That is atrocious pricing for a password keeping app and they disregarded my grandfathered plan and locked me out. I had to escalate just to get my exported passwords and get 1 day access. Teach these companies a lesson and cancel services like this. Use litetally anything else. Bitwarden is half the price of this right now.

Bloated and money grabbing. The app will keep on giving messages asking to subscribe for add ons. Its standard is equivalent to the free version of guite a few competitors with the costliest subscription plan. I will recommend everyone to skip this one as what I am doing after using this for almost 10 years.
I've been using Keeper for 11 years and it still doesn't work with Samsung Internet the keeper fill box pops up but won't fill in the password .
Well, don't ever subscribe thru Google Play store because, like what happened to me today, Google takes my money and then the subscription doesn't actually reactivate through keeper and then they want you to pay money again, and you can't contact sport without having premium. so if you don't have extra money you're basically screwed

This app is straight trash now. it used to be good but not anymore. I've had this app for years and it was decent but now it's just a money grab where all the free version does is let you look at all the passwords you've stored over the years. It doesn't let you add, delete or edit passwords. What's the point of having the app when you can't do anything with it.
I have been using this app for years to store my passwords. now it has hijacked them because I choose not to get the paid version!

highly iinsufficiente. gives access and then asks for access. i do not recomend this app as it will breach data. developers are not doing things right.
I have been with Keeper since 2011. As with all companies they start out with great customer support and slowly go downhill as they get bigger. And here I am now 15 years later paying for a membership and being locked out of my account because it thinks I haven't paid and there's literally no way to reach anyone to fix the issue. You do realize that without customers you have no app? 🙄
Paid a discounted year subscription but app says it's expired and have to renew again, what gives!

no longer effective I used to be able to edit my passwords as my job requires password changes every 3 months. now I can't even update my password. they also have limited the amount of passwords you can have. do not recommend, I have over 300 passwords in this app that I can't do anything with since I can't update the changes in my passwords. lame
Like many other reviews, this used to work but now it doesn't after the last update. Having all the same issues as everyone else. On top of that, I was charged $24.99 on 3/4/26 and then on 3/5/26 I was charged $52.48. When I sent an email from inside the program to support, I received an email saying that I had a free version and didn't get support. Yet they charge me $77.37 over a 2 day period. Doesn't sound free to me and now can't even contact support about it!!
had the free version for years, but since they updated it now I can't edit anything and it now has multiple versions of the same thing.
I just tried this app, and I couldn't even import my passwords from beta browser.... There is an other app which is named " Safe " that is a proper one! You can import and export your passwords, and everything you need. ohh and also ( much cheaper!! )

Before buying am told by its ads that this is the most secured app to save passwords and data. After purchase it scares you that this app too is not safe since there are breaches happening every now and then. So pay more to get even more secured. As other they are hungry!!!

Used to be brilliant and affordable and I highly recommended it frequently to others. Now the price has just gone up 112% in 1 year from $32.19aud to $69.99aud. Irresponsible increase so looks like I'm bailing.
this app was way too overcomplicated and confusing. I'll stick with Google's free automatic PW saving and auto fill which is incredibly simple and again, free. if you use Google, seriously do not bother
Extremely safe vault. It's impossible to login to when using a business account.
awful practices, terrible customer service and they do not understand loyalty. having had the account for a number of years and being happy with a deal on pricing which according to the offer was unlimited I have been told this year that it has arbitrarily been removed. customer services unwilling to help or try and do anything about it. just simply told they don't off it anymore. don't waste your time with them. they will increase your price one day without reason. go with another provider
I have been a loyal Keeper customer since 2015, so this experience is very disappointing. Without any prior notice, I was suddenly unable to renew my subscription on the website simply because I am in Thailand. Being limited to mobile app store renewal restricts billing options, proper invoices, and payment flexibility, and the vague explanation further undermines the trust built over the years. This sudden change reduces service quality and makes me question if I should keep on using it at all.
Sent them an email on an issue over a month ago and no reply. Apps always prefer to be sent emails on complaints rather than be given a bad rating, well, done that and nothing.
This app sucks! if you forget your password, they make you delete 20 years of accounts, and start over they will not help you!! they don't care! there is no customer service. RSR.

c95% YoY price increase is crazy! I can get 5%-10% increase but 95% is rediculous... dispointing to say the least.... hopefully everyone moves to a competitor.
It only takes 1 systematic error to take my business elsewhere. I'm not going to sit around and wait for this company to lock me out on my other accounts because their device malfunction.
On 25/12/25 tried to renew the subscription by paying Rs.4050 through my Axis Bank credit card. After putting in the OTP message appeared Error try. Again. I tried again and once again same message came. I went to my SMS account and saw that both the charges have been charged to my card. I emailed to keeper as well as google play giving details and bank statement. No qction was taken. Nither the account got renewed nor moneywas refunded. It's pure FRAUD. So everyone plz be alert.
Every year take my money automatically and lock my features saying I need to pay. I have to send my statement showing withdrawal.
I have had this app. for years and loved it! I have the paid version. I have not been able to log in for the past 3 weeks. It keeps crashing. I get a message that the app is having issues.

love keeper to death, fantastic service and general app, but recently logging in has been a nightmare. just on the app. happy to adjust back to 5 stars, but only after it doesn't use 4 attempts because I misclicked and then erased a single character.

I used the app for many years and have been very happy with it but just recently, as in the same day, received a notice my bill was going to almost double.It is very dissapointing that after so mamy years the price has skyrocketed. No explaination just an email sayong today we are raising the price almost 100%. was a 5 stsr rating until I got that email.
I've been pretty nice over the years but just about every update less fills and more random bugs. Almost wish I didn't hate lastpass. Won't fill http pages anymore. Anything for self hosted apps/sites loads all the wrong logins. Now won't even prompt for biometrics
I was not able to import passwords and make them usable in Keeper. And was not able to launch into these websites with Keeper and have the passwords automatically activate. Thugh Keeper offered assistance.
It is everything I need in the service itself, but they have screwed up the export so that there's no convenient way to transfer to information anywhere else. I've multiple times wanted to leave this service, but they've made it so difficult it's taken me years to really put in the effort to get out of this system. I won't recommend.
Price jumped way up from $14.99 last year to $39.99 this year. Oh and yes....go ahead and check on it for me because I emailed you but never heard back.
