BEWARE CANT UNSUBSCRIBE- they send a how to cancel and I dont even have the option they refer you to. I just wanted to try the trial for $11 hated the workouts went to cancel and the screen you're supposed to cancel is gone. then I read all these other reviews and same thing that they want you to go through Google. ummm hello it's your design and need to fix the part that gives you the option to cancel like your instructions state. FIX YOUR APP!!!!
Downloaded app in the hope that paying for it would spur me into using it 🤣 Unfortunately it did not, and a notification that £38 had been taken from my card prompted me to cancel. I would take a fair bet that it's actually easier to get blood out of a stone than it is to cancel; no joke, it probably took me a good 25 minutes (should have done a workout instead). Once you do find out how to cancel, you are then bombarded with "stay with us, please don't leave, we're heartbroken"...

so disappointed that the app was not what was advertised and I paid a year for something that doesn't work for me. it's not too bad I've seen worse. I have several disabilities and restrictions. you're only allowed to select one area of "Injury". you can skip workouts or add rest time but I haven't been able to really customize it. you're supposed to be able to sync to Googlefit but the FAQ page says that's restricted? I tried for days to figure it out and just can't and now I'm upset
100℅ NOT what was advertised, not 7 mini a day, not gamefied, and not easy exercises that you can do on the couch, don't believe the IG video, totally false advertising

Beware it is almost impossible to find a way to cancel this subscription. £38.95 taken from my account despite believing I had cancelled. And now no way to see to cancel it. I have followed instructions from the app & web pages, but the subscription isn't even showing up!!!! if you want an easy app which you can manage without major hassle then id avoid this app.
after you finish a workout you get rewarded by seeing that you get to work out again tomorrow. The good news is that once you finish the entire 28 day routine you can start on the exact same 28 day routine. It's like duolingo but for workouts, but if they only wanted to pay the coder to work for a single week instead of the amount of time it would take to build an app that would actually be worth your money to pay for

This app offers a 7 day free trial to get you to hold down the button, then charge you for a full year subscription immediately with no trial at all and no option to cancel or refund provided by Google. THIS DEVELOPER IS A SCAMMER. DO NOT TAKE THE OFFER FOR A TRIAL, IT IS A TRAP. Edit: The developer is lying in their reply. Google will tell you that only the dev can offer refunds when you submit a ticket.
Downloaded because the ad showed free workouts that you could do while laying down and whatnot. Not only is the app not free but the workouts it has are intense and do several different motions none of which are laying down. I was charged for a full year subscription and didn't even get any useful workouts that I have time to do.
Look, I'm really disappointing. I'm not working, thus I can't afford to pay for premium. My spouse is currently unemployed. My only goal is to exercise in order to reduce my weight. All I want is that! I am unable to continue working out before Day 4 begins. It states that I must pay the premium. This is absurd!! 😡
Why is there no comparison between the paid and free versions? How will I know what I'll get if I subscribe?
Just fit is was the best app to lose weight and I can already see it in the first few days. but there is some lagging that started happening on the 4th day. I tried to contact the feedback but they really didn't help a lot I thought I should pay, but they said it doesn't require payment. the lag is when I press start training it makes me go back to the discount page. when I press the small x up on the right, press again start training it makes me go back to the discount page like I'm in a loop.
This review is not about a refund but about the workout experience. The biggest issue is the lack of verbal instructions. I have to keep watching the screen instead of focusing on my form and the exercise. Also, the trainer's movements are often not synchronized with the workout timer, which makes the sessions confusing. The app has potential, but better audio guidance and proper timing synchronization are needed.
why does the commercial state that it is free but when you get into everything you have to pay? I think that if false advertisement.
