign up for Deliveroo or Uber Eats instead.

normally I get an email telling me my business insurance is about to expire, not this time, no problem I renewed it, however because it expired, just eat got rid of my entire schedule so now I have no work for the week since all the times I can work have already been taken, thanks for that ps it making me available everytime I open the app is annoying as hell, I'm just checking my schedule not trying to work
this apps Very slow and, there service is so bad
get notified -> open app -> no order -> lose 10% acceptance rate. jumped from 100% to 40% because of this bug. complete order -> wait for new order -> open app -> "resume offers" im sorry why you pause them? because i didnt. i been waiting 10 minutes just to find out they "paused"

there is an unfair update that drivers have to accept any trip offers,otherwise their acceptance rate is decreasing and they no longer receive order. Drivers are forced to accept any trip offer which is offered to them , whether the fare is very low or the location is very unsuitable, otherwise drivers are not given trip offers. the drivers and riders should have their freedom choosing which order to take and which one not to, without getting their acceptance rate affected. plz fix this issues.

One of the worst courier apps I've ever used! Bugs in it have not been discovered and fixed. Guys who develop seem never to deliver anything. So they do not know how things are really working on the field, not in the office chair, and in their dreams!

It's absolutely the worst app I have ever come across. This thing keeps harrassing me with inaccurate hold of payment, not swiping order collected even if I do it. I am going to sue just eat for this if I get the boot. It is so buggy and unstable. Takes forever to see the new offer. By the time it's on the screen, it might be too late. Takes around 5 minutes to open the app for the first time every day. They blast the app with too many animations that they think it will be good but not really.

Absolutely Rubbish. cant even login. try to log in and it keeps looping back too play store. on my other phone i have ann older version of the app and i can login! but it then tells me account is not active. customer service is rubbish. not even replied to me ot fixed the issue but send me surveys to give feedback on thee service provided. on top of that they keep sending me emails "if you. don't login and complete a delivery in the few weeks your account will be suspended" shambles

Level with Uber and Deliveroo as worst fees ever + crashes all the time, nobody replies in live chat support, no options to reject orders once accepted. Daily cash out options need to be added, it would be most handy considering daily costs of running your car, food costs, gas, heating and electricity costs, another thing would be a great idea to scrap shift rotas and make it a free login zone area for all drivers to use like Uber and Deliveroo , having shifts isn't a feeling of self employed.

not good with this update... The app keeps crashing while doing delivery. navigation options should give more options than Google Maps & Waze...
