too expensive
Terrible. Did not know it was subscription based and there is no information on ending it during the trial phase. Nothing in emails about getting customer support. I've had to resort to this review for help.
The irony isn't subtle: a product called Keeper can't keep its customers. Loyalty didn't die of natural causes - it was optimised out of existence by a CRO dashboard that turns green on new acquisitions while five-year subscribers dispute unauthorised charges on hold or simply can not purchase a renewal(Singapore) New customers are expensive. Kept customers are profitable. Support contacted for 2 weeks with multiple excuses&extra$$. Fully fixable. Requires someone to care enough to measure it.

lost access to my account. customer service is of no help unless you use the paid service. Kimberly Kate is the customer service employee that I dealt with as she is no help. avoid this app.
please Uninstall this app
doesn't work with samsung browser. I press fill, and nothing happens. It also doesn't find the websites automatically when using with this browser - says add/find, and I have to manually type the website each time. Fix please
Not as they advertise. Waste of money! I will just be going back to Google taking care of this stuff. The dark web add on is a joke! all it does is tell you how bad the passwords you already know are bad. If they don't refund me I'm going to report them to my credit card company for sure.
8 years ago I made a mistake and installed this app. Now every login and password I have are their hostages. I can't even edit or delete my previous information. A total scam.
Used to be great. Tried to renew and the renew page is faulty. I am unable to key in the 6 character pass code in order to renew. Will be attempting other password managers because the renewing experience has ruined the app for me.
Do not use this app. It will not allow you to export once your subscription is expired, which is very deceptive. Unethical business practice.
The worst app you can use; the interface is terrible, and if you buy without trying the app, you'll lose the money-back guarantee.
Awesome app but you get one star because your system is locked up I'm on auto renewal and now it says that I'm expired and when I grow to renew this non-expiring it says error and it won't let me edit any of my records I can still see them but your system is screwed fix it. I will change this review if you fix it in the next 24 hours otherwise you earned it for at least 2 months
It is actually not normal to have the web app and the ability to delete data behind a paywall. Very shady business practices. There are other password vaults out there.
Made a account on here since it is what my work it department wants me to use. I cannot even type in the name of a new password entry without the app crashing. I get one letter in, a whole bunch of suggestions pop up, hiding the keyboard, and then reshowing it. And now three times I have tried and failed to add an entry. So far it's unusable. Hope the desktop side is better I guess...
Terrible UX, NO ONE EVER TESTED THIS APP. I never got a password prompt without having to click log in even though I specifically selected not to require login. Half of the buttons are not working, absolutely terrible UX
Why is Keeper spamming me with unsolicited notifications with its customer reviews? I already use it, what is the point, except for distributing and wasting my time?
I had this app for over a decade and had the 14.99 lifetime guarantee and 50% off, well that all changed this month to 42.99 a year. That is atrocious pricing for a password keeping app and they disregarded my grandfathered plan and locked me out. I had to escalate just to get my exported passwords and get 1 day access. Teach these companies a lesson and cancel services like this. Use litetally anything else. Bitwarden is half the price of this right now.

STAY AWAY. After being a subscriber for over 5yrs. I purchased a NEW S26 and transferring over the app. The keeper app didn't recognize the new phone and wouldn't open with backup question. The representative SAID THIS. AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ACCESS BUT OFFERED TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT. NO. I DON'T THINK SO. THE FLAW WAS ON KEEPER, NOT ME.

Never loads at first time. Always had to close and reload. Annoying.
O been havings this since 2015 and its insulting that consumers have to lay 42 more to edit previous records Will be canceling ones my subscription ends.
I've been paying for years I think it started out like $7 then $15 now they jacked up to $43. Since I canceled my subscription due to the price hike it won't let me edit my passwords or add any. It should at least let me edit the stuff I already paid for. So you all are just going to hold all my stuff hostage?
Bloated and money grabbing. The app will keep on giving messages asking to subscribe for add ons. Its standard is equivalent to the free version of guite a few competitors with the costliest subscription plan. I will recommend everyone to skip this one as what I am doing after using this for almost 10 years.
Well, don't ever subscribe thru Google Play store because, like what happened to me today, Google takes my money and then the subscription doesn't actually reactivate through keeper and then they want you to pay money again, and you can't contact sport without having premium. so if you don't have extra money you're basically screwed

This app is straight trash now. it used to be good but not anymore. I've had this app for years and it was decent but now it's just a money grab where all the free version does is let you look at all the passwords you've stored over the years. It doesn't let you add, delete or edit passwords. What's the point of having the app when you can't do anything with it.
I have been using this app for years to store my passwords. now it has hijacked them because I choose not to get the paid version!

highly iinsufficiente. gives access and then asks for access. i do not recomend this app as it will breach data. developers are not doing things right.
I have been with Keeper since 2011. As with all companies they start out with great customer support and slowly go downhill as they get bigger. And here I am now 15 years later paying for a membership and being locked out of my account because it thinks I haven't paid and there's literally no way to reach anyone to fix the issue. You do realize that without customers you have no app? 🙄

no longer effective I used to be able to edit my passwords as my job requires password changes every 3 months. now I can't even update my password. they also have limited the amount of passwords you can have. do not recommend, I have over 300 passwords in this app that I can't do anything with since I can't update the changes in my passwords. lame
Like many other reviews, this used to work but now it doesn't after the last update. Having all the same issues as everyone else. On top of that, I was charged $24.99 on 3/4/26 and then on 3/5/26 I was charged $52.48. When I sent an email from inside the program to support, I received an email saying that I had a free version and didn't get support. Yet they charge me $77.37 over a 2 day period. Doesn't sound free to me and now can't even contact support about it!!
had the free version for years, but since they updated it now I can't edit anything and it now has multiple versions of the same thing.
I just tried this app, and I couldn't even import my passwords from beta browser.... There is an other app which is named " Safe " that is a proper one! You can import and export your passwords, and everything you need. ohh and also ( much cheaper!! )
2026: This year they wanted more than $90. Moved out of Keeper after 12 yrs. See ya. 2025: Price increase from $59.99 to $84.99 for the family plan. No warning. No easy way to manage your account. Just a big, unpleasant surprise. No rewards for being a loyal customer for years and years. We will be reevaluating whether we need to continue to use this. Have fun with your F1 sponsorship.
Really cant tell what if anything it is doing!
Doesn't search payments during search 2 stars until you fix that. Works well other than that. Makes no sense that it can't search for visa card details from the search bar.
does as described, not perfect but works. two stars because it went from $30 a year to $60.
I used the app for many years and have been very happy with it but just recently, as in the same day, received a notice my bill was going to almost double.It is very dissapointing that after so mamy years the price has skyrocketed. No explaination just an email sayong today we are raising the price almost 100%. was a 5 stsr rating until I got that email.
I've been pretty nice over the years but just about every update less fills and more random bugs. Almost wish I didn't hate lastpass. Won't fill http pages anymore. Anything for self hosted apps/sites loads all the wrong logins. Now won't even prompt for biometrics
