doesnt open. says something went wrong.
there is never any offers or deals in the offers section. "That's all for now. check back again soon for new offers". but there never is any.
wont let me look at anything because it wont let me change my pickup settings from a year ago, including the pickup time... a year ago. anytime I try to change it the app crashes or it just doesn't change. can't even look at the menu
App simply does not work. Try to open it and you get a message "Something went wrong". Honestly, what is the value of having an app that never works. KFC wants to be successful, but they run their business like a third world country. Hey KFC, try to learn from McDonald's on how to deploy a working app as well as to run a customer centric business.

Our order was ignored for hours and there was no way to cancel it without speaking to the designated location- which would not pick up no matter how many times we called. there is no way to connect with customer service. never using again.
genuinely the worst app I have ever used. It's so bad it feels like it was designed to be bad, you would get better luck ordering fron them if you sent them letter instead, or hand delivered your order on a piece of paper, walked back to your home, and waited for your order to arrive. or made it yourself in their kitchen.
doesn't let you order without logging in, but when you try to log in it says there's no account with that information and to make an account. then, when you go to make an account, it says an account already exists with that information.

You can't purchase anything because it still doesn't recognize my postal code.
This app ticks me off. I kept trying to put in an address and nothing would happen it kept asking for my location. Why can't I put in my own location? dumb design. uninstalled and won't be going to KFC.

I DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO PAY ONLINE WITH A CREDIT CARD. A MAJORITY OF FAST FOOD APPS ALLOW YOU TO PAY AT THE RESTAURANT. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
Sadly, my last experience with the app was very bad. I had to pay extra money thanks to it. It kicked me out twice and never told me my order was processed, and the third told me my order was accepted. When I arrived to pick up my order, I had three orders almost ready to pick up. I had to pay for the orders. So unexpected and out of budget expense and a lot of chicken to throw away. The app is not going to refund me.
This used to be a great app but last year, an update removed all the payment options. I used to be able to choose to pay at the restaurant after making an order but now I'm required to pay immediately and it doesn't work. Can't use the app to place an order so I can't use any of the deals in the app. I'll have to stick with the paper coupons...
app doesn't accept any of my cards, and offers no "pay in store option" so it's kinda turned me off of KFC when something is 10 dollars when ordered through the app but 17 dollars in store.

The app wouldn't load the menu, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and got an error message every time I attempted to login, after inputting the 4-number code texted to me. The error message falsely claims that the session had expired. Apparently the session expires instantly after inputting the code 10 seconds after the text is received by me. A billion-dollar company with an app that's totally broken 🤡

Between this app, the desktop website, and the mobile website, this has been the worst experience trying to place a simple "convenient" order
beware of this app. you will place a order and then get a error message something went wrong. then after a few hours your order gets processed with your credit card without you knowing. a few days later you notice a payment on youe bank app. happen to me 3 times. no customer service other than calling the store.
Absolutely failure, will not allow Amex credit card payment. Waste of time.

Simply non functional 90% of the time and they removed the google pay options which was their only semi functional payment option everything else never works.

I have a new Google pixel 10 on 5G connection and first tried paying with Google pay. payment was refunded to my account because it didn't go through on the app. The second time i tried confirming my payment in my credit card app and it didn't work either. transaction just sits there loading in the KFC app and never processes
