What the....now you can't even look at the camera without paying. Not tou can't look at previous recordings without paying (which I understand as that takes space on a server somewhere) but you can't even view a live 1to1 view anymore. I'm writing this right before uninstall. 0 out of 10. Please go out of business.

don't video everything even when you set it up to. do it, logs you out and tells yo u to log in all the time because your log in is expired, can only make payments for the year, don't have monthly payment option, its cheap quality,waste of money

After using this app for a couple of years, without paying for Cloud Service, there were no issues. I then paid for a full year of Cloud Service, 3 weeks prior to moving. After moving to a new home, Jan. 1st, I couldn't set up my CHWARES Video Doorbell. The app had updates & didn't even have an option for the doorbell anymore. I have left emails, & 5 months later, (still paid for that Cloud Storage) I am still left without a video doorbell and no replies, help or fixes.
Disappointed to say the least! The app was Aiwit before switching to Kemo pro. With an Aiwit subscription, you could zoom in during a live recording despite the footage being a little grainy,had wider viewing area, microphone use. Yes aiwit would randomly sign you out at times, for the most part it worked well. Kemo pro lacks half of the functions aiwit had, it just records with a fixed screen. Had I known that aiwit was switching over to Kemo pro,I would have not renewed my subscribption!!!
They changed the name and service sucks... I want my money back too used to be Await or something now it even worse....
10/10 wouldn't recommend. Why on EARTH would I pay that expensive subscription for something that should be free! I'm dismounting this camera and using it for a target on my shooting range.
as many others have said this used to be great however now unable to do anything unless you pay for subscription. Can no longer live view so makes it pointless. How they can completely change what is advertised i don't know but will be replacing door bell with a new one that uses a different app

I had Aiwit subscription for 2- years, and now they have changed their name to Kempro or Kement. My door camera doesn't work anymore. As soon as my subscription is over, I am deleting the subscription and canceling it definitely.
We've reached a whole new level of scummy/scammy humans when you make the app to where you have to buy a subscription to be able to use the hardware you bought from this company! Honestly its pathetic...

Terrible. hard to set up. disconnecting after a while so you dont get notifications. no live view. all behind a pay wall apparently. there are other devices and options available.

These cameras and the customer service are trash. customer service only messes you around. if you bought cameras that use this app, return them and get different ones.
WHY DOES IT KEEP SWITCHING ITSELF OFF, THE APP IS USELESS, you need to keep a check once in a while to make sure it's functioning to to your settings. renaming it isn't working. Don't buy a subscription, this should be removed as if you look at the difference folders within your mobile you'll find one where download's are can be stored, but they are greedy companies trying to scam the public. why does this damned app not keeping MY preferred settings, get it sorted
Fails to register older V5 device after years working under Aiwit app...now useless, no support. Avoid this brand and products is my advice...
It is a rort I didnt think I had to subscribe anywhere i want a refund.
I hope this is read by potential customers before they buy; do not buy, they change the terms as they go, product doesn't work properly and the forced subscriptions when they tricked customers into buying is dirty. Garbage.

app hardly works. have to keep reconnecting devices. one device keeps turning off. spoke to customer service about it and they blame it on me. they are a joke. I do not recommend this brand
this is ridiculous /a joke, why do I need to subscribe to view my door cam, than what the purpose.. luckily I got a full refund for my door cam.. worst app ever, don't waste your time.
Ever since this app became Kemo Pro, I cannot see my live view or anything the camera recorded without a subscription. I will have to find a new camera now.
-1 star : Was free, now pay. You can't watch live unless you tap a notification, and sometimes that doesn't load. And those stupid ads! Very annoying and I aint rich. I bought this cam to watch out for my Autistic son. I want to delete app and find a free app. STUPID!

DON'T BUY IT. When I bought it watching live was free I paid for it but they just changed and asking for subscription for. This looks scamming. I already paid for device if I need recorded history yes I'll need subscription but not for live. What's the point of paying for device then?

It was good over the last two years for me, but since a month ago, i can't view live footage as it now asks me to pay for subscription. That's very unfair and upsetting.

Since the new update I can't see nothing unless I pay. I used too see everything where the camera is pointing but now I can't. I am going to uninstall, delete the app and the camera. Going to another one where your not obligated to subscribe for 3 day. It was good before the update but no I don't recommend this app and camera.
I used to really like this app. you could do a lot with the free version, but now you can't even receive notifications or see the live feed without paying for a subscription and I don't want to do that! I am going to have to get a whole new doorbell camera. how can I consider my home safe if I don't even get notifications that someone is at my door when my child is the only one home?!
I bought the subscription however the paywall will not let me see playback on the camera. I have contacted them on the chat which is the only way to communicate with them and I keep getting the same canned answer over and over. I will definitely not buy this again and I really lost my money for this last subscription. paying for it doesn't help and the help from the company does not really exist. after reading the reviews I'm not the only person who paid and and still can't get the play back.
This update has totally made the doorbell useless! You cannot view it without agreeing to subscriptions!

have to have a subscription to use this now? i cant even use my camera anymore without paying. i could understand for cloud services and playbacks but i cant even view the feed live anymore. this camera is now a paper weight. disappointing.
Subscription used to be an option, just watch an advert now and again, that's why I bought the camera in the first place. Now it's useless, app deleted and camera going in the bin.

I paid for a year subscription and then the camera quit working they said they would send me a new camera didn't and then didn't send a refund either for the year I'm not using
