One of the worst experiences ever. I bought a novel, excited that i'll be able to read it. then i found out I can't translate it.... none of my accessibility apps work, no auto-translation available nor am i able to log into my pc and translate it there because there're "a 7 day policy" literally me and the korean words have been in a staring contest, what kind of paranoid app is it that it doesn't allow me to read in english.. if you're a foreigner, just use the web, this app is utterly useless
this is worst app I ever use pls don't even think about install this trash.. very slow loading and not proper page open..

I entered the application, there are too many bugs, it works slowly and drains my battery quickly, I can't log in to my account in general.
To be honest, it was not up to expectations. Do you intend to make a global version? Why is the language of the work still in Korean? Can you provide translation for other languages as well?
I came to this app to support a certain Author. BUT what is this? seriously, what the heck? I'm literally prepared to spend real MONEY here, BUT there's no English translation, and the app is a mess... Sigh... I really want to support this app and the authors, and this App has a lot of potential, literally. SO PLEASE, HAVE EVERYTHING FIX.

이북리더로 오프라인 사용하는데 리디, 네이버 시리즈랑 비교했을 때 압도적으로 구려요 다운로드 목록에서 읽던 화수 자동 저장/이어읽기 기능 얘만 없음 다운로드 목록에서 페이지 기능이나 스크롤 바 기능 얘만 없음 1000화 넘어가는거 제가 이북리더 켤 때마다 일일이 스크롤 내려가서 찾아야함 개선좀 하시죠? --------------------- 리플달려서 추가함 논점 흐리지 말고요 지금 이야기하는게 오프라인 모드에서 읽던 화수 저장기능 이야기하는건데 지원 안된다는 소리를 하시네요. 기능을 넣어뒀는데 그 부분에 대한 개선을 안 한다는 뜻이잖아요 타 어플들도 이북리더 지원 안 하는건 똑같습니다 근데 똑같이 지원 안돼도 저 앱들은 제가 어플 들어가기만 해도 원래 읽던 작품, 원래읽던 화수 알아서 띄워줘요 그 기능 하나 안넣고 몇년을 버티는 건지...

At least add a built-in auto translation if you won't release Official English Translations or don't call it the Global version when it's not.
I was happy when they made kakaopage accessible to global users but it seems Philippines is not one of them.

Worst app to ever exist. The translations are horrible and not a word is intelligible. Giving one star
This is one of the most greediest and the most obnoxious company I have ever seen. The app UI is horrendous and hard to navigate,content is Korean and customer service reply in Korean only. Not only that it's expensive to even read ONE manwha series, the worst part it's rented for 72h only and if I want to keep it permanently it's almost double the price. And instead of fixing this issue they decided to do law suits on pirated site who are clearly doing a better job than themselves.
I checked this out after they started to shut down the pirate websites, and it was an even bigger disappointment than I predicted. The app crashes constantly, loads painfully slow, and my purchased chapters often won't even open. The layout is confusing and ad-heavy, making it hard to just enjoy the stories. Worse, contents are in Korean. Customer service replies are in Korean only, and translator overlays don't work in the app. It's way too expensive unless you stick to the limited free stuff.
