This is the greatest disappointment I've ever had. It's just a refund how hard is it🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ First their bike breaks in the road and cancels my order now 20 days of waiting for a refund soon it will be 2 months of waiting for a refund🤦

Worst service ever-stole my money and no resolution! I ordered food through this app and it never arrived even after 2 hours. I actually went to the physical store to check, and the staff told me they had already handed the order to the delivery partner. When I tried calling the delivery partner, he ignored my calls and then switched off his phone. It has now been 20 days of me constantly calling customer service for a refund, and I still haven't gotten any resolution. Completely unprofessional.

Totally Fraud..... I have been waiting for 2 hours but I don't know where is my order.... customer Care is totally useless and they don't even provide the mobile number of delivery executive... Means all prepaid orders like me are for their staff or delivery boys
