This new app version takes all that away and hides the features under a paywall. If you're like me and purchased a $1 doorbell, you expect to get your money's worth without spending more. To Kement: Removing features each new app version is a sure fire way to guarantee zero repeat customers and zero brand loyalty

rate zero stars if it was possible. do you hear a noise outside? well forget it they want a subscription to simply look at a live picture through a product you've paid for, massive delay when someone rings doorbell most of the time there already gone (have full fibre bb). night vision is non existent and don't get me started on sensor for movement detected 😔 absolute disgrace!!!!!!!
Stop trying to take money out of a bank account that's no longer open. Im not signing up to another year
The app developer does not respond to emails and will not respond if you want a refund even in the first 24 hours. Google Play will automatically decline your refund with this developer and tell you to email the developer. Live view functionality is locked behind subscription and device must also support it. You can't test either without paying first.
absolutely terrible, bought a camera which says it has free live feed, had to download this app to use it, registered device but if I want live view I need to pay for a subscription, this app USED to be called AIWIT!!! just in case anyone else has been stung by these con artists, they used to provide free live feed and it was meant to be for free, then one day it stopped and demanded a subscription fee, they got banned from selling aiwit products on Amazon because of it, now here they are again
doesn't work
Doesn't work, keeps disconnecting from my WiFi for no reason and I have excellent WiFi signal. The customer service is very bad as it keeps repeating itself and I cannot find another way to contact this company. I asked for a refund for my subscription and I was told to request the refund under some section on my account and it doesn't exist so I asked for assistance and I have not got any assistance.
this app is affiliated with Kemo Pro, both the same app, just different names and under different LLC's so they can try to fool customers and get out of debt. Awitt was the original name for it. may of spelt it wrong butt they have been doing this forever.
not getting full service, nowhere to get help and I feel like I paid for nothing 😞. only thing I can do is answer video doorbell. if I could give the app minus stars I would!!!

It is bad to be honest about it. Connection with the smart bell is fine but when you ring the bell answering it on the phone is possible one time every 10 to 20 times the rest you get notification that someone is at the door and when you click it you open the app but can't get to answer it you can only see the video of the person that was at the door after the bell stops recording (ringing), so one star and thank you but no thank you.

Bought a subscription to use live view on the doorbell, doesn't work. when you go to view the camera it just says to press the doorbell button. Tried to reach out to the developer. Was ignored. Google refused to refund.

You get what you pay for. Spring for a reputable product. Idk how this got 4 stars since all the reviews I had read were pretty on par with what I am saying. The low reviews must be popping up cause real ppl are agreeing with them but the 5 stars gotta be some paid bums or something. Just don't even download this app. Go and get ur refund
can't even setup. doesn't lust the ht100. the app is so blank with no explanation. waste of money when your trying to save money. But I got what I pa8d for, a shifty useless security camera
Do Not Recommend: Already replaced with a different brand because it logs me out all the time, and the battery life is so short. Decided to put in the backyard to peek at the dog, etc. only to discover that I know I have to subscribe to even just use it as a camera. Basically, it's a useless piece of trash with this current system. And a bait-n-switch to sell more subscription services. It should be illegal to downgrade a product to this level.

camera doesn't show nothing it keeps going to describe for cloud , I thought you can use it without subscription, can even show who's at the door.... nothing only a picture, no events for the day no nothing!!!
everything was great now all I can see is a ad for cloud don't think video even works anymore I'm going to get rid of mine and get something that isn't just trying to sell cloud storage....... friend went in my shed it showed a cloud storage advertisement for about ten minutes before I could even look at the video this isn't worthwhile
WHY DOES IT KEEP RESETTING ITSELF TO DEFAULT ??????????????????? plus why should I pay for a subscription to a cloud when I already have Samsung cloud installed, just another company wanting to make money. Not impressed. Greedy companies getting rich and richer. I keep seeing " UNLOCK for ONE DAY with AD's and NOTHING happens, it takes you straight to SUBSCRIBE. Also did anyone know that Kement has it's own download folder on your phone 🤳
Kement v2.3.1 harms the usability of this doorbell. When someone rings, the app sometimes shows a subscription/free-trial popup instead of opening the camera, so I cannot see who is at the door. On my Galaxy S23, if the app is closed, I often get only a regular notification instead of a proper ringing alert. I already tested permissions, unrestricted battery, background data, reset, and reinstall, but nothing fixed it.
They charge for live view do not download app You're better off just getting a different camera can't believe they charge for live view but they do.
Latest update added a pop-up ad for subscription when you try to watch camera live. You x out the pop up and try clicking camera again, another pop up. Can't get past it, they effectively made the camera useless without a subscription. I only bought it for live view outside my house, I don't care about cloud storage. I bought the camera with the understanding you could watch live without a subscription, it's a bait and switch. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU PLAN TO PAY A SUBSCRIPTION.
I used this app for a year with 2 cameras but now they want me to pay for a subscription just to view my cameras, im not gonna pay subscription costs so now im left with 2 worthless cameras, TOTAL SCAM.
battery lasts 3 days max with little activity on the camera. cant do anything without watching ads

my camera isn't picking up anyone the doorbell works but I'm getting no alerts, I've had people in and out all day and yet my camera hasn't picked up anything or alerted me or captured any videos, what's the point. returning it as for the app it's shows you on here it has human detection zone yet once I downloaded it I didn't have that feature at all so I couldn't change it, I tried reaching out to customer support but got totally ignored. waste of time.

ive just setup this doorbell one major thing is missing liveview.also this will not work properly till you register for 3 days free cloud and video?i was expecting liveview as a normal function but it seems to not be avaiable.i will continue testing and will report back.

Worst app ever. absolutely everything is behind a paywall. no live view, no video review. constantly harasses you with upsell popups. even if you don't use it, you get an upsell notification everyday. absolute garbage!!

I downloaded this app, after about 3 months the app locked me out of my camera demanding that I subscribe for a monthly fee. I bought the camera to monitor outside my house I do not need a subscription. now I don't have access to my camera. just the add to subscribe. do not buy or install this app.
this download or update will take away your ability to watch ads to pay for cloud service and you will automatically have to buy cloud service at $30 to even view your camera if I'm lying I'm dyingno
