Primeira experiência está sendo péssima! Vcs oferecem desconto em caso de atraso mas ficam adiando o horário de entrega toda hora. Quem ia entregar ficou mais de 10min sem nem se mexer e depois de 15min começou a procurar outro entregador, agora obviamente vai chegar tarde mas sem desconto por demora pq vcs mudaram o horário. Achei péssimo, uma entrega perto de casa que demorou mais de 1h.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Keeta. My order arrived over an hour late as they decided to give the driver 2 orders to deliver at the same time in 2 different locations!!!! By the time the food arrived, it was cold and felt like leftovers instead of a fresh meal!!!! If your app can't handle multiple orders without ruining someone's meal, then you should find a solution urgently! There was no update, no proper apology and zero respect for delivery timing!!! Very disappointing service!!
Bad service When they started it was good on time service and pricing. Became arrogant once they stated to get customers. Now their order comes after 90 minutes. Pathetic customer service.

Wrost company boycoit Keeta
Absolutely terrible experience with Keeta. The customer service is extremely poor, delivery is always late, and the food consistently arrives cold. Every single order becomes frustrating and disappointing. I strongly recommend that nobody use this app unless you want to waste your money and regret it big time. There are far better delivery services out there that actually respect their customers and deliver food properly.

IT'S A SCAMMING APPLICATION AND I'M NOT RECCOMENDING TO ANYONE TO DOWNLOAD OR USE IT, YESTERDAY I MAKE AN ORDER, THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER AFTER I PAID ALREADY, WITHOUT ANY REASON EVEN THE RESTAURANT WAS OPENED WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER AND WHEN THEY CANCELLED IT THEY REFUNDED THE MONEY TO THE APPLICATION WALLET NOT TO MY BANK SAME LIKE I PAID FROM MY BANK, TELLING TO USE THE MONEY AGAIN FROM THE WALLET TO ORDER AGAIN, SO I'M GOING TO REPORT THIS IN THE POLICE STATION, AS I'M GOING ALSO TO UNINSTAL

Fraudimg offers I had an order with 25% discount and didn't get and the app refused to cancel the order or give me back my money the worst app ever they are frauds
Fraud delivery app. if a delivery partner doesn't deliver the order the customer has to understand the problem and bear the losses. Immediately uninstalled it.
للأسف تجربة سيئة جدا .. السائق أخد طلبين بنفس الوقت وفي منطقة بعيدة جدا .. وقد حصل معي هذا عدة مرات .. وعندما طلبت الغاء الطلب وارجاع الثمن كانت الخدمة سيئة ورفضو الغاء الطلب .. اخد الطلب وقت طويل للوصول .. لا انصح بالتعامل معهم .. خدمة سيئة جدا
صار المندوب يجي يرمي الطلب في الشارع و تتوهق دافع مقدم و مافي شيء يرجعلك و يجيك الأكل خربان واسعار المطاعم دبل فيه! قارن مع سعر المطعم و تلاقي دبل و يعطيك ١٠ ريال خصم وهمي يضحك عليك!!! و خدمة عملاء زي الزفت بس نعتذر!!!

O atendimento ao cliente conseguiu ser pior que o do ifood. Se tiver problemas esteja preparado pra bancar o prejuízo. Mas é ótimo quando a entrega funciona!
All seems ok, until you need support for bad food delivered, you will only get automated responses and no resolution. Once they have your money, the customer doesn't matter! In addition, always bad or bug infested produce.

تجربة سيئة للغاية مندوب توصيل لم يقم بتوصيل الطلبي وقام بسرقته وكيتا لا تقدم اي حل لا يمكن التواصل مع خدمة العملاء وردرو أليه وغير مفيدين بالمره ويقوموا بتعيين مناديب لصوص
extremely bad experience. I will never recommend. I had guests over my place, the delivered late from given time, food was cold. driver was extremely rude. couldn't follow instructions. I didn't get any compensation voucher. I asked you take food back
تعامل سى من خدمة العملاء و عدم حل للمشكلة الاوردر جانى فاضى تقريبا و اواصلت ٥ مرات لرد المبلغ و لم يتم التواصل معى من قبل الادارة
تطبيق مخادع يدعي ان يتم التعويض عند تأخير الطلب ولكن الوقت يتحدث باستمرار ويتأخر باستمرار... وخدمة عملاء سيئه لايوجد شيء اسمه تعويض فقط التعويض على تجار المحلات الغلاباء للعلم التطبيق صيني.. ادعموا التاجر المحلي..

I have been ordering for a while now since their launch in the region. It is mission impossible to get refunds. They assure you that you will get it back but never recieve your money back. Also, I recieved my food outside the delivery container (assuming poor or harsh driving).
if you rich use to buy food app. or if you poor don't order food by app. because app took extra money for your oder food.
Meal was cold because it took way too long to be delivered after it being picked up by. Customer service said that it happens and they'll work harder so it doesn't happen again on the future. Deleted my account and uninstalled. Similar experiences with their competitors usually go extremely diferent.

very bad experience with keeta. once my order was they said I will get 10 aed coupon but I did not get it. but now I can't compromise anyone because this time unbelievable thing happen i placed wrong address i admit but same the time I tried to cancel my order even ask from help centre you said not possible after it your delivery guy put it outside my door even i told him someone will take from you. so now my order is not outside my door and rider said I placed it there.
worst customer service. I received incomplete order when spoked with customer service ( Mr. Alaa) he just apologize and no corrective action has been taken or even investigating or calling the restaurant if it was a mistake
