I've tried to cancel 3 times. I'm not sure it can be done and I'm sure you want it that way. You've charged me twice since 02-22-2026.
I'm very disappointed. I used this app for months no issues maybe a ad shows up but once in a blue moon. Now every button I push a ad pops up even inappropriate ones very gross. Now they most likely going to reply,Subscribe to premium but the previous version was fine as is. People don't understand that this is the reason they go out of business is because of how greedy they get for more money. I'm going to uninstall this app and hope I find a better app that doesn't show an ad every sec.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Absolute joke of an app. No access to the app after subscribing, closed the app, logged me out and couldn't get back in to my account....and when I wanted to cancel it took them 9 days to respond and even then would not return my money saying it's in the policy they don't return do returns. They signed me up for 3 different subscription plans round to about £60 month. After lots of emails they partially refunded me £22 in Jan and just yesterday charged me yet another £17.
Does not work as advertised. Barcode scanner use displays wrong item, repeatedly. Unable to edit simple/basic items such as ounces of coffee. Don't waste your money.
garbage from the jump, I will be asking Google Play for a refund. about a 30-minute questionnaire that doesn't mean anything to the statistics that are compiled on the app. then if you do work out you can't change any of the variables whatsoever most importantly duration. I went to go change my weight and you can't change that either so it seems always be the same way going forward. I can't believe I paid for this garbage
The app doesn't allow you to unsubscribe anywhere. I have to cancel my card.
Half of the functions are not working. There is no option to save scan products. Too expensive for the limited functionality.
I tried canceling this app because it wasn't working for me, but it didn't matter how many times you unsuscribed, it still took your money! I didn't even get a notice that it was time for the renewal.
Only after the 10 minutes setup does the app inform you barcode scanning is only part of Premium subscription... You're then basically made to buy the subscription before even seeing how the app works. Uninstalled when I got a stupid gambling wheel that on the second spin I miraculously got the top prize, immediately lost confidence in this app caring about anything other than taking my money when it relies on free to play game mechanics.

I have had this app for one day and tried to log one meal. The amount of frustration I had from logging that one meal is not worth the continued use of and trying to figure out this app. I couldn't find any basic foods that I looked up (sweet peppers, mini peppers, diced tomatoes, etc.) and the system they use to track serving size is bogus. If I could get a refund, I would.

I finally broke down and paid for an app, but this one is terrible. It's very limited on some foods (like Bell peppers). when you try to add a food, your weight measurements are limited: no option for table spoon or cup measurements: only ounce, gram. It won't let you change your calorie goal either: it set me at 903 calories per day? uh, hello!Now I have to figure out how to cancel this subscription since there isn't an option in my settings or profile.

Day 1, purchased the lifetime membership. Instant regret. I thought it was a tracker but gives me no insights or summaries. Loading my consumed foods is difficult. Can't find a basic coffee with milk. Can't find a basic pork sausage/ like a british pork banger... No option for me to manually load my own items. No listing for a samosa? So once I loaded a recipe, there is no option to go back to edit it?

This app is a SCAM, don't fall for it, is not what it promised on adds, I got an add saying that i will pay $26 for 6 months which is a lie because you don't get anything and if you click something unknowingly you are purchasing something else. Right after i paid the $26 for a 6 month membership I was navigating through the app and i clicked on the LOSE WEIGHT tab and immediately said thank for your purchase and it charged me another $25. SCAM, SCAM.
since the update the app is not so easy anymore. I do not like it. the features changed and my calories changed from 1009 to over 1900. I dont think this is right. I can't work with this. I need the proper app that I paid for

Can't open this app without consenting to all the rubbish data requirements. I really liked the look of this app, but unless I subscribe, I'm unable to open it. Get stuck in a loop - tapped on each to withdraw consent from vendors, then the screen says subscribe or go with ads, I'll go with ads thank you, to see what it's like, to give it a try. But when I tap go with ads, I'm back to the consent to vendors. tap tap tap... I want to sample before I buy. Very disappointing!

Scam. Avoid this app, the moment you launch the app, it shows an ad. It was not obvious it was an add and I turned up paying for something totally different. Search for Unimeal Scam. You will see loads of people in my position.
I'm having trouble scanning most bar codes! And I can't find the food I'm eating to log it in properly..I'm really mad that I got this app it was a huge waste of money, and I want a refund!

Doesn't sync with Samsung Fit app or Google Fit app. I made the mistake of paying for this app and it doesn't have basic functionality that other apps have. I do like the fasting plan options but that's about it. I wish I could get my money back.

a long questionnaire in the beginning that is irreverent, followed by being told you need to pay. found my way to the free/with ads portion. after 90 seconds there were 3 ads. uninstalled
