is kfc smallest chicken ever gold plated now , I was just checking the prices on an app and it says 31 dollars plus tax for 6 pieces only that's freaking insane 😮 plus their smallest chicken sandwich is 12 bucks plus tax now OH MY LORD, I GET 2 BIG CHICKEN SANDWICHES AT BURGER KING FOR 10 BUCKS ONLY, I'M DUN WITH KFC ALTOGETHER 😡

worst app experience of my entire life. Will not let me create an account. always receiving the same error message
doesn't let you pay which means you can't order anything as there's no option to pay at restaurant
placed order and received error message saying there was a payment error, tried to place order again and same thing. 3rd time went through. Got to the store 3 and I had 3 identical orders and 3 charges on my card.

Why limit offers to the app only when the app doesn't work reliably. Tried multiple times to place an order, to either "fail to send" (but was sent to the store, and told it was cancelled?) or just hang for minutes, not doing anything after payment.

this app is so buggy and slow I am completely unable to order food. I've been sitting in the store for 30mins fighting with it when all I want to do is eat. :( Edit: many months later and I'm still physically unable to order. can't give you money even if I want too.
can never checkout when trying to use an app coupon or offer. this app sucks! FUNNY HOW THEY HAVE SO MANY 5 STARTS BUT IVE BEEN SCROLLING AND CANT FIND ANY OVER 3!! FAKEING STAŔS IS CRAZY WORK
KFC needs to go back to there mid 90s menu and recipes and maybe people would come back . foods luck

Delivery is never an option which is crazy
When we try to login, it says "Something went wrong!" But it never tells what went wrong, it never gets past this point. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same result! Total failure!!!!!!
Awfull app. Payments glitch out and never confirm if the order was placed.

Double billed because of app failure, I've never done business with a company so inept at processing payments. frequently doesn't accept payments when competitors apps have no issues. store employees seem very frustrated with the state of the app (can't say I blame them)
Terrible app
I wish there was a negative star i could give. I ordered from the app. every time I tried to order it would bring me back to the payment page. when it finally told me the order went through there was a knock at the door. I had already ordered the meals and I quickly canceled the order but when I asked for a refund for the canceled order kfc said they had no record of it even though I had a receipt. I had to contact the better business bureau to get a refund. terrible app by a terrible company

the place order button after entering my card information and address is often cut off and I cannot scroll down further to actually place the order. very annoying. the app for some reason just doesn't process payment at all, it tells me my address is wrong or nothing happens when I press the pay button. website does not have these issues and did everything properly.

App simply does not work. Try to open it and you get a message "Something went wrong". Honestly, what is the value of having an app that never works. KFC wants to be successful, but they run their business like a third world country. Hey KFC, try to learn from McDonald's on how to deploy a working app as well as to run a customer centric business.

Our order was ignored for hours and there was no way to cancel it without speaking to the designated location- which would not pick up no matter how many times we called. there is no way to connect with customer service. never using again.
genuinely the worst app I have ever used. It's so bad it feels like it was designed to be bad, you would get better luck ordering fron them if you sent them letter instead, or hand delivered your order on a piece of paper, walked back to your home, and waited for your order to arrive. or made it yourself in their kitchen.
doesn't let you order without logging in, but when you try to log in it says there's no account with that information and to make an account. then, when you go to make an account, it says an account already exists with that information.
1st time trying. Charged me twice for one order. Called restaurant right away for a refund on second order. Granted. Bank bills me anyway. 2nd time trying. This time restaurant didn't recieve my order. Still got charged. KFC Customer Support couldn't be bothered to help me. Bank denied chargeback. Now I'm $20 short. There will be no 3rd time. Deleting app.
