The worst restaurant APP ever. unable to do any kind of customization on items
I can't even add my email to create an account. The continue button on the log in or sign up page does nothing and you can only go in as a guest, so I can't use any of the member only discounts.

NOT USER FRIENDLY for me. Tried many, many times. Couldn't process a Delivery Order and I just live a few blocks away! DELETED App! p.s. I ALSO Uninstalled then reinstalled App!
I would give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered a meal 2 and half hours early of closing. Then when I went to pick up my food at the location. The team refused to give me my order and said they were closing early so they will not give it to me. Now I'm broke and have no food for me and my daughter. 0 out 5 stars. Don't trust this app or KFC they are stealing from the customers and giving them the finger.
This app is a scam. Good luck canceling your order when the store fails to fulfill it in a timely manner. After 45 mins of waiting, I gave up and called customer service to cancel and file a complaint. A nightmare has ensued from there. If you need to get your KFC grub on then order at the drive thru. Avoid this scam of an app.

I placed and order and the location was listed as open so I went to pick up my order and the location was closed. Called the location for the manager and was told to call customer service and that this isn't their app.Had to call Customer service to cancel to order and get a refund. Its ridiculous that the manager has no control to view the orders on the app to cancel and that it was even listed open when it wasn't. Highly disappointed and won't be back to using or buying anything from KFC again
The app is DEMANDING I keep my Wi-Fi on so it scan unnecessarily. I'll just order Popeyes.

Impossible to sign in. No matter how I enter my email address, it does not do anything. If I type it, auto complete, hit enter. Nothing happens. there's a green check saying it's ready but it does nothing. Who tested this?

terrible experience at kfc in Burlington Monday. no original chicken had to take crispy. was dry and was sitting a while. operater didn't know how to put in coupon. no manager on site. won't go to Burlington again.
I don't want to have to order through your app to earn rewards points. I should be able to order in store to earn them too.
Won't let me adjust my order. I have rewards for chicken sliders. I am deathly allergic to pickles, yet it won't let me adjust it to remove the pickles. Fix that.

the rewards are nice but it's inconvenient if you want to place your order when you're in a hurry and pick it up on your way to work or something because The app will say your order is ready but when you get to the store they'll say it's going to be about another 13 to 20 minutes We got to make that chicken for you okay so what's the point of the app if They don't start the order until you give them your name and forget going inside to pick up because every KFC I've been to have the doors locked
Redeeming a reward for a side and then adding any side to your order that's cheaper will make the cheaper item free instead of whatever you selected as a reward. Absolutely stupid system.

Following recent updates, the application's functionality has diminished. Specifically, the option to select between original and crispy chicken is unavailable, and there is no provision for non-spicy crispy chicken.
one of the worst food ordering apps. you should take a look at whataburger or Chick-fil-A app to improve your app. you can't even use your deals at the store unless you order through the app instead of being able to use rewards or deals at store by scanning app. if I could give -5 stars I would give -6 stars!

They are treating the app signup process like fort knox. When I tried to signup, it asked for a code from my email. When I clicked my email, the app closed the form asking for the code. When I opened the form back up, the code was invalidated, but no second code arrived. When I clicked the retry, it said wait 30 seconds. I just uninstalled the unusable app. Simple dev tip: keep every code active indefinitely until I successfully sign up for the first time. What's the worst that would happen?
if your store doesn't close until 10: 30 pm and I'm trying to make an order at 10:00 pm which is half an hour before they close why does it say that's not enough time if the order only takes 5 to 10 minutes to prepare.?
The app constantly gives an "unexpected error" when trying to redeem a T-Mobile code deal, despite uninstalling and reinstalling. A shame, I was planning to give KFC another chance after so many years, but these app issues have completely turned me away
I have dropped to 1 star because the ai help and wait to customer service. could not use my free chicken sandwhich deal before expire cause both stores out of stock. after wasting time with customer service they did not make right by giving sandwhich or make code last longer

your app does not allow payment to go through. this has been happening for 3 years now which is completely unacceptable. you're offering a free bucket when you spend a certain amount of money, but you can't get it because you can't order online using the membership Three years later and your app still does not work completely unacceptable. Then I go into my local KFC and they can't help since they don't have direct access to the app.
Terrible app shows coupons and rewards but each individual restaurant has option of not honoring them. so why show those if selected restaurant does not honor them? latest update has a plathora of ads asking me to sign up for legacy media that no one uses.
Ordered chicken and when I went to the counter I was told they were out of chicken. I asked to cancel my order and they said they couldn't and that I had to do it on the app. I tried to do so in the app, but no CSR ever arrived in chat to help me. Horrible experience.

This app is garbage. I was placing an order today April 15th and it disconnected during payment I didn't get a confirmation it went through. So I had to reload the app redo the order and then I got double charged double ordered don't use it as order in person. Sending an email to them for feedback doesn't work either so here I am
I used the app kicking me off three times while filling out the registration. I ordered as a guest, which cost me $33.50 for a meal I never got, no refund! The app didn't acknowledge i even ordered. Yet I'm out $33.50 out of my checking...
