Need to reset the Password on the app. Reset Email comes through and I check and double check the password requirements. It allows me to submit but just says 'oops, something went wrong'. Can't access my account, Great service....
your app is a disaster. kfc instead of improving their services are actually going backwards

my order got refunded
The app doesn't let me log in. Every time I try to log in with my email, it says that the email is registered with Facebook and I should log in with Facebook. However, when I try, it just reboots the app.
seems still, after 3 years the app is still in the same state of disrepair. it's quite funny, if you click pick-up it's one price and if you press for delivery it's almost 50% more expensive and you still pay a delivery fee 😂 I only use it for the "rewards"
this app sucky, the reward program is literally a gacha game fml, nothing will ever be better than the pickle Pepsi, the daredevil burger idea is stupid
Terrible app..!! Gave 1no star as unable to flag a negative... 🤦🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️ Cannot login, cannot register, just will not work at all... 🙄 Add to that cannot contact their support team.... Complete and utter waste of time and space to download.
restart the app error
KFC doesn't want money apparently, are they a non-profit organisation now? For the last two days, ordering fails via the app when I go to make a payment. Nothing is wrong with my payment method, as they work elsewhere. Of course, this is of no issue whatsoever to KFC, as they are now a non-profit!
seems useless asks for location then screen goes blank so awesome makes you wonder why you even bothered ?

The app is trash. Couldn't get the menu just look, said to uninstall and reinstall to fix (because fixing the app is too much work for KFC). Uninstalled and reinstalled, now app wants a local store... never finds any store let alone a local one. Won't let me get passed that to reach anything, including the menu. Just total trash.

Worst app experience, to create an account you need to verify both email and mobile phone, then when you go to register the deals on the home page changed so they aren't there anymore. then instead of saying X4 fries it repeats and says X2 fries twice. Takeaway doesn't allow you to set a time and so you have no idea if it's pick up straight away or later... please don't make it soo hard to just order chicken.

Too many branches are Halal with no option to opt out. I won't be visiting again.
consistently the worst app ive ever used, points can never be redeemed and the app constantly signs out and you cant collect points even if you could use them. because I have deleted the app altogether it is showing an old version, there is literally no point standing in the resturant downloading a new version every time just for my points to dissapear. I just dont go to KFC very often

App is a waste of time. I've had no rewards since January 2025 every time I go to order a delivery it says no riders are available at this time yet if I go to Deliveroo or Just eat there is no such problem for the same restaurant. Will probably delete it as it's not giving me anything and just taking up space on my phone these days.

useless. does not allow to order without registration. registration does not work, because it does not accept any format of mobile number. standard for UK app developers :-(
unable to navigate and order. keeps saying it is unavailable. Has not been able to show recent purchases despite scanning the QR code in store.

Theres sometimes fake discounts that are original price of the menu item, and never boneless or mini fillets appear. Mcds is better.
New update does not work and crashes the app all the time where i get a restart app message. cant login to my account do to constant glitches too.
after waiting an hour I called uber eats and asked what as going on. told 3 drivers had refused to collect and earliest delivery was now 1.5 hours away. asked to cancel and was told I could cancel but couldn't get a refund as I had paid KFC and user just manage the delivery. unistalled the app. atrocious customer services. Will never order from KFC again

There must be a bug in the App. It's still showing 2 x orders from over 2yrs ago which the app still thinks I want to order. And there is no option to delete these really old orders. As such I'm stuck. can't place an order......ever with KFC

remove the expiry date on arcade wins, you already charge an arm and a leg for your food, don't take away one little good thing we have.
App fails to find stores. Stuck with old offers. Cleared cache didn't resolve. Uninstall and reinstalled and still no joy App used to work before they updated it. Just rubbish
