Having used this app for a while now and have paid for subscription, the app no longer works on any of my android devices (android 15 & 16). States an error occured while processing please retry. retry just returns the same error code. Uninstalled app and re-installed but app just hangs now, no error message. Tried to contact Kinomap via website and get DNS error. Looks like another fitness company gone to the wall.

Loses connection with machine after 20 minutes stating 'update equipment'
Today I discovered that Decathlon app has been discontinued and I was directed to this. My experience was awful! - App wouldn't reconnect to my bike even after clicking the "Refresh" button - To create a workout you have to type an url in the browser...and it doesn't work on mobile! Then you are welcomed by a "Home works!" text. AI Slop? Scam? - It doesn't pause when you stop moving - In the calories consumed display on the bike it showed seconds passed, and it froze at 999. Genius
the user interface is terrible, it wouldn't let me create an account with my own name, because it seems there is another user with the same name. Also, it wouldn't recognize equipment on its own compatible equipment menu. I could call it up, select it. it would tell me it's connected, then freeze up on a screen demanding more information about my "business"... I don't have a business, I'm just trying to use it with my stationary bike. it was a waste of time, I uninstalled it so will you.
Update. Kinomap no longer works.

Everything worth having in Kinomap is behind a subscription. Not even exporting an activity or viewing your own profile is available without paying! It's a subscription, so like countless other companies, apps, and services over the recent years, rest assured that the prices will slowly creep up.
A year of using this app and it is bad, first of all useless without an internet connection and an account, if you are offline because of network or power issues there is no way to use the basic features because it can't handle offline state and sync later. Too much bloatware, I use it because Domyos forces me to use it, the only redeeming quality is the activity interface that was what Domyos used 5 years ago before they removed it to make it so bad that they sold to kinomap. needs offline mode
Worst registration procedure! How can you make this so hard and long! Don't you want money???

annoying rate app popups
this app is broken right out of the gate. it refuses to let me login as a new member because it says I already have an account and it refuses to send me an email from the "forgot my password" link. I can not even get into this thing. even when I use a different email the same refusals happen. I am pretty certain I have never been here before. I keep my passwords in an encrypted folder. Fail It won't allow me to use any other method of creating an account other than by using my Google account.
Bit of a con.... The only reason I downloaded this app was to be able to program sessions for my Domyos run500. Their app just leads to this one, and this one has a PayWall on that feature... complete rip off
Look at this treadmill, you can create your own training programs with it -> buy the treadmill -> you need an app -> get the app -> use the app -> a little later you have to start paying a monthly fee to use the app to access your own programs -> the scam is complete.

Trash for old decathlon device users! The decathlon app is deprecated and enforced me to use kinomap. I want to track my kilometers per year but first I can't really find the "start the damn treadmill" feature and second it bugs me to pay. I would maybe pay but first the app show me something.
why can't I do vertical
I use this app with my Domyos 520 elliptical trainer. I don't like how it works, the app can't run in the background, the menus aren't intuitive. I would love to use the Econnected app again.
After the free trial, everything got locked and the app was practically useless
It would be literally the perfect app. However, despite the official Kinomap website advertising compatibility (listed even as interactve model), and the treadmill manufacturer also advertising compatibility, the app and the treadmill are not actually compatible. The devices do connect, but there is no data transfer. According to the support team, the manufacturer uses “different protocols on new models.”-case closed, and that's for "silver partner brand". Very disappointing, cannot be used.
my mosuny instructions directed me to this app but i cant find my rowing machine listed..
It paused my workout. this app needs to be able to work in the background. Its pretty much useless if it keeps on pausing my workout whenever I leave the screen of the app to use another app
El 520 not working You cant exit the app and run it in the background like the with original app. It does not use the display of the machine to show things at all, completely defunct. In its current form this is a massive downgrade from domyos econnected and mind you that was a buggy mess as well, but this is even worse.
Total trash. I went through the whole process-downloading, entering my info, signing up, and syncing my treadmill-only for it to demand €11/month to even function. You can't do a single thing for free. A complete waste of time.
Terrible ux makes a simple tasks like long and convoluted. U should not give your data to incopents.
despite claimed support for wahoo kickr run online on their webpage the kickr run is NOT supported inside the app.
no longer working for me on Poco f7 pro
Very glitchy app that only loads videos 30% of the time. Even when you turn down graphics, because it is very demanding on bandwidth, it still won't load courses. I usually mess with it for the first ten minutes of my workout and then give up and turn it off. Very disappointing functionality!
I don't get it... what is the purpose of this app? Although connected with my equipment, it doesn't get synced with it at all. One data is displayed in the app and completely another at the equipment screen. Every time I want to exercise, I need to poke within enormous and confusing menu system. I never know if the app is even connected to my rowing machine and so on... not to mention non-functional browsing system which is incapable of sorting the events by the time, whatever I set.
can someone explain the subscription plan. it says either 440/month, or 7700/- per year ( also says "save 37% (4 months)") how is it saving?
great app when it works. But the servers clearly cannot handle the load. Spend ages waiting for things to load just to get error messages. I've had enough and deleted it
if you fiddle around enough, it kind of does what it is supposed to do. unnecessarily bloated with premium stuff, making it hard to navigate. doesn't show you a proper weekly/monthly/yearly summary. has problems to show the same information as the sport device it is connected to
Does'nt work well enough with my devices to make me want to buy.
App can be very frustrating to use. If it disconnects from your equipment mid-workout, you cant reconnect without quitting the entire workout and you cant resume where you left off. You must start at the beginning and cannot just fast forward to the part you had to stop at. Almost no custom options within the app itself. You need to log into a site from a computer (it wont let you on mobile) to make custom workouts. Google login has been broken for months and cant be used.
Used with my old turbo trainer. I now have a dedicated bike so decided to subscribe but get the error - if issue persists, resume with lower quality error when starting videos. Same error on two devices, dropped to SD quality and downloaded but the videos refuse to start. Shame, as this was one of my favorite connected apps.
