Un jeg de aplicatie , dupa ce am strans 3300 puncte , mi-au disparut 3100 si apare ca un cupon activat , cu toate ca nu am activat nimic , se poate verifica si la bonul de casa , binenteles ca in magazin nu te ajuta nimeni . Das neue Kaufland Xtra Card System ist leider sehr kompliziert und überhaupt nicht benutzerfreundlich... Punkte sammeln und einlösen ist unübersichtlich, es ist einfach zuu viel von allen. Ein Treueprogramm sollte den Kunden Vorteile bringen und nicht zusätzlichen Stress verursachen. Das neue Maskottchen erschreckt mich sehr, ich möchte es nicht mehr sehen. Ich wechsel zu Lidl 😩

der Wechsel zur Xtra-Card statt Kaufland-Card bringt lediglich Nachteile (bspw. deutlich weniger Coupons) und für App ist seither wahnsinnig unübersichtlich. Es ist schier unmöglich, die Kaufland-Card-Angebote zu finden. Und das wird einem dann als etwas Tolles verkauft. Unmöglich!
Minule (asi 01/2026) mi opäť nedalo 10e zľavu pri nákupe nad 100e. Cítim sa tým podvedený (viem, že to nie je úmyselne, ale tak keď niečo ponúkam, tak to má predsa fungovať). Niekedy sa aplikácia spustí až na druhý reštart a niekedy sa prepne do nemčiny (min. niektoré texty). 28.2.2026 to fungovalo bez problémov. 15.4. mi opäť neuznalo kupón na 10e zľavu.
Deși deschid la 08.00, casele pentru plata cash se deschid la 09.00, deci pentru cumpărături rapide voi merge la alt magazin!!! Oferte mincinoase, prețuri mărite de pe o zi pe alta. Mai nou măresc prețul exagerat la un produs de la o zi la alta!!!!!! Și nu sunt singurii care procedează așa! 14.04.26: nici o casă cu plata cash deschisă, doamnele de acolo foarte revoltate când am sesizat!!!!

ich hatte die App lange nicht benutzt, und was habt ihr nur angerichtet??? Das verschieben der Reihenfolge eines Eintrags der Einkaufsliste verschiebt auch andere Einträge? Werden mehrere gleichzeitig "erledigt" gewischt, werden sie zu einem einzigen "erledigt"-Eintrag, bis man das rückgängig macht? Tipp auf den Eintrag markiert ihn jetzt als erledigt, es gibt also keine Möglichkeit mehr, eine Detailansicht zu öffnen?? Es gibt KEINE vollständige Übersicht mehr über mit Punkten aktivierte Offers?
Das neue Kaufland Card Xtra-System ist leider extrem umständlich und nutzerunfreundlich. Anstatt den Einkauf zu erleichtern, verzögert die komplexe Bedienung der App den Ablauf an der Kasse massiv. Die Handhabung des Punktesystems ist so unübersichtlich und frustrierend geworden, dass ich mittlerweile aktiv vermeide, bei Kaufland einzukaufen. Ein Treueprogramm sollte einen Mehrwert bieten und nicht zu einer zeitraubenden Hürde werden. Wir brauchen dringend ein simpleres, intuitiveres System, das

Ако можех и една звезда нямаше да дам. Много крадливо място е това... за кой ли път ми крадат светлините на колелото. НЕ ПАЗАРУВАЙТЕ ТАМ С КОЛЕЛО. НА ПОЛИЦИЯТА НЕ И ДРЕМЕ, ДОРИ И СЛЕД ЗАПИС ОТ КАМЕРИТЕ.....Това ако стане в Германия, ще има резултат .. А БГ е малоумно и крадливо гето. Дано след 100 години да изчезнем, защото и на Земята тегнем. По-добре ще е без нас ....
Incompatible with my device for no reason
Some bugs appear to have been fixed for now. But opening leaflets inside the app still appear blank, I have to copy paste the links into a browser to view them.
(age confirmation problem). despite granted all permissions & tried in various browsers, your app still failed in age confirmation. when press button it give no option just like an eye blink. nothing more.

The new version has a degraded user experience. The app flickers like a lightbulb trying to find its light when it's updating the images. The section with the coupons also lost the previous feature that allowed users to view all activated coupons. I can't do that anymore, I must click on the QR code and then select to view what coupons I activated. The previous version just allowed me to filter between them on the list. Also the experience of "activating" coupons is getting tiring, why bother?
After the last update the app doesn't work,the device is samsung s24 ultra if it helps.Please provide a bug fix.Thanks.
can't change language
i can't use my extra coupons. i choose the product, the number of coins goes down but the free coupon does not appear. i tried with another product, same problem.
