this app will suddenly stop the music because it has to authentication every few days, never understand why I paid monthly but need to authenticate in less than a week interval. and the reply from developer was "go find cs".
it keeps playing songs that aren't even on my playlist, why is it playing random songs I've never even heard of, I've been using this app for a long time many years and I've never encountered this issue where random songs pop up. the only solution I've found is to turn off auto online and go offline.

Is very difficult to renew my kkox
It's super annoying that the app can't play the next song properly after updating the latest version. It says it's either a connection problem or asking you to listen to offline songs. This happened months ago and it is happening again. You have to press next in order to listen to the next song. I've been using KKBOX for like 10 years and nothing like this have ever happened. Now it's happening so frequently that I am considering switching to another player. Please fix it.
the chromecast no longer working. i tried with sportify i can still cast using my phone. when i tried to cast kkbox on google nest hub, the kkbox on nest hub display ERR_BAD_REQUEST. we tried using samsung s24 ultra and iphone 13 pro, both receive the same error message displayed on google nest hub. this ia frustrating which will eventually push me to switch to other music platform if the problem persist. I have submited the issue to Kkbox but still unable to solve. SG-02302877
After update, the song won't play even app is showing playing, even offline song.
雖然很喜歡kkbox但是每次要刪歌曲都要在清單裡面找而且已經很多年了....都沒有要更新的意思嗎用起來真的很麻煩不能直接在搜索框裡找到就刪掉嗎？ 每次都要耗時間真的很不高興 加上每次按自動撥放結果都只重複幾首我有1000多首！結果不斷重複那幾首我真的不太理解這是你們的自動播放嗎？ 甚麼時候改進再重新打分數 不知道怎麼說真心覺得很差勁....上傳個podcast還要第三方平台支援？？？？還很容易掛失？？？
I have been using this for over 8 years and the latest update was such a disappointing experience. There are occasions that the songs won't go to the next song and I have to manually press "Next" or else it just keeps repeating the same song. An error message keeps popping up saying "Oh-oh! There has been a glitch. If the problem persists, we recommend playing your offline songs for now." This problem has been persisting almost a month, I recommend you fix it. It's ridiculous.

After updated, it always suddenly stops to play songs. And always said other devices in used, but I only have login One device. And it always auto switch to offline mode suddenly.

Why can't I go online?
Song selection is limited but sufficient. One of the latest update got rid of the stop button on the widget now the app is pervasive and downright annoying. It keeps trying to play music when I have any Bluetooth device (that is capable of playing music) connected. Don't know why this happened. Only able to close after I forced closed it twice. Pervasive and annoying.

1 Need Manuelly lock the program otherwise would be closed by pressing "close all" at the phone viewing program panel 2 the song list is always a problem, not user friendly 3 No history about the downloaded songs it would be very clumsy when switching new phones or reinstalling kkbox

Like to change my personal plan to family. When i pressed family subscription, it said i must cancel current plan first. After i canceled my current personal plan and the plan change feature is no longer available. Kkbox is inconvinient. Plus the incompentent song search function. I advice everyone to use other platforms. And it is so old school to add family member. It requires family member to fill in address after email verification? What for? Everything can be easily done by a QR code.
There are better apps out there for this
All my favorite Chinese artistes and Mandarin songs can be found here! Easy to use and great sound quality. Edit: was so frustrated that the app auto put offline when listening halfway. Please resolve this
