GARBAGE! 0 STARS I have had a lot of issues with my device such as not fully charging. Not holding a charge for long. Also will not allow me to view live feed when someone is at the door. In the late evening, when danger is immediate in my community, my cam will just stop working all together. I have messaged the main board in the app, and have only received basic troubleshooting options. I have tried everything to be sure this camera works at its most optimal, to no avail. I want my money back.
BUYER BEWARE! Terrible experience. I paid for a year of service and experienced problems with it. When I contacted support team, they said they have no proof that I paid and could not locate my account. Now I am stuck with 3 cameras and afriad that I would be ripped of again so I am not using the cameras.
I could watch live anytime but now it won't let me until I subscribe 🤬 what a con this is and no message to let me know.. probably had lots of complaints that's why the name of this app has changed...scammers.
Scam, this is such a useless app. You think you'll have the footage you'll need for your safety? WRONG! Avoid any products from them at all cost!
garbage, after update can't even view live cameras without paying, burn barrel bound! Buy Blink with XR module, free with SD card.
Please get the app stabilised so it saves your settings, really fed up of having to re-do my preferences and having to keep switching settings back on. Get rid of the Cloud subscription, you don't need it as there's a folder 📂 on your mobile to save what you want to.
Still not working UPDATE: They fixed the issue and got the new camera on the subscription. However, we are still having issues with delayed notifications on the app. Maybe improvements are still being made The yearly subscription is pointless if you have to replace a device because you cannot add the replacement product to an active subscription. Contacting the company and getting a response is impossible. Do not purchase from this company. *will update review if this situation is ever resolved
this app takes your subscribers money and wont let you access the highlighted things and there is no one to communicate with regarding it

EVERYBODY READ THIS, YOU'LL REGRET IT IF YOU DON'T I've had these devices and apps for like 6 years the original app was called "aiwit." go online and search "aiwit app APK download" find app version 3.2.4 (or 3.2.5, 3.2.6, those are the only options I've found.) **BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD IT** DELETE THE CURRENT VERSION that requires a subscription to view live feed. THEN download and install the 3.2.4 version, log in, and all of the services that used to be free that no longer are ARE FREE!🤸

this used to be a good product. Now, it is essentially useless without a $150 annual subscription. you can not live play without a subscription, which is ridiculous. Waste of money and will be sending to the trash.
Appalling Service. Since the latest Update of the app (previously Aiwit now called Kemo Pro) I have ongoing problems with the camera turning itself offline for no apparent reason and the live view does not work at all. Its not the internet connection, its nothing to do with battery levels as suggested by customer support. Its to do with the app! I asked for a refund several times as I am now unable to use the camera and I am being ignored. Going to start legal proceedings against this company
Changed names and suddenly the light won't turn on. help chat tells me it doesn't have that capability although I was using that capability for over a year! Now they say I have to download a new app to use the light feature again. I look up the app I was told and it doesn't even exist. Also the camera has started missing a lot of motion no matter the sensitivity setting and with all alerts on. I am not happy at all with the "new company" or any of the updates. Now the zoom feature is disabled.

I used to have a different app and then all the sudden it changed over to be this one and I lost capabilities of my cameras that I had before the app changed over. I'm unable to digitally zoom anymore and I'm unable to control the lights and they don't come on automatically. the AI person that I talked to within the app tells me I need to download a different app called kement. the only problem is there's no app on here that is called that. they also keep telling me I have a r7 camera but hv r6

oh my goodness I must replace. since the change camera is worthless constantly offline, poor detection, and speaking thru two awful. what is going on. I have one at 2 different properties. My my I'm going back to Oasis they are constant and worth the money.
Jumps offline too often, regardless of great connection. For the last few days, the app will not even open. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, but to no avail.

everything worked until it became kemo pro. there's no way to chat with company,No way to adjust the camera view, no way to chat with the person at the door. you will be forced to jail break the device to get it to work. this is a very very hard no. the problem is the app not the device. jailbreak the device and run your own software in docker anything is better than what you have now.
my Doorbell stopped recording despite having subscription, followed all instructions but now won't connect to kemo pro for registration, wi fi connects but no registration so won't work. chat has stopped responding, I am going to have to cancel subscription

There is no customer service to be found on the app. I canceled the service last year and I just got another yearly charge. I need customer service to contact me about this fraudulent charge.

I've had the cameras and app for about 5 or 6 yrs. Soon after buying the product, they started to request a subscription. Now, they have it locked so that you can't view live, or view any notification or talk to your child. They have the cameras locked, so you can't change the software. What a waste of money. Now, I have to throw them out or simply use them with sd cards to capture past events but nothing live.

Don't waste your money. This bell was purchased as a subscription free app forever. At some point it became live home who started charging & then Kemo pro. They claim on the app that the daily subscription is £0.016 per daybfor a 365 day subscription, go to pay for the subscription & it becomes about £120 for the year. Hardly their stated daily fee & it's cheaper to buy a new subscription free bell

I'm really disappointed with this camera. when I bought this camera, it worked only with cloud and not with s.d card. You had to subscribe and pay for cloud service to watch your videos, but you could watch real time videos if you don't have the service. Now it doesn't give you the opportunity to even watch your real time videos. It pops up a subscribtion that needs to be paid otherwise you can't see anything. And it's getting worst everyday. Not even my notifications are not working anymore.
used to be free. it was nice. the paid version is too expensive. the price plan for multiple devices does not make sense.
