Absolutely unacceptable. My order was never delivered, the driver never contacted me, and customer service's only response was a scripted promise of a refund. I ordered because I needed food to take my medication. By the time they responded, the restaurant had closed, leaving me without a meal. A refund just doesn't fix that. Keeta failed at the most basic part of a food delivery service-delivering the food. Lack accountability and robotic customer service not genuine concern.

Driver called as well as the company. my phone was broken and i couldnt hear anything. Instead of the driver rings the bell, he just left. I called keta and they said its on you for not ansewring the phone ???????? Then why the hell would people have a door bell in the first place..... They didnt even refund me anything and says its policy. Still surprised of this. Other food apps, i had same situation and they gave me full refund even when I was 100% wrong. I cant recommend this app
Customer care is garbage. I use this app almost daily, or multiple times a day, thousands of riyals in orders. a restaurant messed up my order (critical food allergy issue) and after reporting it to Keeta they refused to refund my order. Food went into the garbage, and keeta app was replaced with other food delivery apps. This is how you lose your loyal customers.
It is cheating customer by increase the price left and right These guys initially attracted customers by giving offers and now they increased the price like rocket. Compare price in jahez and keeta you will see the difference. How much you earn like this by cheating customer Look at the mutton biriyani price in jahez (35 sar - full portion) and keeta (44 sar - full portion) Done. No option to upload screenshot otherwise I would have done. Last and final order from these guys
The app displayed one price, but after checkout the amount increased without a clear explanation. Customer support could not provide a satisfactory answer. Very disappointing experience. Please be transparent with your pricing.
péssimo atendimento. Fiz um pedido de R$68. As batatas vieram todas cruas, joguei tudo no lixo. Entrei em contato com o atendimento e me ofereceram R$2 reais de reembolso, oq não paga nem pelo frete. Pelo menos o Ifood resolve os problemas quando acontecem. Não voltarei a usar o aplicativo.
Worst customer service ever. The courier left my food in the street and didn't call me to pick it up, he just sent me a picture of my food being left on an anonymous car and when I went out, I didn't find my food. I called the customer service, but they did NOTHING!

Uninstalling the application with horrible and fraud experience. I found the two product at 11 and 21 SAR when I make the payment they have charged more than the actual price 17 for 11 SAR product and 29 for 21 SAR product. Same with some other products in the cart. The cart items were very high, so I didn't noticed during checkout. When I tried to return they clearly said your items can't be returned or refunded. I raised issue with customer service, raised return but they rejected always.
Very disappointing experience. The app advertises free delivery on the home screen, but when I applied the new user voucher at checkout, it suddenly added a delivery charge. This feels misleading. If free delivery is not available when using the voucher, it should be clearly stated from the beginning, rather than showing "free delivery" and changing it at checkout. Please be more transparent with customers.
terrible experience, they don't deal in a respectable way when there are mistakes or missing items in your orders, I'm deleting this APP
worst delivery app, riders just deliver and are not checking what they deliver, they have delivered me with missing items and I asked to return it back and want a full refund but they say it made a successful delivery even if I refused to take it and then giving me a partial refund only.

worst experience. Twice my order was not delivered but the delivery agent had uploaded the photo as delivered and they did not even refund saying it's against their terms
the offers r good but the customer service is too bad. they r biased towards big restaurants. if u get a wrong item from a small restaurant, they will refund u immediately and if u get a wrong order from a big restaurant then they will say that they ha e recorded the feedback and will improve the service. it seems like they knw that the small restaurants need them so they are bullying them and since they need the big restaurants, they r supporting them.
not delivery in India. but showing me in playstore..if you mention the countries and area serving in desp i will rate 5 star..
A scam app. Tbere is no customer service !! only slow stupid robots doesnt even understand your questions. I deleted the app and removed my account. waste of time !
I was fine before with the delay and changing the time to not give back the delay amount which it 10dhs but today the situation was worse they give my order to someone else and they delivered it to me open then they said they will send me a coupon which was 5dhs imagine that after wasting my time and make me call the driver many time I ask them what is this 5 dhs they said we can not do anything about the amount payment its system issue , THIS MISLEADING AND UN PROVISIONAL
worst service in terms of food delivery.... we pay and don't receive the parcel and the irony is customer service says that money won't be refunded because their rider updated it is delivered. Delivered where?? Gave all the proofs chats everything and what I received in return no food, wasted 2 hours in hunger and lost money as well
worst customer service ever. even if the restaurant gives you a box of tissue instead of food they will tell you sorry that happened we'll make sure it won't happen again. And that's it, no compensation whatsoever. if you won't held the places you have a contract with to respect the order don't bother putting them. for you as well as an application if you don't care about the after sale don't even put the option for customer service in the first place. all other application better in that area
Had a very bad experience.. The Customer Service is the worst. And also their late compensation campaign is like a scam...They let thier Driver marked Delivery as Delivered on time while reality the food was not delivered at all,when we ask regardingthe late compensation, their answers was, System mark as deliveredon time... really??what a BS!! Our food was late almost an hour and thier customer Service isn't doing help any help at all....🙄🤔👎👎👎😡
Fraud delivery. Today i just ordered a meal. After 2hours i got a call to either wait or needs a refund. Amount was refunded back to Keeta app. I don't like this keeta service where you delay the delivery, later cancel the order and refund it to keeta app itself do i have to order again on keeta which is such an unreliable delivery platform. Waste of such 2hours of waiting time and a bad experience with delivery and refund service. Happy to rate it 0 stars.
not recommended..customer service unprofessional+late and cold food in delivery+if anything happened "its gonna happen" you will take long cycles to reach your rights..no phone no. to reach.worst delivery app i never used

Very bad service and extremely poor customer service! I placed an order worth AED 134 through Keeta, but no receipt was provided. When I raised the issue, they did nothing to resolve it or assist me. This is completely unacceptable. The packaging was poor, the order was disappointing, and the lack of a receipt is unprofessional. I expected much better service, especially for the amount I paid. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
dealing with customer service is like having a fight ..ok send pictures prove send receipt ok we will see ok the restaurant will call you .. again please send picture agian send receipt ok will see ok restaurant will call u .. again and again.. No real solutions.

Repeated issues with my orders. The delivery time is always updated and delayed, which results in the food arriving cold. the only app in Saudi Arabia that feeds their driver from customer's order, so if the customer did not respond to the calls within 10min take a picture of the order at the door then take it back and enjoy it.

تطبيق غير جاد في عملائه ... لي اكثر من ٣ طلبات كلها باردة و اللي بعضها الكمية ناقصة والاخرى سلطة طماطم و البصل خربان .. كل ما كلمتهم .. طيب .. ابشر بنشوف الوضع و في الاخير حنركز المرة،الجاية.... وعود بلا تنفيذ .. انصحهم يصححو وضعخم بدال ما يخسرو الزبائن ....

الطلبات تجي ناقصة ومتأخرة واذا كلمت المندوب تلاقيه موافق على اكثر من طلب آخر مرة استلم الطلب من محل يبعد عني دقيقتين وراح يستلم طلب ثاني على بعد ١٠ دقايق من بيتي يعني ٢٠ دقيقة عشان يوصله والطلب الي قيله جاني ناقص ويوم كلمت خدمة العملاء يقول لي صور الوجبات والإيصال سلامات أنا طالب عشان آكل والا عشان أقعد اصور لك الطلبات حبة حبة مع اني اطلب من عندهم شبه يومي من ٦ أشهر وأول مرة أراجع طلب فيه أكثر من برنامج توصيل أطلق وأحسن والفلوس يعوضنا ربي

Waited over an hour for my order. As soon as the delivery deadline passed, they cancelled it and then refused to give me a voucher because the order was "cancelled." Convenient. I wasted my time, got no food, and the only response was: "Sorry, it won't happen again." Very poor customer service.
keeta is gives me good service for all this year but today i experinced bad service at hot pizza, i ordered 3 box but the 1 box is empty, its dissapointing as a regular costumer of keeta. i delete my acount and uninstall this worst app

I'm a disappointed I order last night at 11pm but my orders didn't arrive then after 1 hour the mudir call me that my orders not available all then he said to me you need to cancel then I cancel all but money can't turn it back I want to refund my money I have a patora that I didn't receive my order last night
for all of my last order, missing Items, support never helps you, drivers either steals or never validate the order
Be careful: to save cost, keeta driver is taking few orders together, which are not the same area, and he goes arround Dubai to deliver them one by one !!! Keeta is compromising the quality of food !!!!
لا يوجد اي استجابة من خدمة العملاء الخاصة بكيتا. المطاعم تتلاعب في نوع الوجبة ولا يتم تغليف الطلبات جيدا لطلبات التوصيل عبر كيتا. لا انصح باستخدامه.
يرتكبون اخطاء في الطلب، ولا يعوضون العميل عن اخطائهم بشكل مناسب، مثال: هناك طلب تأخر ساعتين وبعدا قالو لي سنلغيه ونعطيك 10 دراهم تعويض، تخيلو ثمن الساعتين انتظار 10 دراهم.
