Team fix the lagging problem so much issue when I open the app and put some entry it's bank to home page and too laggy
Very disappointing experience with KhataBook support.My account was working perfectly on my old number and I'd not even logged out.Suddenly the app asked for OTP on my old number, which is now closed and used by someone else. The app keeps showing “Your all data is safe” but I still cant access my account or data.I already complained once nd only received one call,bt nothing was resolved.All my business records are stuck in the app and I am facing loss because of this. Very poor customer service
