Very poor service. When entering my PIN code while filling in ID and address details, the app displayed a city 30 km away instead of my actual area. Now, there is no option left to change the city. Whenever a reward is issued, it always gets assigned to a store in that other city. I am not receiving any rewards. Also, I don't understand how the delivery was completed without an OTP. I tried to speak to a real person, but I always end up interacting with a bot. give option to change the address.

where is my 6th level reward. I completed my level in December 25 and till now I didn't receive my Level reward. I already posted on sahayata Kendra but there is no resolution from that side also. very bad services.

ye bahut hi kharab work hai customer care ka no uplabdh ni hai aur aap chah ke bhi support ni le sakte agar complaint karte hain to aapse bina puchhe ya bat kiye automatic bata diya jata hai ki maine retailer se bat kar liya aur solve ho gaya mera order bar bar wapas kar diya courior wala but koi response nahi aur to aur level reward bhi ni Mila Maine kitna complain kiya koi fark ni maine contect karne ka kosis kiya care ka no bhi ni hai.
