Everything is good if you don't make changes/cancellations, I did a cancellation and refunds were not received after more than 2 months. Customer Support is non existent and they keep saying refunds have been processed and after waiting and checking with my e-wallet company, no refunds have ever been issued and then silence from KKday.

I booked a tour for four people, and this happened twice. Both times, the tour was cancelled because there were not enough participants. However, KKday charged my credit card before confirming that the minimum number of four people had been met. Although KKday stated that they refunded the full amount in Taiwanese dollars, I received less money than I paid in my foreign currency due to exchange rate.
sold tickets they didn't have and missed out. read trip advisor and trust pilot. Do not use for important or special events.

KKday customer service is really screwed up.. gave short notice on ticket changes and customer service harassing me on the tiny details instead of handling the custome.lr. when a ticket was cancelled and refund, this guy still called me 10 times just to finish his statement instead of saying sorry. My first and last usage of KKDay
very bad services, wait for more than 10mins when calling the kkday contact center, but still no one picks up the call. and the problem is not being solved

this app is not needed to book reservations for Mikawaya as there was no one else there at 5pm.
Everytime I try to buy something it says error 'your account has violated the terms and conditions please contact support'. I only created the account yesterday, can't understand what terms I'm supposed to have violated and there appears to be no way to actually contact them. I gave up.
Almost Got Arrested Because of This. The deals seem good, but not worth it. I bought the pass for a trip to Osaka with my spouse. The app listed valid trains and buses, so I followed them. I bought two “2-day” passes but didn’t realize activating one activated both. When trying to exit the station, the guard accused me of fare evasion and called the police. I almost got arrested. I paid an extra fee, switched to an ICOCA card, and got refused a refund request. NOT RECOMMENDED.

DO NOT USE. Not trustworthy, not transparent, prices, details etc sketchy as hell.
My child became ill (diarrhea) the night before our bus tour. We contacted the number on the ticket and were told to provide a doctor’s certificate in Spanish. We found an English-speaking doctor in Spain and got an online certificate. KKDAY simply said it wasn't valid and marked us as no-show. The link they provided for a valid example certificate was broken, and no one gave a clear answer. We spent money on a doctor's consult, followed all instructions, but were still refused a refund.

Klook app get faster booking experience, KKDay team slow and so nothing help, they never let you satisfy.

Can't even register as new user ( with email, FB,google etc). Try another android phone also same issue. But ok with ipad but again can't log in on Android. Called KKday Malaysia but customer service also blur Update - kkday replied but offer no solution on how to log in

App does not work. It either keeps loading with the circling icon of a plane, or brings me to a white blank page when I search for an attraction. I saw a package deal on Google ad but when it brought me to the app, it shows a page error.
this app does not work. although your website is working fine, app shows me nothing on screen.
Price you pay isn't transparent. What you see on the app, expect to be charged significantly higher when you see the transaction in your credit card statement. Takes several hours and even days to even get the voucher / QR code, etc. for you to redeem the ticket/pass.
Your confusing booking platform end me up booking the wrong schedule for my airport pickup. Scammers.

Please DO NOT use it. Very confusing description, unexisting customer service, No possibility to ammend cancel or whatsoever, even if the wrong selection was recommended by kkday own CS team. Stay away! EDIT: you surely do have my order, as it was placed under the same name and your CS are successfully ignoring my questions about any solutions for the last 36 hours.

Never use it. Very confusing information & misleading packages that will cause you book the wrong package but charge u 10% handling fee when u cancel. Klook is a better choice.
I deleted this app as their customer service team is not responsible. Don't recommend this service at all. Just use other travel agents app like klook or kayak. I never had issue with them when contacting about rescheduling my trip.
False guarantee for a booking and no resposible person to contact, leaving customers in confusion like forever

Don't bother with the reviews and rewards. They are dishonest. Any coupons you get are only valid for a month or so. Even then they have a minimum spend. But you can't add many items such as esims to cart, they must be paid for immediately and one by one. Then it's mostly impossible to reach the amount to use a coupon, unless you buy the overpriced amusement tickets etc.
Tried on multiple day, unable to sign up, and psge content blank, cant see anything
Can't even register or log in with Android phone. I can only register with IOS but again cannot log in with Android
Good discounts but the discounts are useless if you don't receive the voucher (qr codes). If you are spontaneous and like to buy tickets on the spot, don't even bother. It's not worth the risk. It's ridiculous that I need to wait at least 4 hours for the qr codes when the payment has already gone through!
