like others, I was taken in and forgot about the impossible to remove or stop payment schedule. The app doesn't work and so after stopping using it and uninstalling it, a while later strange payments started coming out of my account. When I tried to stop the payments nothing happened except platitudes and auto generated emails. I am now trying on here to get a response to stop payments
Deceptive. Base price is relatively High. Multiple add-ons and extreme pricing some of which are mandatory doubles and triples the fundamental price . initial commitment for 6 months. Looking at the potential of almost $200 for an app before it establishes credibility. Buyer beware. Smells of a trap.
Pay before try otherwise no way for free trail. It wasted my time , so I removed the App.
I'm one starring this because I've tried to cancel my sub and you are not emailing me back and still making payments. I've sent another email requesting cancellation !!!!!!

I purchased plan for 12 weeks. Now I am being forced to purchase plan for personal AI Coach. Without purchasing plan for personal AI coach I can't move forward and can't use the app. It is just like a fraud.

I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to subscribe to a 12 week subscription and ended up getting changed 3 times on my credit card $25.90, $24.50, and $49.90. I've been trying to reach someone for the past 2 weeks but no luck. not a good app and they steal your money. not to be trusted
i cannot uset it at all features i payed are blocked and asking to pay once for a lot of features i dont need even more i purchased with special ofer but i was billed two times for regular price and special offer price. the app is teriblle tragedy because this no chance to use plan because only one thing they ask to continue pay pay pay new features but not let use what is purchased.

I bought a 4 week plan but have not been able to access it. after downloading the app when you open it it immediately takes you to a page for another purchase. there's no way to avoid it. it is forcing you to make that purchase. until and unless you make that add-on purchase you are not able to access your place. Even after uninstalling and re-installing the app multiple times the same problem persists. Totally a scam.

After downloading, I'm unable to get to any exercise,but the system sking me to tap one a one-timent $150. I need to see what I've already purchased. Enjoy something before if I want to commit additional resources. Because I didn't tap the continue button for aextra cost of $150. , I have not been able to enjoy any exercise. Please advice, kindly show how I can get to the program without incurring additional cost aside the $9.9 I have paid. If afterwards I'm satisfied,then I can commit more

I took the subscription but the app is not opening with my login. It is asking to pay again. Waste of 2000 rupees. Service is worst. They don't respond to mails.
They are big scammers. initially it was marketed as a one time payment. but they silently charge you each month. They will not appear into the list of subscriptions in the google subscription panel. it was my bank they informed me. kindly watch and subscribe wisely.

ridiculously over-priced for a app that is not delivering much. Get the NHS' Squeezy app for a single €3 payment, with less BS "functionality", but more practical information.

Please why can't I find where to cancel my subscription on the app, the app is showing the date of subscription and active but there is no place for cancellation. Please can this be rectified
