Da bemüht man sich den Warenkorb zu füllen bis man am Ende die Meldung bekommt. Ihre Transaktion war nicht erfolgreich Bitte kontaktieren Sie den Administrator des Shops oder versuche es später noch einmal.
Die App ist absolut unbrauchbar. Contraintuitiv man findet sich nicht zurecht und kann nicht während der Fahrt auf der Autobahn genutzt werden. Anders als es die Konkurrenz macht.
Bestellung ging nicht durch und 5 minuten später wurde es in einem anderen Kfc bestätigt Anruf getätigt und mir wurde gesagt es kann nicht storniert werden obwohl sie nichtmal angefangen wurde

all those 4+ reviews are fake and I can confirm that this app doesn't work I tried it with several devices and even an emulator there's no way to login (shown a blank white screen) and address auto complete doesn't show which makes the whole app useless.
the app needs your location "at all times"? Why? that's ridiculous, and they're just looking to sell your data to anyone who will buy it. in the past "use your location while using the app" was normal. This new situation is not normal

They promised me 3 hot wings if I rate my experience in their restaurant. Rated it, and they didn't give me a coupon for the wings.

Not possible to install KFC Spain. It says it's not installed by Play Store and in Play Store I can't find it because of Geo blocking. Why would you make your app have a dependency on google playstore 😅 I don't even know why you would required different apps for different countries.

Worst app compared to pretty much any competitor: The app is slower than any other, you can't see the pricess initially and they hardly let you explore their options without starting an order and choosing a location to go to. A billion dollar company that can't make an app with a minimalistic smooth experience.
Worst app ever ! I say accept cookie it doesn't move, don't accept cookies doesn't move. Enter location to order the option to choose your restaurant is greyed out and not possible to select.

Bestellung funktioniert nicht ("Es ist ein Fehler bei deiner Bestellung aufgetreten", steht aber leider nicht da, was für ein Fehler, sodass ich ihn beheben könnte 😡)

schreckliche App, viele Leute sagen, die App funktioniert nicht, weil sie nur für Deutschland gedacht ist. Nun, sie funktioniert in Deutschland sowieso nicht. Egal, ich kann nicht einmal Menüs sehen, geschweige denn bestellen. Sie müssen alle Cookie-Daten akzeptieren, und wenn Sie das nicht tun, können Sie überhaupt nicht bestellen. Wenn Sie das tun und ihnen alle Ihre Daten geben, können Sie trotzdem nicht bestellen. Sie können nicht einmal Preise oder so prüfen. Was ist das wirklich?
The KFC'S in Germany are the worst
Die Tatsache, dass KFC Deutschland giropay nicht unterstützt ist wirklich lächerlich. Was noch lächerlicher ist, ist dass man durch die App nicht wie bei anderen Ketten Coupons im Restaurant scannen kann. Die Tablets haben kein Scanner, die Coupons haben keine Codes. Entweder bezahlt man online durch PayPal oder man darf überhaupt keine Coupons benutzen, auch wenn man bereits im Restaurant ist. Wieso klappt das bei BK und McDonald's aber nicht bei ihr? Im jetzigen Zustand ist die App nur Deko.
Früher gab es regelmäßig interessante Sonderangebote, aber mittlerweile ist es fast nur noch das reguläre Angebot. Auch frustrierend ist es, dass es fast unmöglich ist mobil zu bestellen. Theoretisch gibt es die Option zwar, praktisch werden aber Adressen nicht erkannt.

Funktioniert nicht. "Developer error" beim Google Pay. Benutzer Info gelöscht sobald man zurück geht. Cart gelöscht weil "timed out". Standort gelöscht zufällig. Ich habe dreimal versucht zu bestellen, und dann nicht wieder. Und das ist sogar kein App - einfach ein Webbrowser Wrapper für die Website.
Don't even bother downloading this app. Unusable. I'd rather cook and eat than use this terrible app.

App funktioniert nicht. Gibt die funktion " nur notwendige Cookies" an das auswählen ebd. Bringt einen jedoch in einen ewigen cookie auswähl kreislauf. Für mich bedeutet das deinstallieren für andere wahrscheinlich "alle cookies zulassen" schade das einem hier die wahl vorgegaukelt wird :/
Finger weg ! Bestuhlung erfolgreich, warte über 2 Stunde ohne Rückmeldung vom Shop, mehrmals angerufen, keine einzige Person geht dran, Stornierung option nicht möglich.
Sorry Leute aber das ist ja wohl ein schlechter Scherz, welcher Praktikant hat denn diese App zusammengek(n)otet. Wenn man auf bestellen drückt landet man einfach auf der Frontseite, keine Preise in der App(bestellen geht ja eh nicht) aber so taugt das ganze nichteinmal als Speisekarte. Eine absolute Vollkatastrophe!
Keine Gutscheine, will Daten haben obwohl im Play Store steht es wurden keine Daten übertragen. Preise werden absichtlich nicht angezeigt. Kalte Pommes. KFC in Deutschland ist einfach mies.
