the worst app, so many fraud
it's on a Sunday KFC opens by 12am and it's 12:20 the app still keep saying the restaurant is closed when I try to make payment...it clearly says it's open in the app...messed up.

Very buggy, the app only shows me parts of the screen that keep glitching. Very hard to navigate, i have to guess where the buttons are.

There is no delivery option. There is no reason to have an app when you dont deliver. KFC charges an insane amount of money for their food. The least they can do is offer delivery. Very disappointing.

Le offerte drive sono un insulto diretto alla quasi totalità dei clienti kfc, le offerte drive sono di un fastidio assurdo considerando che quasi tutti i kfc sono senza drive. La effettiva convenienza dei coupon scende ad ogni aggiornamento, nel momento in cui sto scrivendo non c'è nessun coupon, a mio avviso, utile.
Staff of KFC via appia roma is very bad works without CAP and uniform. Its better to avoid eating hair.
I love kfc but there is no payment online and the delivery it's only in the area next to it, actually in Italy Kfc are few only, that's why their business it's very low over here
In Bologna ordini sull'app e poi ritiri... Perche cavolo devo scaricare l'app, registrare, e poi non ti portano l'ordine a casa.. Che si tengano i polli, mangio pizza!
Yesterday 28 of jan i experienced something really uneducated at kfc store via appia nuova, rome. One female is working at counter without gloves, cap and dress. So basically HACCP is not following properly.
