My husband is a Kaiser patient and was experiencing a problem that took 4 steps and 4 months to address. Which at that point the issue had become critical. Taking on more patients, doctors who don't attempt to 'practice' medicine and 'try' to look for immediate ways to diagnose the condition is not the Kaiser I remember from years past. You have trade your core values and mission statement for revenue. That is sad.

Have been trying to schedule follow up appointments with several of my doctors and the app WILL NOT let me. Very frustrating!!!

App that matches the experience of being a Kaiser member: slow, useless, and glitchy. Messages frequently fail to load, even on fast Wi-Fi. The app is constantly juggling you back and forth between an in-app browser and your real browser and the KP app itself because it's just designed like complete trash. Do yourself a favor and quit Kaiser if at all possible.
Can't click on appointments. It keeps saying "permission error." Permission for what?? Before the last update, it worked fine. Now this rubbish.

update June '26 : can't log in, app is frozen again, reinstalled, still frozen
Just a reskinned "MyChart" app now. The old app worked fine, save for a few issues with chat, or my personal preferences on the perpetual subnested design. ALL pictures and information are pretty much voided now. MyCnart is NOT to same as old KP app, nor should it be advertised as such!
it's hard to get kaiser to do the healthcare you pay for.... luigi ftw

This longtime health provider is the worst, EXSTREMLY difficult to get referrals, never saw a doctor.
Kaiser has choked HEAVILY in cutting staff/freezing hiring, and patient services/quality of care IS being badly compromised.

Horrible app, like designed by not so smart developers.. Very hard to make appointment, sluggish design. If I want urgent phone appointment why does it matter which clinic I choose?? Do I have to go through all off them to see which doctor is available?? US becoming so brainless :-( just show all doctors available for phone or video appointment, why is the location relevant?? Hire a smart developer. Considering cancel my Kaiser Membership!!
A lot of pages won't load or don't load correctly

I don't like the fact that my information is sold or used for marketing, and data collecting.
app is really slow to load and so cluttered. I login and all this junk on the home page... I'd like to simply get what I came for quickly and not have to wade through all these recommendations. I know what I need! I suggest the suggestions and generic matter go to the bottom of the page for those who have time to keep scrolling. keep the major tiles and personal options at the top, like appointments, Dr and Rx info, etc.

while it's great for most functional reasons, it doesn't let you save letters, prescriptions, and test results as PDF files. you would think it would allow you to do so in order to submit a work letter via email. This could have been made more convenient for submitting documentation.

Sending a message to your doctor rarely gets a response from your doctor but rather a team nurse giving less than satisfactory response.
