my experience to this app is easy to use and there are tons of exercise that is fit for you, overall it was great. However when i reached day 4 There is a subscription ad that keeps popping up on my screen whenever i keep Pressing Continue. Base on what I've seen of the review of others i thought that you fixed this so called "Free app." The fact that i checked one of your response of what you said That this app was free.
app worked normally for a few days but then trying to continue for free doesn't work as it's stupid promotions and Premium ads kept popping up whenever I tried to continue for free

They can't give me the "lazy" workout plan that I requested, the one that is featured in their ads, even though I've reached out to the JustFit team several times for support (ticket # 808997).
Don't waste your money! Doesnt stay within the limits set. I put "no jumping" yet the very first workout was 90% jumping. Thinking it was a fluke, i did the second one, also mostly jumping.Also, there's no way to change the parameters after you pay for it.
All the ads and pictures for workout days are on the bed which was great for my bad back and knees. But then you go to day one with the photo of a girl on the bed doing her exercises just to find that none of the workouts are on a bed. also adds showed that it was kind of a game to tap or flex with the beat but that doesn't seem to exist either. False advertisement.
If you are just giving this a try... BEWARE. You cannot cancel during the 7-day trial. I cancelled mine on day 3 or 4 and I got an email that confirmed the cancellation, however my card was charged anyway. When I looked at the email it said it will be cancelled next year!!! So, there isn't a way to cancel after just giving it a try for a few days. Enerjoy PTE. LTD.'s suggestion of refunding through Google Play did not help.

I had knee surgery and I'm trying toget more mobility, can't do jumping. needed exercises that are beginner freindly. for stretch and flexibility
how do I get a refund on the 40 dollars i was charged after only paying for 1 month?
don't open smoothly😑😑 I became frustrated. And in the ad, I see this app is kind of a game, but I didn't find that type of Activity.
why must people pay to continue they training I don't have any money me to pay for it
Content is not for me...they ask for a review before trying it out. I unfortunately forgot to cancel the "free trial" and paid $69.99 for a year for nothing...dont forget to cancel people! update: thank you for the response. I did check the refund policy and they said I was still stuck with the justfit app for the year and no refund would be issued. I appreciate that update though.
Total scam, I downloaded this app as it offered a 7 day free trial, but it wanted bank details for after the trial period. Tried 3 exercise sessions the same day but they were not suitable for me with a bad back, hips and shoulder (they only give you one option for injuries) and I decided to unsubscribe. But surprise surprise they've billed me and the app says it's not refundable!!!

EDIT 03/05/26: I accidentally hit the work harder button, & now I can't change the monthly plan! The workouts have all changed with no short options! Thinking about quitting.
it was 5 stars until an update where all the workouts I loved are gone and replaced.
I thought this app was free but I see it is not. Right now it isn't in my budget. I'll have to check it out at a later date and time.
I am sooo angry. I have been charged the premium membership of $32.99 per month since 2024 and have never signed up for this. When I was charged in March of 2026, I flipped. I have called and cancelled this app many times. My account says inactive and they can't find my subscription, but yet it is being deducted from my account every year. I can't even get the app deleted off my google play! I want this to be taken care of once and for all. AND I want a refund. Thank you.
Most of the belly exercises are not diastasis recti friendly - something to keep in mind if u're trying to flatten your stomach postpartum. Sometimes the workouts are asymmetrical (left side stretches don't repeat on the right side). All the dance workouts are iconed with women of different weights but are executed by the same girl w/crazy moves - misleading. How bout some salsa 101 - us, the overweight have to start somewhere too. got the subscription - not worth it. No commercials tho!
I told them my weak areas but still got a program I can't do.I've applied for a refund but so far they've emailed everything but a refund!Be careful with this app!
godd app, but after the third day you have to pay. so it's not worth it
