I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with the KFC app, having had a terrible time both times I've used it. The first order was delivered late, after 2 hours, and the packaging was subpar. The second time, my order was canceled 2 hours after I placed it, and I've yet to receive a refund. The customer care seems unresponsive, and I find it frustrating that orders are accepted without proper tracking. I would advise against downloading the app and request a FULL REFUND for my recent order

one of the worst app for customer service, Too bad. can't even complaint properly, i had a delivery and tried to complaint, but the app is such a wrong example for it. I couldn't complaint properly, it asks for invoice no. and the delivery bill has no invoice no. i think kfc is the worst delivery app .very dissapointing for such a big company.

I visited Connaught Place A Block Outlet on 7th May 2026 at 3:30pm, while placing order through kiosk, I was informed that credit card machine is not working on the particular kiosk. Requested the executive to take order at the counter, refused and informed that order can only be placed at the Kiosk. The outlet had only 1 customer apart from me, still the staff didn't bothered to take the order. Walked out without placing order. Pathetic customer service.

I went to KFC at 9:30 PM, but they said all the food was sold out and that they were only serving Swiggy and Zomato orders. Then what is the point of keeping the shop open? I placed an order through the KFC app, and it was accepted. After waiting for a long time, they said there was no food available and that they would only provide orders for Swiggy and Zomato customers. Very bad experience.

1 hour back i got scam by *sector 20 Panchkula Haryana* outlet. i have ordered online at 6:48 pm & the app show it will be delivered before 07:34 pm with rider *Jagsohan Badwar* has accepted to deliver my order. but the app kept showing only this. I tried to call back the restaurant but they never picked the call. At 11:49 all of a sudden it showing my order was delivered & is showing in completed orders. They actually don't need otp for such scams as i never shared otp. international brand scam

I am highly disappointed with my recent KFC order placed at 8:25 PM. The delivery was expected by 9:17 PM, but even after 10:02 PM it was not delivered, forcing my husband to visit the outlet and collect it himself. Customer support was also unresponsive. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and poor customer experience. I request immediate action along with compensation for the inconvenience caused, failing which I may escalate the matter through consumer complaint platforms. Very bad exp.

This just an app where you can order ,you will not get guarantee to get your order. Initially they shows a estimated time but that is just system generated no reliability of that.you can order in the morning,to get it by evening.
